I had a recent maintenance work request and I'd like to say I experienced one of the best services at Mississauga Place. They were really quick and responsive. And above all they never ask stupid questions and always be ready to take the ownership and work on it right away which is the most amazing part. Thanks Danilo!

Edgar, Edna and Mae are very accommodating. Great teamwork and nice environment. The staff there are very professional and prioritize customer service. The place is excellent and clean! Highly recommend!:)

Mississauga Place is well maintained building, management team including cleaners are always saying hi and greeting everyone. The team are always keeping the building pretty and well decorated when it comes to holidays and events.

You guys run a great service, your timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have. Great views at night. Good location nearby malls and public transporstion terminal. Managers are nice and friendly.

I like the place. It's clean and It is close to Shopping mall (Sq. 1), grocery store, walking distance to the church, bus stop just in front of the bldg,
Office staff are accommodating specially with regards to maintenance request. Maintenance people are respectful.

Nice people in community office and well maintained apartments. Edna and Sue best people in management to talk with.

Great place to rent, with good neighbors, friendly & responsive Management. Experienced Maintenance team, respond to maintenance requests on a timely manner.

Diner is one of the member from Maintenance team who assisted us several times & did a great & professional job.

I live in the building for 10 years now, I feel safe and secure, I really appreciate the help and support from the staff.

I currently live in this building and so far i dont have any major problems. The only issues is the water outage due to renovations. However, management are very consistent with information dissemination. Admins are very friendly and accommodating.

Was looking around to find a place. Contacted the office here with questions and they were so helpful, open and honest. Extra shout out to Sue who was patient and lovely with me while answering all my questions.

I lived at 3620 Kaneff crescent at Mississauga place for almost 3 years and enjoyed every minute there, made great friends and the staff was always friendly and very helpful, never had any issues in my unit and would definitely recommend anyone to live here!

Living in Mississauga Place is a very good and memorable experience with friendly and responsible management team, convenient amenities and easy access to almost whatever one wish for from shopping centre to public transport.

Living here is amazing. It’s been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I’m a returning renter. The staff are extremely friendly and understanding. The building is kept extremely clean and staff are willing to help at any time. Also maintenance requests are very quickly answered and it’s overall the best place I’ve rented from.

The location is awesome, lots of schools around and very close to public transit plus square one.

Management is great they’re very helpful and friendly, you feel like you’re in a family building. I’ve been living here for 4 years and never had an issue with management they’re very respectful

My daughter's bedroom door handle broke and locked her in her room. It happened on Sunday night and staff still came to help.immediately!

We love the renovated units with all amenities and the complete leasing experience was great because of the excellent support provided by the leasing staffs. Definitely you can checkout this place if someone like to stay in Mississauga downtown.

Excellent management team. Whenever I submit a service request, the maintnance team responsd in a timely manner and ensure the maintenance issue is promptly looked after.

We have a great experience with the apartment. The management team is always helpful. The amenities are easy to access. The children's play area is very good. The units are very spacious and have good storage facilities. The building is always kept clean and maintained well. We can have a nice view of the city from the window and the balcony. There are plenty of walking trails filled with tall trees in the neighborhood. The public transportation, good schools, large community center, shopping malls and grocery stores are all close by. We are staying here for more than eight years. Overall it is a safe and a happy place.

I recently moved in and the management has been very approachable and super helpful with the move in process.

Worst experience, we booked for viewing and lady at the office was rude and just asked us to go by ourselves to the units and comeback to the office, anyways we went there and both units were closed (both were on different floors) so we called them and no surprise no one answered our call.
It seems like the lady in the office was biased for south Asian and did not wanted to rent us. As from the beginning her behaviour was rude. Was very disappointed. We wasted our time

Well maintained building and friendly management team. Nice community to live in. Pet friendly place. And building management is very responsive to tenants service requests.

We loved living here at this residence, professionalism and response was great. You really develop relationships with the entire staff as they truly care about their tenants.
We built our 1st home together here and the memories will last a lifetime.

We were very happy with the space as well, lots of room, very spacious and a great balcony space! For downtown Mississauga, space is hard to come by and you can certainly get it here at Mississauga Place.

“The custodial staff is amazing and our bldg manager is an awesome woman. ” I am comfortable. Good heat and hot water. Very nice building w/amenities and services. Conveniently close to the square one area. The maintenance staff is awesome with keeping the building clean and always takes care of problems. Lived here for over 7 years. I am not going any where. ”

They are not patient enough to answer your questions. I was enquiring the details regarding apartment and they did not respond well.

Management is cooperative and professional. Moreover, the issues reported are addressed in a timely fashion.

The best part is promptness and the euphoria to serve the people. I would love to give 6 star out of 5. I mean it 6 star and wish I cud give them.

I loved living here. Management is very helpful. Just one bad thing to mention that roaches were a problem for me.
