I just got my bonding done by Dr Khorsid and am in love with my new teeth. I had a lot of gaps in my lower teeth and was super conscious about them so he did a smile make over for me since I opted for no braces and immediate results instead. Dr Khorshid and his team are so knowledgeable, from the moment you meet them you really can tell they know what they are doing. The tech they use is also high end, been to many dentist before going with Smiles Dentistry:) highly recommend!

My orthotics procedure was performed with care and the post treatment routine was carefully explained by the hygienist.

Dr. Mohammad Khorshid had done a work of art on my smile makeover and it was a pleasant journey from day 1.he had explained to me throughly everything about the whole process, gave me options and recommendations which made me so confident in my decision to do PORCELAIN VENEERS by him. He had also made sure to give me a proper treatment before starting cosmetic part. He is so professional, knowledgeable and precise for detail.

Both my wife and I were patients of Dr. Mohamad at the Mississauga Smiles Dentistry. I had traditional braces on for over two years. And my wife had Invisalign for under a year. We are extremely pleased and happy with the outcome. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Dr. Mohamad was upfront on what was possible and what was not. He answered all questions patiently not just once but throughout the 2+ years. The only time there was a confusion with the billing, he personally intervened and ensured that it was cleared. I have always appreciated his personal touch and involvement with his patients. A special word of appreciation for Timina, the specialist, who worked on my braces the entire duration. She was professional, competent, patient and friendly. The front office staff were also very helpful. Tiara and Karen helped process our insurance papers in a timely fashion. They would also call the insurance office on our behalf where needed and helped us out. Definitely a great place to get your dental needs satisfied, one that I would recommend for sure.

The dentistry service they provide is excellent, the environs are clean and comfortable to be in, the nearby bus terminal means you can get take transit to it, and there's even a Japanese BBQ restaurant next door to treat yourself at.

Honestly I thought for once I found a nice place that wasn’t so bad and could help me. After visiting so many other dentists to help me with my wisdom teeth and no help other than consistently wanting to charge me more money for a scan and more X-rays. I give up no one can help me without me going bankrupt to pay them. Even when I have insurance coverage they still manage to find a way that a scan cannot be billed to my insurance. I’ll just have to live with it, I’m tired of people taking advantage of me.

I am glad that I found this dental clinic. Both Dr. Aveen n Dr. Marwan are amazing and best in their field. All the staff here is very supportive and understanding. Highly recommend this clinic with excellent experience that I had.

I would highly recommend this clinic because it was as good of an experience as possible going to the dentist. Everyone was really polite especially the front desk. I had a great hygienist and Dr. Khorshid was great while working on my fillings. Thanks to everyone at the clinic.

Had the pleasure of having a cosmetic procedure done by Dr. Khorshid. From the initial consultation to the final follow up appointment, both him and his staff were great and extremely welcoming. I could not be happier with my results! The only thing I regret is having not done it sooner! Getting your teeth cleaned is one thing, but having a gum lift and a composite bonding procedure done is complete artistry; something which Dr. Khorshid definitely has an eye for. Absolutely comes with my highest recommendation!

- If you are on time there, be prepared for the long wait times ~30-45 min!

- Availability to book appointments are hard to get (Some times you will need to get another dentist from another place to get small done)

- Major follow ups take long time and requires of back and forth Q/A to get the overall picture or treatments, would be nice it there is a clearer process to present (fees/expenses/timeline etc)

- Dr Marwan is a great dentist as well as Dr. Aveen, however the staff could do better in time/communication managment

I have been a patient here for almost 5 years now, and the staff are always really nice and welcoming. Today I had a bonding treatment, and Doctor Mohamed explained everything to me before we started. He is very patient and takes his time to listen to all your concerns and answer all your questions. WOW, 11/10 experience. I think this is the first time I've ever written a review but I just had to share how great of a job Dr. Mohammad did. I was told by 2 different dentists that I wouldn't be a good fit for veneers but Dr. Mohamed convinced me to leave it in his hands. After he finished his work I was blown away by how much better my smile was. Anyone considering a place to get veneers should highly consider a consultation here. I will be an advocate of Mississauga Smiles Dentistry for anyone that ever asks about veneers!

Friendly greeting from reception staff, thorough breakdown & explanation of procedure for extractions, bone graft, implants & timeline. Dr. Marwan Hameed was professional, patient, compassionate & attentive to the anxiety my husband was feeling. Kudos to Karen especially, & a feather in her Cap for her genuine concern & support, Shauna, Janet who always answered our myriad questions & called to follow up on post op procedures. I am reviewing this to add that I did get a call from the owner Dr. Mohammed who inquired about my experience at the clinic and wanted to get my feedback personally. I highly appreciate his call.

Few things to complain about.

1- I only went there for 2 appointments for a check up and the first of 4 sessions they recommend. I then completed the fixes at another dentist. The other dentist had to redo one filling after it broke.

2-Wait time were a bit long knowing that I was ontime for my appointment.

3- They sent me a 14$ bill 2 months after I was there. After I inquired they said that some thing was not covered by the insurance. I for sure went back and paid. But at the time I was there they had someone who reviewed the insurance policy and I paid all what was pending.

I have to say that the staff was nice and very helpful. My review is for my personal experience there.

It turns out I had a fractured root from grinding. Guess I should have been wearing the recommended night guard more diligently. Best way to describe the extraction would be to say it was gently teased out by Dr Marwan. Healed nicely and I’m in the process of replacing the tooth with a dental implant. I was nervous before the appointment however the doctor and assistant were excellent. Thank u everyone!

I’ve been coming to this dentistry for over 10 years. I have never encounter and unprofessional staff. Everyone is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have received cleaning services, x-rays, cavities filled and wisdom teeth extraction.

Was a new patient today and wow what a great experience, they were honest, told me exactly what I needed and cost was upfront. Staff is amazing! Highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to experience a caring, honest and trust worthy Dental office!

We were told the Surgical removal of the tooth was going to be $169 (we were never told it was going to be more, besides a Dr.had seemed my mom and said either she had two options ;a root canal $2668.00 or her tooth removed. I asked a few times if the removal of the tooth was going to cost $169 (I was given a written estimate) but the following week after the Dr.removed the tooth they charged me $260, I asked why since I already had a written estimate and was it was difficult to remove, really? I have two dentist in my family, unfortunately, they are not here.what a joke. I will not go back. Also. I must say I didn't find them friendly except for the Doctors assistance, she was very sweet.

If I could give -100 stars I would. I came here over a month ago for 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted. I was told this wouldn’t be complicated and booked and had the procedure done within 48 hours. They sent me home with pain medicine that didn’t work, and told me that I should be fine in a few days. Fast forward a week- my pain kept increasing and I called and left a message for an emergency appointment. Nobody got back to me.

Thankfully I found another dentist who dealt with the complications of what Mississauga smiles did; without getting into detail I had serious issues on both extraction sites. It is now a month later and I have nerve damage, jaw pain and migraines daily.

DO NOT GO HERE.

Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by their reception. I explained my experience and all of my complications I’ve had since the procedure and the person on the phone just hung up.

If you are looking for good dental work, a quality procedure, or even basic respect this clinic is the WRONG place to go.

I took my daughter to Mississauga Smiles to have her wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure went smoothly with no complications. Dr Marwan was very professional and caring. I highly recommend Mississauga Smiles. From the time we walked in, to the time we left everyone took the time to make us feel right at home.

My Son has a complex dental problem and needed a surgical extraction under sedation, we met with dr Marwan Hameed, I must say his knowledge and understanding of surgical dentistry is second to non, the process was very smooth, staff was very professional, dr Hameed performed the procedure after sedation was achieved in literally in 5 minutes including local anesthesia, surgical extraction and suturing, my son did not feel anything and woke up quickly from sedation with no problem
Amazing experience, I highly recommend dr Hameed for anyone who needs dental surgery.

I had a TMJ issue for the past couple years. Met with Dr. Mohamad Khorshid, he worked some magic and my TMJ issue is gone. This dental clinic has friendly service and employees that sincerely care about their patients results.

Missisauga Smiles Dentistry makes my dental experience very enjoyable. I am always greeted with a smile:) All members of the team are welcoming and easy to talk to. They have also done a great job ensuring that all COVID-19 protocols are being followed and wait times are VERY short.

All the staff were super personable! My hygenist was great.super thorough. Booked last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate. I did forget to ask if I had any cavities or what I could do to ease my extreme and persistent tooth sensitivity that causes tension headaches.

Receptionists both were very kind and attentive. Dental assistant and Dentist were both amazing. I was a bit nervous to get all my wisdom teeth removed but both of them explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I left the clinic feeling satisfied. Their clinic was safe and sterilized. No complaints at all. Thank you!

Had a tooth infection right before the pandemic closures started. Came in the same day and found out they would be closing right after me. I WAS GREATFUL FOR THIS. (pandemic order) they rushed to finish. Drilling most of my one tooth to find no more roots. Then after charging us $1600 for 2 root channels while I was getting work done they gave me a temporary filling that has falling apart and became infected again. I tried to be understanding with the pandemic but they should have never accepted me and charged 1600 for a temporary filling.

Reply: I had options to go else where still. I should have been made aware spending $1600 was for ONLY ROOTCANEL and not the permanent filling. Why would I purchase something that wouldn't be completed and would result in worse problems? I was only told I would be getting a temporary filling while they were putting in a temporary. I would have spent more to fix the problem had I know Instead you make it look like you did me a favor. You should have just said we wouldn't be able to complete the job. Sorry.

Part 2.
I was charged $1600.00 for what you told me would fix my toothache.
You performed a root canal in my mouth.
The next day pieces of the "temporary filling" started to fall out. I understand the meaning of "temporary" but that is ridiculous.
Furthermore I was expecting a follow up call from you that I was told I would receive but did not as to why this review. If I had have received a call we could have dealt with this earlier.
Covid 19 has nothing to do with the fact that this was a unprofessional response from a so called professional. If you didn't want me as a customer then you should have said "no, we are not taking any new patients at this time" problem solved.
Pretty much the dentist there drilled a massive hole in my tooth charged me $1600.00 (for a dentist that seems like pocket change) and now I have to find another dentist to fill your dentists hole.
Just for public reference. If I paid $1600.00 for a root canal and a one day lasting filling. How much more would it have been to permanently fill (as this was not an option givin while I lay in a chair with my mouth frozen) or at least a filling that would last longer than a day.

Great customer service at every visit. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr. Mohammed was very thorough and transparent with expectations during my orthodontal treatment and has done an amazing job maintaining the health and safety of the dental office during this pandemic.
