I had an excellent car purchasing experience with Mr. Archit Dhawan. He is a new car product advisor at Mississauga Toyota. He is one the best person even I have wonderful faith and trust in him and he provided me a brand new RAV4 XLE in just one day and he explained each and everything about the car and he did all the process very smoothly. I personally recommend Mississauga Toyota and Mr. Archit Dhawan for new car booking.

Our new RAV4 plug in hybrid had broke in in Montreal. The rear passenger window have been smashed. We took it to Toyota Mississauga, and Albert have been kind enough to expedite a new one window and fix it. This is magnificent. Thank you so very much to Albert in particular in taking care of us.

I went to have my car serviced and winter tyre installation. My best technician worked on my car. I was talking to someone in the lounge told me they were getting a $15.00 gas card. I said I did not get one this year. I asked at the desk and was told it was not offered to everyone. I find this insulting. I have been going here for about 25 years. I qualified last year but Jessica was there at the time. Very hurtful. She ended up giving me a $5.00 card. I think it was because I complained last spring that the guy who worked on my car has no license and does not speak much English. I had been promised my usual wonderful tech. The tech had been playing around with GPS and changing my radio station.very insulting to be treated differently than another customer. My stars are for Brian!

So far, I have had 2 excellent experiences with Mississauga Toyota. My sales experience was with their sales rep Rowis. He was a great help throughout the LONG purchase experience, always willing to answer my questions and keeping me informed of updates regarding the purchase. As some people may be aware, purchases of hybrid vehicles from many manufacturers often take on the order of a year or more because of supply chain issues and electronic chip shortages during and following the covid19 pandemic. Gas-only vehicles are taking months to be delivered. Rowis was courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchase process. Today I had my 2nd experience with Mississauga Toyota as I returned my vehicle to have a hitch installed beneath it and also purchase a new bike rack. Rowis had helped earlier with selection of a RAV4-compatible bike rack. But the service appointment was handled by Matt in the service department and he was also an excellent employee of the dealership, helpful, courteous, and personable. The install of my hitch took just over 4 1/2 hours and appears to have been performed with a care to the quality of the work. And an added treat was that the service department washed my vehicle as part of the service. I would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle or have one serviced by people who know what they're doing with these vehicles. I intend to continue taking my new vehicle to this dealership for any further service it requires.

I was at MISS TOYOTA 2 times in recent months.great service from ANTHONY the service manager and his team to repair my vehicle. Kudos to SERVICE ADVISOR Rohail and tech Kielle, both of them explained and showed me the repair that was done as I was a walk in and leaving on a trip, Anthony accommodated me later in the day. Great service and work performed both times. Thank you MISS TOYOTA.

I had a disappointing experience in this branch, i think it was not the service I got before in Erin Park Toyota,
below I will mention some of weaknesses, hopefully it helps:
first of all I was promised for max 2 hours waiting but it took 3 hours! Secondly, after the service was done Matthew did not explain what was done on my vehicle in this service and tried to wrap that up ASAP! Versus I always got full explanation from gentlemen in Erin park Toyota!
Thirdly and the worst part as well: there was a guy whose name was JOSE! He was asked to give me a quote for the rims of my car, he did not greet to me, then he tried to like challenge my knowledge i think! He asked me what is your tire size and i said IDK, he continued to stared at me and after I gave up on him he told me ok I can find it on the service receipt! Can anybody tell me why he would not do it from the beginning? Then he throwed the paper in front of me which was so disrespectful.
I'll never ever come back to this branch anymore and I am hopeful that its manager cares about the reviews!

Nothing special just good quick service. I take my Lexus 350 for oil changes here as it's less expensive and better service than the Lexus dealer. Latest update, May 2023 - now oil changes are 2 hours wait time with plenty of upselling. Price for oil change is now $100. I think I'll find someplace else in the future. Toyota, if you are short staff, tell the customer in advance, don't waste my time.

I bought a used RAV 4 here 2 months ago and was hearing an intermittent strange noise from my wheels. I took it in today and they found the problem to be the wheel covers which I bought elsewhere. They were very prompt and courteous and not only was there no charge for the diagnosis, but they even washed my car! I am very impressed with this dealership.

Horrible service.i payed 600 for parts to get installed made an appointment took time off work and they told me i have to pay another 800 for more parts because of their wrong assumptions. At the end they sent me home with the parts and told me to deal with it my self. This dealership is a complete rip off and their technicians have no clue what they are doing. This isnt my first bad experience with them. I do not recomend them at all!

I’ve been coming here for a while and unfortunately I have to change my review.
I’m Very disappointed at the “4wheel alignment” service and will probably stop coming here. The service information i was provided is not only misleading and wrong, it’s also insanely overpriced.
Upon dropping my car off, i asked what the alligment consisted of. Service rep mentioned that “all 4 wheels will be adjusted, especially the front since it has more options”. I drive a Corolla. Later this was clarified by the technician: “Alignment can not be done in the rear. Hence we didn’t touch it. Front can only be a “toe” adjustment and. 5 (not enough to make a difference) for camber”. Clearly the service rep is either lying or ignorant of the product he is selling.
So i paid 140 dollars for toe adjustment, sold to me as “4 wheel alignment”. It’s hard not to feel lied and taken advantage of. I’ll be taking my business to a local shop where they charge almost half the prize.
I did get to enjoy the last semi final World Cup game with a nice cup of coffee.

Best customer experience we have had in Canada so far. Peter is truly an exceptional salesperson, he taught us almost everything we know about buying/leasing a car in ON. He patiently explained everything about the car, leasing and even insurance. We can’t ask for someone better than him.

It’s been 8 months now and the salesperson doesn’t even answer my calls. DON’T TRUST THEIR TIMELINES. Look for some other dealership.

Good service but not punctual. Apt booked for 12 and booked it based on a busy schedule over two hours to simply change tires. Busy mom with kids to pick up. While sitting here someone who knows the staff had their oil change and tires changed in 45 minutes. Came in an hour after me and we're in and out well before me. Not pleased with this service especially given I've been here many times myself. Was told that it takes longer because I need to switch the rims as well. This isn't my first rodeo it doesnt take two hours

Honest dealership and great service.

2021/22 is a tough time to buy a vehicle due to COVID and the chip shortage. Specifically, Toyota Canada has chosen to sell their cars at MRSP (ie no manufacturing discounts given to dealerships). With all these things external factors out of our control, there are some things that we can control - and I am glad we chose to buy our 2022 Sienna from Mississauga Toyota.

Sara, Angel, and Michael were a pleasure to deal with. They were honest and upfront with the price of the car, providing a detailed break down of the cost. There were no hidden fees, or additional costs, nor were they pushy in getting me to purchase any of their the extra added value products (although very detailed and informative on the extra products they offered). Their honesty and professionalism were key to why I chose to purchase my Sienna with them vs.all the other dealerships I inquired with.

Mississauga Toyota were also upfront with the duration of the wait for the vehicle's arrival: 4 - 6 months. Their clear communication during that time was great to reassure me that they haven't forgotten about my purchase. It would be good to note that my vehicle arrived in 3 months, although I also recognize that the pandemic has made the wait time super varible. Sara was very diligent in communicating my vehicle's arrival and when I picked up the vehicle from the dealership Angel did a fantastic job to explain all the features to me and my wife. Angel had great time management skills to ensure the process was completed, that we were satisfied with the vehicle, and that we had all the information needed before driving off the lot. Her friendliness and self-awareness did not make us feel rushed at all despite us having limited time.

In such a tough climate for car buying, Mississauga Toyota did a great job to reduce my anxiety and dealing with them was a straight forward easy process. I would 100% consider purchasing my next Toyota vehicle with them.

Edited my initial 5 star vehicle purchase experience rating to 1 star after this dealerships service dept.showed their true colours and tried everything they could to not fix 2 significant warranty items that were legit and costly to address. One issue is tied to a recall in the U. S & another issue is tied to a class action lawsuit yet Mississauga Toyota refused to address them for my vehicle. When I challenged them on their lack of concern about my issues I was told that parts in a Toyota not manufactured by Toyota themselves (but instead a Toyota parts supplier), they are not covered under the vehicle 3yr/60KMS warranty?

They’ll gladly take your money at purchase only to treat you poorly when you need them the most - for warranty work.

We are frequent Toyota purchasers and have decided to take our money elsewhere.

Josh, the service advisor at Toyota Mississauga, was amazing, honest, and made me save money on an issue related to the screws of the front driver wheel not tightened of my 2009 Camry.
The private mechanic outside Toyota suggested changing the struts and all the related components that could have costed me >$1k for the parts alone.
I am a regular customer to Toyota Mississauga as I own two Toyota cars, and now I am switching the service of my 2009 Camry to be taken care by Toyota Mississauga in general and Josh in particular.

Rating is for service dept. I took my car in for a 5pm oil change. I guess I was the last appt of the day on a Friday so no one wanted to check me in. I had a 530 to 630p swim lesson for my daughter down the street but the service manager refused to service my vehicle if I didn't pick it up before 6pm. I asked them to drop my vehicle off to me (500m away, a 1 min drive), they said no. I asked them to leave keys in vehicle and I'll grab it after hours, they said no. They offered no solution to me and essentially told me they will not service my car. I don't think I have ever been dismissed this badly at a dealership or private mechanic. I will not be going back here. Prior to this visit I brought my car in 3 times for various repairs and maintenance. They oversold services and shuttle service was awful (pre COVID).

Just got back from Mississauga Toyota and couldn't be more delighted with Shane's help. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. I felt no pressure at any point and he was incredibly accessible - making it a point to let me know that he could be reached even post-purchase if I had any questions. Without a doubt, I would absolutely recommend his services, whether you're on the hunt for a used car like myself, or looking to buy brand new.

Also, wanted to give a special thanks to Michael who helped with all of the financials. Like with Shane, there was no pressure there and he was very helpful from start to finish.

We were assisted by Matthew Piazza who was a gem to deal with regarding our oil change and, at a later date, getting last minute all weather tires when our search was exhausted. Car shopping is exciting, but car buying can be stressful. Angad J. Kaler helped me with tough decisions like whether to choose XLE/XSE or SE based on my preferences. Its already overwhelming to find a good deal but Angad San helped me in getting a great deal of winter tires.

Very professional and delivered on time.
Finance team was really helpful and recommended valuable suggestion during the purchase.
Just one small concern is that my new car was parked outside along with other cars instead of delivery area and it was little dusty when we took our new car.
Other than that, all good and I would definitely recommend Mississauga Toyota to others.

Thanks to Angad and Michael for making the whole lease process so easy and seamless. I love my new RAV4! Other dealerships I've dealt with over the years have engaged in really aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics and have never fully taken me seriously. They would keep pushing add ons and asking me questions like "don't you need to check with your husband? " Ugh. This team was totally different. I knew what I wanted and they worked with me to make it happen. No fuss, nor pressure. It was so refreshing!

I will definitely be a repeat customer at Mississauga Toyota. Great cars and great people. That's a winning combination!

I have recently purchased a new vehicle at Mississauga Toyota. Even though I praised an efficient exchange of communication with the salesman involved and an efficient processing of the purchase I was devastated by a complete lack of accurate and precise communication resulting in overcharging me.
When I first saw a draft of the purchase agreement I noticed on the said draft a full charge of the cross bars and a half of the costs of the bars deducted from my deposit against my wishes and results of negotiation. The cross bars were not supposed to become a part of the bill as I wanted to pay separately. Moreover, the agreed cost was supposed to be a 1/2 of the original price.
When I started asking questions the answers received have never been convincing. I have exchanged several e-mails with the salesperson but that did not change his position and he continued processing the transaction without changing any numbers on the agreement. I attempted to persuade the salesperson to adjust the numbers but he refused even at the time of the pick up of the vehicle.
I chose to pick up the car and write a complaint to the salesperson requesting a refund. He refused. I turned to Sarah, the New Vehicles Sales Manager. She refused as well and did not even attempt to show me her calculations in order to convince me that I was wrong. I escalated the complaint and shared all the details of the developments including all exchanges with the salesperson with Susan, General Manager. She refused and did not demonstrate efforts to prove that I was wrong showing the math to support her position that my complaint was groundless and unreasonable.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Angad Kler and the rest of his team at Mississauga Toyota. We just bought a new 2021 RAV4 and the process was the smoothest I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. Right from our initial contact over email, through an in-showroom meeting (which was very comfortable, maintaining all COVID-related safety protocols), through the delivery/pickup, everything was very pleasant and very efficient. Angad in particular was great to deal with, providing a very laid-back and fair negotiation process and constantly communicating throughout. Would highly recommend buying from him and we certainly will be in the future.

I just picked up my new vehicle today and the service I received from the moment I walked into the dealership to picking up my car was exceptional. My sales representative Suehail Pineda was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When she said I am part of the Toyota family now, I really felt it. I have purchased many new cars in the past, by far this was the most positive experience I have had buying a car. Great sales staff. Very honest and helpful. Even talked me down from considering a larger more expensive car. They also informed me of upcoming sales events months from now.

They seem genuine and are eager to help make things work. I will be returning to buy from them at a later date!

I was transferred to Canada and needed to move in with my wife and two children in a very short time. Finding Mississauga Toyota was more than a blessing for us.
Suhail Pineda went beyond all our expectations. She helped us not only to find the best car for us, but also with all the requirements we needed and how to get them (driver's license, bank paperwork, best practices, etc.)
Since I have two daughters, having a car was an urgency. Thanks to Suhail, the process was easy to follow and got our SUV in time record.

Avoid like the plague. This place has poor customer service. Came to help my sister buy a new vehicle and we dealt with a female saleswoman around 6pm on Sept 5th, 2018 and immediately she said she has 2 other customers arriving. As if we are less important then customers who are not even here yet. 8pm lo and behold, she's still dealing with us and no other customers have come looking for her. I think it was some type of sales tactic they teach their staff to try and make customers feel less important to prime them for their sales pitches. Well I wasn't having any of it. I got my sister to test drive the cars she was interested in and we made an offer on a Rav4. They were so dismissive of the offer that they just shook our hands and showed us the door. No negotiating, no counter offer, just shown the door. Manager that day was also rude and had this attitude like he was selling BMW or Mercedes. Ha! Yeah right. No wonder this location is 2.5/5 on dealerrater.ca. No employees are listed either on that site. Probably too ashamed they work at this location. My sister used to hold Toyota with such high regard as her 2005 echo lasted this long until the exhaust pipe rusted off. After our experience here today, we will definitely be looking at other companies to give our business.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these condescending clowns. Just say No to this Toyota!

PLEASE READ AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM FOR NEW CARS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE YOUNG. Went to this dealership with my boyfriend yesterday and met with a salesman. Wanted to buy the Toyota 86. He brought in Domenic who is higher up than him and has been there for a long time. Apparently is “the best”. After hours of negotiating BEFORE they took us to test drive the car, they came up with an okay deal. Doable but not out of this world deal. We then were hesitant to sign this deal as we had to consult with an outside person on the deal before making any commitments. Domenic told us to put down a $500 deposit to ensure that we would be able to have the green-initiative package on the car. We said and made it clear that we were unsure whether we wanted to commit to this deal and he said to us word for word, “it’s illegal for me to keep your money from you. It’s refundable”. After double checking and everything he kept saying the same thing. We asked for a written contract saying we would get that deposit back if we changed our minds and they just kept assuring us they would not rip us off like that. We then went into another office of a financial advisor and they had us sign a contract that they made out to be us giving them permission to do the financial check on my boyfriend. Everything they said about this contract was “permission to release your privacy” blah blah blah again and again. Even made it A point to not let us read the contract on our own and stepping in and reading it to us and speeding up the process basically rushing us out of there so we didn’t get a good look at the contract or something. They were reading only the points that speak about it being for the financial check. After we left we drove out to Markham to test drive the car and after careful deliberation decided we did not want to go with this deal. My boyfriend then went into the dealership today and Domenic and the GM all repeatedly tried to remove my boyfriend from the building because he was causing a scene because they REFUSED to give his money back for that deposit and told him “no you signed for the car it’s yours now you are going to start paying for it”. They LIED and TRICKED us into signing to pay for this car when they KNEW extremely well that WE WERE HESITANT AND DID NOT WANT TO COMMIT without speaking to our other person included in the deal and we said we would come back later in the week to sign the papers for sure. These people do not even deserve one star. They took advantage of us being 21 and tried to steal our money for their own business.

Worst Stealership Ever! Had an oil change. Went on a drive to Pennsylvania and back.parked it for a few days and noticed a oil puddle. I knew something wasn't right, so I looked under the hood and there were no leaks on any hoses. So I checked the oil plug. It was only hand tightened and very loose! I got my socket wrench and did it myself. Not only that I had huge scratches on the plastic engine cover, like someone went skateboarding on it. I also mention every time I bring my car in, not to wash it, it is a wrapped vehicle and cannot be handwashed only touchless and now there is scratches on that. The only thing they said was sorry and that they see that there is a note on the file and all that they can do is put another note on the file for next time. They not only didn't do there job properly, but they cost me $400. Never going back! Steer Clear!

Let's start with the good sides. Peter, sales rep I had a chance to work with was great. Very knowledgeable and ready to answer any question. I feel like he deserves to work in better environment. Since the car I was interested in was not in the show room they took me to the back lot where they keep their inventory of new cars. I have no other word to describe other than one sad bunch of very dirty cars, tightly packed so that you have to go sideways to walk between them. No dealership should keep their inventory and look like this, ever. The main reason why I am giving one star is their trade in appraisal. I have been in few other dealerships, including Toyota, Hyundai and VW and they were all able to offer a substantially more for my trade-in, which is funny knowing they all work of the same book. Anyway, my recommendation for all of you with the trade in is to go to the different dealership. The rest of you, bring a bottle of water and the roll of paper towel if you wish to see a vehicle in their inventory, and good luck.

I Bought a so called CERTIFIED used 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD van with a full tank of gas from Mississauga Toyota and parked it in my garage for 3 months, never using it since I didn't need the van at that moment and still with all the dealer promo stickers, door bumpers, even the pouch with their stock number still attached to the inside of the windshield. I did start it up once in a while to keep things fresh. I bought it because it was for the wife and it was the the Limited AWD which was hard to find with low KM's and in nice shape.

After recently getting it insured and on the road for 3 days and traveling no more than 65 KM's total. I went in to MT to check the brake pedal for a banging noise under the dash when applying and releasing the brake pedal and they told me that my rotors and or pads are wore out? Which had nothing to do with the original pedal banging noise complaint, but they knew that I'd be back so when I did come back they quickly put the van on the lift and removed all 4 wheels to show me the bad brakes, which again had nothing to do with the brake pedal banging when I appied then released the brake pedal.

So thats 3 month's of storage in a garage and roughly a 1/4 tank of gas used, and mostly used to run the engine in the garage, and approximately 65 KM's after the certification my brakes are shot? With heavy pitting and gouges on the rotors? The dealer REFUSED! To do anything about it but gave me an estimate of around $900.00 for a 4 wheel brake job as they did the "well boyz, will it last a month, cuz thats all we needz by law" for the cerification, or another scam is when they back date the certification so it expires 1 to 2 days after you register the vehicle, so they are all free and clear of any responsibility, and the 31 days of proper certification have magically turned into only 1or 2 days, and thats all legal, but if you want to be honest and retain your customer base, then thats illegal.

I paid over $28000 cash for this van with a $1900 useless extended waranty that they farm out to others under their extended waranty program (when they, (duh), don't know whats wrong with the vehicle). I got SCREWED by this so called "Missisauga Toyota Family" as the brakes are NOT covered under the extended waranty? So what did I pay for?

They give ALL CAR dealers a on going bad reputation and would rather have a bad reputation than happy customers. Read the other negative feedbacks posted here and ignore the positive ones as they are posted by fake customers like their employees.

So tell your friends or anyone that is in the market to buy a vehicle to STAY AWAY FROM THESE MISSISSAUGA TOYOTA SCAMMERS or you too will be scammed like I was. I was also suposed to get a complementary van wash and the 1st oil change according to their fancy sales brochure neither of which happend and I guess it never will. SCAMMERS!

Now watch below for the fake caring, kind, form letter reply to EVERYONE by the service manager at MT who almost gave me a heart attack today.
Which goes like this, na, na, na. "Hi, My name is Anthony Gallucci and I am the Service Manager. I am truly sorry to hear that you did not have a world-class experience at our dealership. We appreciate your feedback as we look at every experience as a learning opportunity for our team. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns" or "I can't seem to find your file" Bla, bla bla.

You want to discuss this matter with me? Oh really, you have my phone number and my email adress, what, you couldn't contact me? Too busy riping other people off? I gave you Gypsy scammers a week and a half to remidy this issue after also filing a complaint with Toyota Canada about this matter, and you chose to ignore me untill I posted this letter on many social media sites, now you want to "discuss this further with me"? What do you want to talk about? Talk is cheap like your "Family dealership".

I would not recommend this place for service, They replace items that you did not approve of, then tack it on the bill at cashier. The cashier will ask you if you want to wait to talk to someone, and then you are left standing there awkwardly until you run out of patients (total SCAM).
Last year they damaged my running board on the lift, then parked in a way that I wouldn't notice. I brought it back to the service manager, but he wouldn't see me, instead he had an underling meet with me, and also blew me off. Again I would not recommend this place for service.cheers.

If you select this service centre. You just wast your time. Never trust to them. This is not my first exprience. I bought my car around 3 years ago and always I have use this centre but from 1 years ago quality of their services decrease and always waste the customer time. I reported to the srvice manager but nothing happen

Misleading promises, lying about parts needed to be replaced (proof from another mechanic), inflated labour ($300.00 and hour) A $600.00 bill turned into a $820.00- forced to comply or you don't leave with your vehicle! Go to another Toyota! - the honest professionals that worked here many years ago are no longer apart of the team!

Amazing dealership. From Peter Taper who I bought the car from to the service team, to the receptionist, to the cashier. They were all great!

Pathetic customer Service. I am very disappointed with the way the customer relationship is being handled at this dealership. I went there for an appointment today which was scheduled at 12-30PM with their Head of Financial Services (Viq). We reported to the reception at 12-30PM and she informed him that the guests were here. He replied back saying that he was with another customer and should be there in a few minutes. We waited patiently for half an hour but there was no response. Then their Sales Rep (Helen, whom we were dealing with) came to meet us. We told her about our appointment and she went back to him to follow up. And she again said the same that he will be with you guys shortly. We again went back to our endless waiting and now it was 2: 00PM (hour and a half passed the actual appointment time). We went back to the reception to find out what's going on. She called him back but he hung-up on her saying he is with a customer. She was clueless on what to reply us back as he hung up on her in front of us. We told her to get the Manager to speak to us. The manager (Brian Shaw) came and asked us our names and said that let me check and get back to you guys. He came back and started saying that you guys need to wait. He said that there was a walk-in customer which Viq was busy with and cannot attend us till he is done. He started getting rude with us and started to give us an example of a doctor's appointment where you have to wait even after you have an appointment. At no point he apologized. He kept on raising his voice while talking to me. When I said that I have to leave for another appointment he immediately said that "You may leave".

Is this what you expect from a dealership?
Is this the way to treat your guests who came to visit you after taking an appointment a week prior?
Is this the way to deal someone who has given you a business earlier and negotiating to give you more business?

Whoever, is visiting this place, I would like to warn you that these people are frauds. When they want to sell you something they will be very nice to you but when you come back for customer service, they will treat you in a very disappointing manner.

I went to get my oil changed on my 2012 Camry, which I purchased at mississauga Toyota. I waited more than 2 hours for a half hour oil change. I suspect that the service advisor, Bryan did that to me because he does not make any money off of me. The service manager did eventually give me a free oil change after I had complained to him as to why a half hour oil change is taking more than 2 hours. These people are cruel and have no respect for other people's time.
