Mississauga Urgent Care Medical Clinic

I’ve been here a few times and I prefer this clinic than any other clinic. I don’t have to wait too long. Dr. Ahmed Salah is quick and efficient. Always very kind and helpful

This place is the worst for wait time. Why have they named their clinic "Urgent Care" when they can't attend patients on an urgent right away basis. I waited for 2 hours (1.5 hours in the front waiting area and 35 mins in the room). Even walk in clinics do not have that much wait time like the one here. I will never return here. If you want to get attended right away find another urgent care, this one is horrible.

Opens at 10, so I arrived at 10. Doctor didn't arrive on site until 11: 15. I was the first signed in and still wasn't scene until 11: 30.

Miserable experience in that the clinic is asking fully vaccinated patients to get self Covid test before a doctor would see an urgent care patient. They would direct the patient to the in-house pharmacy who would sell the self test kit at $20 while such kits are given free by pharmacies like Shoppers drug mart or Rexhall. This process to my knowledge is not happening in other clinics where I have been to. Callous consideration for the patient rather emphasis on a $20 self test kit…. Not recommended!

Don't bother. Was asked to go to an urgent care facility after speaking with telehealth and all they would provide me was a phone consultation. No examination given - only one person waiting. Don't waste your time.

Do not have a terminal to use card on. Needed cash. Was told to walk to bank to get cash. They didnt know how much i would need for a doctors note.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The people who work here are rude and don’t know how to do their job. Took an hour for someone to pick up the phone just to get immediately hung up on. Called back and finally got ahold of the receptionist who then refused to let me speak to the doctor that helped me and refused to allow me to come for a doctors note even though I’ve been off work for over a week unable to walk due to injury. Told me that they do not ‘do’ doctors notes and refused to fill out forms for my work. Honestly a preschool could provide better healthcare than the people who work here. Embarrassing.

The receptionist is very rude. She don’t know how talk with patient. Never visit this clinic.

Only thing good was not too long of a wait (about 45 mins.at 11am on a weekday). Doctor did not even bother to perform a physical exam on the problem area nor did he bother to ask pertinent questions relevant to my issue (I would know as I am in the field). It's clear that his approach was to take the least amount of time by quickly providing meds for the most common issue. He doesn't care if he's wrong because it's just a walk-in and I'll eventually get my issue addressed by another random doctor if needed. Honestly shocked and disappointed that he didn't even take the time to look at the area I was complaining about and just assumed based on two symptoms I told him. Unless you're 100% sure what you have and what med you need, I would not bother with this place. Absolutely no diligence applied.

Visited urgent care this evening at around 6: 30pm, place was quiet, only 2 patients ahead of me. Waited for about 20mins. The lady at the front was nice. She’s not very cheerful but she’s very efficient. Dr. Salah was the one who attended to me, he’s very nice, professional, cheerful and just relaxed. He was able to give me the right meds and answered my questions.

The place is very dated, it will be very nice if they redecorate the place. Patient room is clean and spacious. They also have a procedure room.

The urgent care is on the main floor, st. Mary’s pharmacy on the right side of the main floor.
There’s also an orthopaedic clinic beside the urgent care.
There’s a basement where there are more facilities/office. (Not related to urgent care)

This clinic is not good, I have problem with my eye lseen by dr. Ahmed give me drop for infection for 5 days, but there is not improving happiness after l come back to full up, he just
Said give it some time and it will disappear, or went for emergency and refuse reffing me for specialise doctor for eyes very disappoint.
