Come to a new pair of glasses, Recelle at the optical department is a great help. She will pull out as many frames as possible in order to satisfy my needs. Since there are limited selection of frames due to my prescription, she goes further steps by ordering other selections for me. During the whole experience, it demonstrate her knowledge towards customers needs and patience. She will explains in details the pros and cons of different frames. It is an assets to have her working at the optical department. Thank you

Dr. Melanie Datta-Bose, Optometrist, deserves the highest commendation. She is very competent, meticulous, caring, dedicated to her profession and provides the best possible treatment and advice. She does not compromise with time and examines the eyes thoroughly. Her signature style in ascertaining the most comfortable eye power is unique. She is one of the best eye doctors I have ever encountered in my life. Another Optometrist at this clinic, Dr. Sana Al-Imari, is also excellent.

Mississauga Vision Centre is well equipped with latest machines, is spacious and has a nice ambience. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been going to Mississauga Vision Centre for many years and I'm very happy with the care that I receive from Dr. Sud and his staff. We recently moved 50km away and still go back because we trust how thorough Dr. Sud is. We also get our glasses from Mississauga Vision Centre and they are so helpful with choosing the best frames and providing the appropriate lens. We won't go anywhere else.

MVC has a team of extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The process went so smoothly from reception all the way to dispensing. It was my first time at MVC and I was certainly impressed. Thank you to Dr. Sud for being so thorough and taking the time to explain what I can do to better my eye health. He recommended Neurolens due to my astigmatism and they work wonders! Thank you to Puja and Alex as well for helping me pick a frame that I feel and look great in!

Very nice! I have an advanced chronic cornea issue. This was my first visit in Canada and the staff and doctor were more than helpful! I came before time and was attending immediately by staff.

Doctor is too good and helped me resolve most of my queries and completed my comprehensive eye exam within an hour!

I would not recommend this place.

Vision check is double the price compare to other places. When I asked for lenses prescription, which I came for, the doctor asked me to pay an extra $55 because he needed to use free trial lenses for me and another 3 minutes of his time. But it was too late to say NO because they already charged me $140+tax. The other places' vision check for glasses and lenses is $90.
And in the end, he forgot to give me complete prescription information.

Dr Datta-Bose and the team at Mississauga Vision are awesome. They are very professional.

Dr Datta-Bose is patient and listens to your issues carefully. She explains everything in details and treat you with respect. The team members at the clinic are wonderful and friendly. Facility is clean and big.

I have been living with blepharitis and dry eyes and was suggested to see Dr. Datta-Bose for IPL treatments. I am very pleased with the results as this brought my blepharitis under control. Since I started the treatments, I have not had any flare-ups which has not happened to me for the last 2 years. This has also helped with my dry eye issues which is a big relief during seasonal allergies. I will definitely have future IPL treatments if needed.

Dr. Sud and his team are very professional and take the steps necessary for their patients well being. I recommend him to my family and friends.

Amazing experience and highly recommend! I was having some issues with contact lens wear for the last few years, but wasn't able to get the help I needed from my previous optometrist. It was time for a 2nd opinion! I came across Mississauga Vision Centre the nice receptionist booked my first appointment with Dr. Komal Angra. Not only is Dr. Angra incredibly kind and patient, she is also very knowledgeable and it shows. After a cornea mapping, she did a thorough exam and was able to pinpoint the potential problems. She started me off with a dry-eye supplement recommendation and for the following 4 weeks, we meticulously tested various contact lenses and fine-tuned the prescription for my left eye until we got it right. I feel so much better now that I can wear contact lenses comfortably. A big thank you once again to Dr. Angra for helping me, Recelle and the reception team.)

I had an eye exam a week before visiting Vision at a different establishment and was told my issue was nothing more than a prescription change. I felt a second opinion was needed, so I found Vision online and contacted them, I was able to get a same day appointment - I'm so glad I did find this place. Dr. Narayansingh in a matter of minutes had an idea of what potentially could be the problem, he recommended some retina tests. He was extremally thorough, descriptive and a very easy person to deal with. As he and I both suspected, the issue was much larger than a prescription change, and his patience and expertise helped me get the answers I needed and heled put my mind at ease. Thankfully the problem will resolve, however I cant thank you enough for your professionalism and obvious dedication to your work, it shows and it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place based off my experience.

My visit to the Mississauga Vision Center was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived at the reception desk through each stage of the eye examination process thereafter I was impressed by the quality of service I received. The doctor was very capable and respectful whilst the receptionist was most professional from start to finish.
I recommend Mississauga Vision Center if you would like to have your eyes tested.

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. I called in advance for the vision examination and the receptionist stated $130 all included + forms completion. Upon finishing the examination, the receptionist charged me $210 claiming that it was discussed before the appointment while she never did. When I asked to speak to a manger she stated that he’s busy. I didn’t want to argue with her so I paid the $210 and left the store very unsatisfied for the money I over paid knowing that I could’ve got it done somewhere else for $90-$120 max.

I have been using this vision care office for few years now and especially would like to complement their Ortho-K services. This is a great technogy that allows a person to wear lenses at night and not to wear them during the day. Dr. Sud in this office turns out to be one of the noticable supporters of this approach in the region. The doctor has been very supportive, tactful, and accommodating during the last few years that my daughter is using this method and during some mishaps that inevitably happen.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Angra and it was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely thorough and it’s obvious that she really cares about her patient’s well-being.

After my appointment I was fitted for glasses by Alex which was also a very pleasant experience. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and it seems like he literally knows everything about glasses.

Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend!

This has been an amazing eyecare experience. Saw Dr. Amjed, and she really knows what she is doing. She took her time, and gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had, then explained things to me in detail afterwards. Will definitely be coming back and bringing the rest of my family.

We originally went to Mississauga Vision Centre to explore the option of using Ortho-K lenses to correct myopia for my two teenage boys. Dr. Amjed took care of them since and now I see her too. She is very caring, patient and knowledgeable about eye care. The staff at the Centre is very polite and efficient. The Centre is very good in reminding you of upcoming appointment through automated email/text and personal calls. I highly recommend Dr. Amjed and Mississauga Vision Centre for eye care.

Love this Vision Centre. I have been going for years to Dr. Narayansingh. He is a great Eye doctor, very friendly and professional.

I had a lens fall out of my glasses and I went to this office. The door was answered by this nice blond lady who had my glasses put together. I didn't buy them there but she was willing to help me out. So happy that this lady was able to get them fixed for me. Thank you.:)

My wife, Nabiha, was examined by Dr. Brar. Now she doesn’t suffer from her vision especially when driving.
She always expresses her admiration and appreciation for his work, pin-pointing the trouble and prescribing the exact power eye glasses.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! It was my first time at Mississauga Vision Centre and won’t be my last that is for sure. I’ve already sent recommendations to my friends and family because it was such a pleasant experience. It was very clean, the sanitized all rooms each time I went in and made my experience looking for frames very pleasant! Overall A+!

I called this office with no hope as my glasses were broken and the store I bought them from said there is nothing that can be done. I talked to a nice soft spoken lady who booked me in to see the Optician. The Optician was able to find a frame that the lenses fit into for me so I had something to use until I was eligible for insurance in January. I will now be a customer for life thanks to this kind man who helped a lady out.

Dr. Arvinder Pal Brar is an excellent optometrist who answered all my questions and made me very comfortable when I visited him to get my vision tested this Saturday. It was a great experience being with him as i was very anxious with respect to my eye condition. His professionalism and caring attitude amaged me.
I recommend his name to everybody who want to consult a knowledgeable, humble and caring optometrist.

Dr.sud and the staffs were excellent. Very fast service. Sanitization procedure was really good and they also had air cleaners running in all areas.

First of all I have to say the low rating is mainly because of the reception staff. If this was only for the Optometrist it would’ve been a solid 5 coz Dr. Sana Al-Imari was absolutely GREAT!
As for the reception staff I have to say I’m Not impressed At All! Maybe even disgusted!
They were nice the first time a year ago (hence the 2 starts) but with my last incident I had to run away & never look back, probably why I didn’t loose my eye. I’m my books when a patient shows up at the clinic with a severely infected eye:
“I’m sorry the Drs have a meeting & can’t see you for 2 hours! Why don’t you go to Emergency” is NEVER the answer I wanna hear from the professional People I Used to trust with my Eyes.
I went to another optometrist who handled this emergency situation right away & I’m thankful to GOD & my new optometrist that I didn’t loose my eye.
I called them after & asked them to Cancel ALL my future appointments of course. Whoever answered the call seemed to be used to hearing this.

Mississauga Vision Centre and Dr. Sana Al-Imari deserve the highest commendation. Dr. Al-Imari, optometrist, is very competent, meticulous, caring and keeps smiling with a great amount of patience and treats every patient/client as special. She is dedicated to her profession and provides the best possible treatment and advice. She is one of the best eye doctors I have ever encountered in my life. She listens to all queries and explains in a simple manner. She does not adopt the short cut route and her examination is really thorough.
The front desk staff and the support technical staff are very friendly and supportive. They are attentive and render immediate help. The clinic is spacious and has a nice ambience with due care taken for the aesthetics.

I bring my son to vision center do ortho-k lenses.they seemly didn't profession. The measurement also is not accurate. Did twice the lenses.

I had to visit Dr. Datta Bose last week and was quite impressed with the efficacies in place at the Mississauga Vision Centre. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their " machinery" worked with German precision. No protracted waiting times. Dr. Datta Bose herself presents wonderfully well and explains your case professionally.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sud over ten years ago. He has always been very knowledgeable, kind and has made me feel comfortable. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. He always takes his time explaining everything.i would recommend him to everyone.i know.

All of the staff, doctors and reception staff, were an absolute delight to interact with. Unlike many doctors' offices, they were right on time and I felt very confident in the doctors analysis of my health. One of the most pleasant clinics around by far.
I gave only 4 stars because I was calling around for a reasonable price for a checkup, as my insurance only gives me partial coverage, and was quoted $105. There was a cheaper place (that seemed quite dingy) but I chose to go with this place due to its professional appearance (even though I wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket for the other place). I went in, asked for a basic exam, did what I was told, and was shocked when my bill was $160, especially when no one asked me if I wanted to do any additional imaging. I was quite shocked in having to pay so much. The lovely receptionist could tell I was taken aback at the price and volunteered an explanation. Saying that the exam was the quoted price, but imaging was extra (which I don't know how I could have possibly known that, as I don't work in this industry, and no one cared to inform me of this in advance)

If you are fully covered or don't care about surprise add-ons, this is honestly a fantastic place with wonderful staff. If not, see if you can pay up front before going in so they can't sneak in any charges.

Edit: They contacted me due to the confusion and cleared things right up. Very impressed with this place. Changing my rating from 4 stars to 5.

I was very pleased with how they were able to get me in on short notice. Being diabetic, they did tests and are also getting me to a specialist for further testing. They are thorough and explain what will happen next. Thank you.

Front staff here are a mess. Very rude and disrespectful! The Doctors are nice and professional but the front staff make every visit unpleasant that I never want to return.
