First shoes I bought from there changed colour in less then a mouth. I went back there and was told there is no warranty on colour! Second one is in the picture in 3 months and she blamed the way I wear my shoes. They make you feel they are not welling to help at all I’m this branch. My experience in other locations is much better.
Worst worst worst service while returning product. They will make you fool and will not return money in case you want to return product. I bought safety shoes and I wore only 1 day and shoes seems brand new. When I made a call to ask for return they said yes we will accept returns and you have 100 day return policy in case you want to return or exchange but when I went there to return my one day old safety shoe dimension that I wear for one day. So now they cannot resell this safe tissue to any customer and hence she cannot return money. Only option to return money is giving a gift card of Mr. Safety shoe. Otherwise buy something from the store but clearly no refund at all in your credit card or cash.
Worst service I ever had and we poor than Mark's. Now I have a regret of buying safety shoe at Mr. Safety shoe instead of Mark's.
I visited this location today with my friend for one specific shoe and the Asian lady that was helping me said very rude “We don’t have your size, go to Brampton! ” and why specifically Brampton location? Because we are brown!? Then I was looking for a second option, but didn’t find any so we were walking to Exit and She stopped us with following quotation! Did you took the shoe? She considered us for thieves! This was a very bad experience and humiliation. Wouldn’t recommend a n y o n e to visit this location!
Had work credit that I could utilize for Work boots. Smaller side store than I thought hence the selection was limited for females. Having said that, the service was great very attentive and helpful. Fair pricing n somr sale items
They treat you as if you are a thief. Ask 20 questions even when I am showing all the information they asked me for… I used to come here every year, honesty never again.
Excellent customer service from Domenic always. He goes above and beyond to attend to short notice requests and delivers to the factory timely. Thanks for been dependable. The safety boots (CSA approved) are very durable too.
I visited today around 4: 21 pm & people in store after me was being assisted, I was greeted and no one bothered to help. I had a shoes holding in my hand waiting for assistance for a size. Even when I was leaving, I uttered no costumer service, Chinese or Filipino lady pretended, she did not hear me. It could be because I’ll used a voucher. I’ll not returned to this location.
I walked into the store today and was greeted very politely with a "hello how are you today? How can I help you? " Which I said " Hi, I'm looking for composition safety shoes. Which she replied "oh composite shoes" and she walks off and never helped me again. RUDE at least she could have pointed me to the direction of the shoes since I obviously did not know what they where. I had to asked about 3 different workers for help until one said let me find an associate to help you.seriously disorganized and rude. The "associate" that actually came to help me was actually very helpful got me my shoes, which I purchased even though I just wanted to walk out.
Don't buy from here. They only had display left in my size and so I bought but wasn't comfortable and now they won't return for money back. Worst customer experience
Really helpful staff. I’ve purchased shoes from this store and i had some issues with the size. They followed up about the shoes via email and helped me replacing them with correct size.
No much variety/choice as far as price/budget is concern. Asst. Manager Aesha is excellent in sales and explanation. Inflation is creeping us so price has gone almost like 30% for same product of 2020.
Thank You, Daria for a seemless and super smooth experience! I already knew what I needed and after spending a good while looking at potential options I was happy to find the pair I wanted plus a lil extra treat to myself for long term benefits thanks to her recommendations, I was in and out in no time.:)
Terrible service, manager seems like the female Al Bundy.staff has next to zero knowledge about any of the shoes. I definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I bought a pair of Rock port welding boots there low cut and within a month the stitching fell apart, and the lining at the back of the boot fell apart I paid over 200.00 for the pair these boots are no good for welding, I hope they have a better pair next time I visit
Excellent service from Daria. Great quality and fit. Reasonable prices including my company discount. Recommend getting the extra soft and support insoles for those long day's on your feet. Happy feet?
One of your drivers pulls into area normally for smaller vehicles instead of truck parking area. He pulls right up to the front entrance and blocks off several parking spaces including two handicapped. He also interferes with quick access to the building entrance. He's totally unprofessional as a commercial driver and doesn't seem to have any concern but for himself. See pics I added for verification. What you dont see is all the cars in the lot that had to park further away. Its among other things a Timmies in the rush hour so you know its busy.
Good customer service and variety. Something that I did find disappointing is the pricing, it's very similar to mark's. I recommend it over them because it's a small business and they are better then corporate type places.
Great store with great staff and choice of safety boots. I was very happy with my experience as Vanessa from store 101 weston was very attentive and knowledgable about the boots i were interested in. And her sugesstion of Insoles was brilliant.
Lots of options for women who work in jobs that require safety equipment! Really excellent selection of safety boots and other gear at this location - - probably the best I've ever seen at any boot store. The staff were helpful, especially once the store (which was very busy when I got there after work) quieted down a bit.
I think I was most impressed with their selection of winter work gloves. I went in planning to try on some winter work boots and walked away with a new pair of water-resistant, insulated gloves (which I also needed!). The gloves were also more affordable than some of the ones I'd been looking at in stores like MEC. Also more suitable to the type of work I do, which requires enough finger dexterity to write notes and use measuring equipment year round. The best part was that they carried men's size small in many of the glove options, which can be hard to find at work wear stores!
Nice variety, there was none in my size for the style picked, the lady ordered as I was told, I called a week later and no one had record of this so I had to re-order and wait again.but a nice boot for the price.
Staff is just too good. They have a huge collection of safety related things. I just loved the Winter cap and Leather belt. Along with these I bought safety shoes of Reebok and it is just amazing. Place was well organized.
PLEASE DON'T GO THIS PLACE, VERY HORRIBLE PLACE THAT. SPECIALLY ONE OF STAFF NAME MERCY. BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE CHECK AND VERIFIED A PRICE. B'COZ THOSE PEOPLE ALWAYS PLAY WITH THE PRICE TAG.
I've always bought my work boots here. The service and knowledge of product is great. Best of all, they now carry a full line of Mellow walk boots that are made locally and priced competitively.
WORST place you could ever work. I would like to start off by saying they are your typical shady, slimy company they just put on a good front. They belittle employees if they make any mistakes. In the beginning they come off very friendly and willing to aid you until you are ready to handle situations on your own, However that is not the case. The training was all over the place and very inconsistent. When i started they had just let the old manager go for "Not being a fit"- Bruce. M Operations manager Of Mr Safety Shoes. Lack of staffing was put to blame for why my training had been so menial. Quite frankly very unprofessional for any company to use that as excuse as to why your employee was not given complete training as per specified. For that reason you should have more consideration when correcting your employees. Moving into the the next CON about working for Mr Safety Shoes. In your job description it says that you will essentially be a shoe sales person, so your duties outlined are one of a shoe consultant, what they don't tell you is that you will also be part time shipper and receiver/bathroom cleaner/warehouse cleaner. I came on board during a time where the manger of operations was managing the store. He would constantly be pointing out all these little minute things, almost as if to just satisfy his own over sized ego. He constantly told me that i am not a shoe sales persons, and that i am not here to sell anything, yet at my 2 month review one of the key things i was told to work on is my secondary sales (shoes sprays, shoe polish etc). I always made sure to inform the customer on the proper way to take care of their boot, but at the end of the day if i'm not a sales person why should I be taught these slime ball sales tactics to trick customers into buying unnecessary shoe product? Other then lack of secondary sales they gave me no sort of warning that i would not be making it past my probationary period, that's why i was shocked when i came in on my 3 month anniversary to find out that i'm being terminated. The letter i was given was very vague and simply said " I am not fit", So that seems to be their words of choice when they terminate someone. However I know for a fact that they are just one of those typical SCUM BAG companies, that over works their employees for a measly $14 an hour and once its finally your time to start collecting benefits and your about to be on your 3rd month or if your as lucky as me right on your 3 month anniversary they will FIRE you. I would not recommend this place for anyone with even an ounce of self respect. Mr Safety Shoes is MODERN DAY SLAVERY. #newjimcrow
Had to drive to Toronto to find insulated boots in my size. Staff are friendly. I found more options on the shelf then the staff offered but they were helpful once a size was requested.
