My wife took me here to get her shoes, and they got a lot of reputable brands in the safety industry. I would recommend you check them out when you are looking to get your safety on. Staff is very friendly and helpful also.

Great experience. Caedan helped us out finding our perfect slip on shoes in just 5 minutes. Super fast customer service. I was literally out of the store in 10 minutes with my perfect kitchen shoes.

Hello and good day. Mister Safety Shoes Oshawa. The manager. Lisette. (again). AMAZING. The store was empty when i walked in. Lisette helped me for at least 30 mim. The store got busier very fast. Lisette still continued to check on me. She dealt with i think 4 customers at once and i still felt like it was one on one. Awesome service as usual. I got the boots i needed and am now way more "comfy" in those boots. What a service and good person Lisette is. Thank you Lisette for your time.

Super awesome and very helpful staff at this location my wife had a great experience here when she was getting her shoes then she had to go back to adjust fitting and again she was given the best customer support you can get. Recommend this place for all your safety shoe needs.

Awesome staff, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed, I was able to buy a Pair of work boots that I liked, the staff helped me out alot. Awesome customer service

They had me convinced that more expensive meant better quality.
Never again do I fall for that.
Two months of use and the boots from here are already falling apart.
I think Sidewinder is their house brand so they try to push them.
Would not recommend.
I did better with an $80 pair from a department store, they lasted me over a year.

Great experience!
But I heard the commercials on the radio and kind of got myself organized before I went in. I spoke with Lisette, the store manager and within 15 or 20 minutes I had the perfect shoes for myself.
Highly recommended.

Very nice service but need to be more organized for when someone comes from a company to get there complimentary saftey shoes that you are giving the right ones.
I was giving wrong saftey shoes and rubber boots.

Will not be going back until mandates are done. I spent a couple hundred atleast twice a year for the last 5 years here. You wanna be picky about masks I'll be picky about who gets my money.

Friendly service, great safety shoes. Went to Mark's Work Warehouse and was pretty much ignored at 2 stores. This place gave me friendly, helpful service. Recommend to all workers who need safety equipment. Help the smaller stores out. Big box stores can't be bothered to give you the time of day. I guess they don't need my business.

They really DO know feet. Went in looking to buy a particular pair of boots, walked out with a cheaper and better fitting pair.

First time at Mister Safety Shoes and absolutely loved it! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The woman stayed with me the whole time making sure I was happy. I have been in a industry for over 10 years that require steel toe shoes and have no idea why I've never been here before. They have a customer for life and will highly recommend to all my coworkers.

Absolutely great service here. Walked in, told the sales girl what I was looking for, she bought me 2 different pairs to try on and I bought one. Great comfortable shoes. Highly recommend this place. Staff know what they are talking about.

Great customer service. The lady helped me with the safety shoes. I tried like 10 pairs but she helped me with the smile. Got the inserts too and she gave 10% off. I went to Oshawa from Scarborough because Scarborough branch didn’t greet me properly, were rude and zero service, so probable worth to travel 35 Km. Highly recommended dis place if you wanna get work shoes

Had a wonderful interaction with the nice lady at mister safety shoes during this pandemic. Helped find the perfect size and insoles for a great price. Clean, socially distant and proper covid19 measures adhered to. Thank you for a great experience!

In my opinion they are a little pricey and don't last the longest. There Mobile truck is great for employers though. The store front was well organized and the sales staff was excellent!

Went there today to pick up a pair of work boots. The lady that "helped" me was very unfriendly, very unhelpful and very disinterested in assisting me. She was not very knowledgeable and it seemed as if helping me was an inconvenience and a chore. I was also the only person in the store and i ended up buying two pairs of work boots. Next time i will probably go elsewhere.

I walked in with pain in my feet and walked out on a cloud, a special thanks to Allison for her professionalism, what a remarkable person. Thank you for the kind welcome and assistance. I recommend Mister Saftey Shoes to everyone. Thank you so much you made my day Allison!

Above and beyond

This location is top notch & very professional. They are knowledgeable & will help you with what your needs are. I have a tough time getting the right sizing for my feet when it comes to work boots but low & behold they helped me get exactly what I needed. My feet will be very safe & comfortable. Thank you to Kathy & Joane for there help & if you ask the right questions they can even give you some sound advice.

Amazing prices, very friendly staff and they stand by their warranty which is good and way better than the other place we all get our work boots I won't mention the name LOL

I was Googling work boots and came across Mister Safety Shoes and checked their site out for work boots. I usually go to Mark’s Work Warehouse but Dakota discontinued my favorite boots and I didn’t like anything in their store. I am so glad I found Mister Safety Shoes! Their selection is so much better then Mark’s and the staff is super friendly and know their stuff. They came to me instead of me having to find them for assistance. I absolutely love my new boots and will definitely be back to buy a new pair when the time comes. I will be recommending this place to all of my family and friends that wear safety boots.

Tonia is amazing, I no longer live in the area but went there again when I was due for safety shoes and she was amazing. I ended up trying a different shoe and it didn't work for me and because I had wore them I didn't know I could exchange for something different till I went in to get a different insole and told Tonia I wasn't liking my shoes and she was so helpful and nice. I exchanged my shoes for what i know works for me and she was absolutely amazing. Thanks Tonia

Amazing customer service. They stayed open late just so I could get the winter boots I needed. Nothing worse than a 12 hour shift with cold feet and the staff saved me from just that.

I went for insoles for me shoes, I give the woman who was there a straight 10/10 because she was brave enough to touch my just worked in shoes

They run a very professional operation here. No complaints. Friendly staff. Chris the Manager was very helpful in my search for the right pair of work boots for my new job. Reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of their shoes quality otherwise whatever I bought from them wasn’t upto mark.
I have visited them multiple times.
My 3 in one parka which I bought from them is useless for me because the button which secures the outer parka is broken & now I can’t use it
My socks were torn down after I wore them for one day. Such a waste of money
shoes are good for now and are comfortable

Great selection of footwear with fantastic prices. If you work for OPG bring in your prox card and get wicked deal!
