Customer service here is excellent thanks in large part to Lynn and Graham. This is my first time dealing with Mister Safety Shoe after years of Mark’s for my work boots.

Their selection of brands and knowledge of their product sets them apart.

Clean what size and a Manny selection to choose little bit the price is more. Otherwise the staff is cooperative. Good service. You have to buy safety shoes from them. Try it

I had an incredible experience at this location solely due to the excellent customer service provided by Nigel. They were so friendly and very knowledgeable about what work boots would best suit me and the site I work on (currently working in concrete formwork). I cannot express how delightful they made my time there. I was in and out in 10min and Nigel has definitely made a repeat customer out of me!

They need a raise and a promotion ASAP!

Excellent customer service. Shop assistant was a very helpful guy. And he helped me to get my perfect fit light weight reebok shoe. Although its safety shoe, it's a comfy casual look shoe. I purchased for $159 incl tax

Had to go in to exchange a pair of shoes that ended up being a bit too big. Aarya helped me out and did a fantastic job. She's very kind and willing to do all the work to find the right shoes for me. I ended up trying on a bunch more pairs and she had no problem going back and forth finding different pairs in my size. It's a great place and all the staff are fantastic.

We had a really nice associate help us, Maggie. She was really knowledgeable and explained why certain boots would not be appropriate for the job. She had mentioned she was fairly new but you wouldn't know by how she is. She was thorough, answered all of the questions and was right about the boots that we did purchase, they are great and do exactly the job she said they would. If you are looking for work boots, I would go there. I will be asking for Maggie in the future. I had purchased there before and this was by far this best experience with an associate. She knew how they would fit too. Helped us choose the right boot faster.

It was good service but was sent to a other store for my boots the first store didn't have my size. Went to the other store and the first store didn't call them to let them know ahead.

Good spot for work gear also mainly safety shoes. The customer service is on par as they were more than enough associates there to help customers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Staffs are helpful and patient with our demands this is the first time my friends and I bought a safety shoes, so we asked a lot of questions and tried 3-4 pairs of shoes. Sophie (staff) was friendly and was happy to assist us. Thank you!

The place was really accessible and easy-to- find. Sophie was the sales associate who attended to my needs and she was very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

It is a good store with fair prices. The store is sufficiently staffed and they don't follow you around or hound you, but rather politely ask you if you need help after you had time to browse around. I was assisted by a pretty lady with an Irish accent who was very helpful and found what I needed quickly.

Service was pretty good, They were trying to upsell some stuff but hey, that's business. Footwear was good quality and will go back for sure in a couple years!

Walked in and was greeted by Matt who asked me what I was looking for. He gave me some options and helpful recommendations. Tried on a pair and voila! I'm a happy customer! Thanks Matt!

Just left the store. Lots of employees working, very willing to help. Leaves you alone when you need. I went in and stated what I needed exactly and Mr. Matt was extremely helpful. He was prompt in answering any of my questions and was in and out of the storage room like lightning-he certainly knows his stuff.

Second time visiting. My last visit I walked away with boots that have only just now given up.five years later. There will be a third visit.

The middle aged guy there must be having a mid life crisis about selling boots at discounted prices.

Explained I work at opg. He said he would look me up. He apparently couldn't find my name in system. Showed him my prox card (opg ID card) Said it wasnt proof I work there. I offered my employee number. Wouldnt listen to me. Explained how I was instructed the process works. Either losing his hearing or just didnt care because my explanation fell on deaf ears. Said hed have to sell them to me at full price. I laugher out loud and replied why would I do that when I know you're wrong.he didnt have an answer. Left without boots.

Few weeks ago i went into the store with a serious foot pain because of the safety shoes i was wearing. Reached a wonderful sales rep.by the name of Saad.
Explained my situation with my boots and what i do and need it for and he showed me the options. I was worried at first that he was just trying to make a sale, but after trying a few option he recommended, i felt the difference right away. He sure knows what he is talking about, because the next day at work i was able to move as i was suppose too and pain free (more importantly).

Thanks Saad, for making my job feel less like a job. Lol

Certain things are horrifically overpriced but do have and serve a purpose but this price of over $200 for a pair of winter gloves for a crossing guard. Unseemly

Very good customer service. Weren't drowned with unnecessary info. And the shoe is very comfy. Great swag in my strides by vismo.

I was in the Scarborough location today and I would like express a sincere thank you, not only for the professionalism of the store staff, it was the fact that an employee called Saad went above and beyond in assisting me, even though the store doesn't stock the redwing boots, he provided me the contact information of the store on Weston Road that does carry redwing boots.
Now for beyond portion, I was in to purchase new boots due to the fact that my 5 month old timberland boondocks were leaking (I had purchased these from another store, not mister safety shoes) when I explained this to Saad, he told me that most stores will cover this under a warranty, as 5 month old boots should not be leaking.
I did go back to the purchase store and sure enough the manager did exchange the timberland boondocks, I did however choose another make and model.
In saying this I will be travelling out to Weston Road to purchase some new redwings from Mr Safety Shoe and now based on the advice from Saad, I also have a new pair of brand x as a back up.

Got help from a man named Saad who was very kind and helpful, and left with great shoes. It was very stormy when I went but he made me laugh and told me to get home safely. I love a store that cares for their customers and will definitely becoming here for my future safety shoe needs. Also a student discount is nice, so thank you Mister Safety Shoes!

I come to this location regularly to pick up anti-fatigue insoles for my shoes, great if you work on your feet all day. The price is great compared to generic padded insoles you can find elsewhere. The staff is always friendly, helpful and get me out fast.

Great service, top quality products, perfect shop for industrial professionals. Saad was great, helped me with all my questions.

Awesome customer service.very helpful staffs saad muhammed was amazing I went in told him what my work area is and He recommended me few choices I picked one and out of there didn’t even have to spent much time in there!
