The place is located at the corner of Dundas Street and Veterans Memorial Parkway and is very accessible and the staffs are very accommodating. Has a various variety of safety shoes and safety PPE as well.

The sales associate Nick is excellent, didn't just point to the boots and leave, he asked what I needed, asked what industry I work in to direct me toward what's best and most popular in that industy, explained the features of the 2 I was looking at, answered my questions about the boots, then asked if I'd like to try them on.pulled a pair of that size and one size larger just in case. First size fit right, worked well standing and walking. He also asked if I stand or walk a lot, had some memory foam inserts he said I could try in store to see how they feel.

At the till, he even went the extra mile to cut the tags off the boots.

Just bought my daughter’s first work boots. I didn’t know much and the amazing staff helped us learn a lot. He never made me feel “like a girl” or “stupid”. He was patient too.
Then when I showed him a pic of my boot that were at home, he showed me which laces would fit and the difference in quality of laces. I don’t know what his name was (he has a ponytail) but he deserves a raise! Excellent selection too.

Service over all was excellent, Dylan listened to my needs well and got what I needed. Sidenote fantastic hair Dylan, wish I could still grow mine out like that. My only concern was parking. Tight parking lot for a full size pickup.

Poor qulity shoes and customer service. When I bought the shoes I was told it can be returned within 100 days but when I returned because of quality issues they didn't take it back. Its sheer waste of money.

The staff are helpful and easy going! I had gotten a new job when I went in to get some items that I needed and had a really good conversation with the service reps. A week later I got a personalized email from the head representative there congratulating me on my new job and letting me know that if I need anything to feel free to come in and she'd do her best in helping me. We'll! I found that really sweet and I will make sure to go there because of it. Great customer service!

First time in the store. Really impressed! Bright, clean store with lots of parking. Staff was super helpful & friendly. The selection of shoes & boots was astounding! Steel and composite CSA Rated footwear. Safety footwear has come a very long way. Reebok, Blundstone, Terra, Merrell and other makes of shoes. Buying the first pair of safety footwear for my son. He got Reebok shoes that are only marginally heavier than regular running shoes. Very comfortable and stylish. He's happy & they cost roughly what his trainers do, even less. Highly recommended!

Don't go to Mark's! If you need steel toe shoes this is the place to go! Great service and good quality.

The manager was amazing, she answered every question we had and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. When I told her they may be wrong and asked about the exchange policy, she preordered the size up to ensure they were there the next day.

Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs safety equipment shoes boots eyewear, clothing etc. Store front is very neat and clean as well all safety procedures with covid are present and enforced. Pricing is respectable and stock is full. They definitely know their field and are able to any questions when asked. One particular employee stood out was Nick. Would recommend to anyone who needs help or the best customer service from telephone or in person to definitely consider doing business with him. He went up and beyond all expectations and deserves 5 stars himself. From the start he put the customer first. From questions to completing the sale. Thanks for a great experience.

Clean comfortable store in easy access location with more of a selection in safety oriented footwear than I imagined. Sales lady was very helpful and I will probably be making my next footwear purchase there when required. Very satisfied with my new boots.

My experience here was so uncomfortable the girl with the long curly blonde hair was extremely off putting. I purchased $250 boots and later that day, decided I didn’t want to support this company so I returned them and went to work authority.where they offered me 15% off my purchase due to where I work, and they were extremely polite and knowledgeable they answered all my questions about the boots. BUT At mister safety shoes their selections is tiny for women’s and they’re clueless about all the questions, I won’t be coming back or telling others to you shouldn’t be hiring people that know nothing about work boots let alone people that have bad behaviours towards customers for no reason.

Work pays for me to get boots here and every time they are extremely helpful and patient while I decide on what ones are right for me

Couldn't find a pair for myself but saleswoman was extremely helpful finding my husband a pair of workboots he could wear with his orthotics!

Good quality products! Many options for top end safety shoes! Lots of assistance! (The Veterans/Dundas location is a little challenging to find - needs signage at entrance on Dundas.). Otherwise, a great store!

I needed something comfortable and have the ability to stay that way for a eight to ten hour day on my feet. After visiting Mister Safety Shoes on Dundas St in London, Ont, not only did I get exactly what I was looking for But I was met by the most exquisite and knowledgeable staff then I ever have before. It was a pleasure to talk out of there after making a purchase knowing that I was treated well and handled with care. As I had said the staff member on that day, I most certainly will be back for any, if not all my work related needs in the future.

Very easy to find store in west end of London just off veterans parkway nestled in with enterprise car rental. Look for sing form Dundas street entrance.limited parking. Very helpful well trained, friendly staff. Good selection of safety foot wear and clothing.good return and exchange policy.
