Was good, but the sir that was helping me out wasn’t to excited to be doing his job. I could have spent more money to be honest but he was in a rush that I never understood because the store was empty. So I got the shoes and left I was looking to buy at least 3 pairs plus some clothes and accessories

Very happy with my visit to this store location. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Dylan was great and was very patient and helped me find the right safety shoes for work. I did not feel rushed at all. Dylan should be made employee of the month! He is a very valuable employee to Mister Safety Shoes. I will not hesitate to return to this store location for future purchases. Thank you.

Bought safety boots twice from this location. Both times were great experiences. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out quickly. Would recommend this location for your safety footwear needs.

I get my employees' safety shoes here. Always stocked will never let you down. The biggest problem with us mechanics or contractors when it comes to shoes is that we have the weirdest shoe size, and it's never available. Don't worry when you go to this place. Size 9 10.10.5 11 even 13 14 are in

Poor store with a small selection of shoes. I was asking about six different model of shoes and they didn't had.
They sent me to buy online without trying on the shoe. First and last time I was visiting mister safety shoes. Disappointed.

Went in last November 6 near closing time but Dylan made sure I was properly served before they closed for the night. My job entailed a company mandated SD certified work boots on top of all the other boot certifications. Dylan was very helpful and accommodating and made sure everything was good before he let me go. I did not feel rushed even when It was a bit over the closing time when we were done.
Thanks Mr Safety Shoes for getting the right people for the job; full of enthusiasm, very professional and eager to help.
I will definitely recommend this store to my coworkers.

Very nice experience with this location. I every year buy safety shoes but from different locations, first time i picked up this location. I bought Reebok safety shoes approximately two months back, an issue came up with the shoes, and i was thinking to contact Reebok but I tried the store first. The store manager Arlene resolved the issue within 90 seconds by replacing the shoes with new ones. I was so surprised with the service and time taken to resolve. Thank you very much Arlene, of course It was about money spent but more about stress.

The only place I go to for my work boots. Always great service and they order on anything they might not have on hand.

This location was absolutely amazing. Not only was I assisted quickly to find exactly what I needed but the customer service went above and beyond. Before getting to the store I had a little wipeout on my motorcycle and a cut up hand. As soon as Kate (the nursing student) noticed she quickly ran to the back to get some bandages for me. Thank you so much Kate for your assistance it's nice knowing good people are still around! Someone needs a raise hint hint.

Excellent service! Enrique was a top-notch professional sales associate, and this was right at the end of the day, near closing time. Very pleased.

Large variety of steel tool safety shoes and boots, this includes regular walking shoes and ankle high boots. Variety includes water resistant top as well as anti slip sole for wet locations and statically dissipative sole for mining environments. Other safety accessories includes gloves and orange vests.

Great location, excellent service, fantastic quality shoes! I visited just 30 minutes before the closing time and Kate was just amazing! Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I got the best quality shoes that are in my budget in just 15 minutes! I tried the shoes in the store, looked at all the shoes on the shelf, Kate was very helpful. Highly recommended store. Naveen helped me find the perfect shoes! She kept bringing boxes till they fit, lol. The insoles are quite nice as well. I will be back and will refer friends and family. I even got a nice follow up email. This store has great prices as well on all sorts of products you may not think they carry like socks, gloves, hats etc.

I can't recommend this spot more for buying safety boots. I was helped by Michael who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly the right boots to recommend me. Finding the right boots you are going to wear all day is so important and Michael and the staff here understand that in a way the other shops dont!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mr Safety Shoes! Arlene was very helpful and professional, she showed three different styles of boots, and also explained the types of boots they were, so that I made the right choice. Because some of the boots were insulated and some were not, so I chose the right one that I needed. Also the boots are a good quality made in Europe, and price was very reasonable. This place is a god send.

On short notice, during the pandemic, I needed to acquire steel toe shoes and a safety helmet.

It was the only place nearby that had in store shopping and for that alone I am grateful.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. Michael was a great help in finding me a shoe in my size, as well as the wide amount of safety helmets. All in all? 5 star experience.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent prices and good quality, as well as a wide selection of many items. Was helped by Brian, who was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right boots for my job. He also set me up with the product I would need to keep my boots waterproof and in good working order, and explained how to use it.

I visited this store on Dec 24,2020 at 1250 eglinton ave.

And I had reverse experience with one of sales representative.

Let me tell you, I am working for Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)
I was waiting for christmas time for get a nice deal and your representative refused to give me deal.
Here is the case, when i came to store i saw one of you safety shoe on sale, which I like and willing to buy, regular price is 199.99 and sale was 129.99 and i asked to helper she said me that TTC is only getting discount 10% on regular price, I said I do not want anymore discount no double dip, give me your discounted price which is posted 129.99, she refused to give me and trying to sale me same shoes in 199.99 -10% discount so cost me 179.99 approximately + tax obviously. Then I walked out after saying that I will come next time and bought from another your competator store.

I was very disappointed because I had been waiting for long to get deal price which I like.

I also talked to my TTC friends, and explained same case and everyone was agree that I can not do double dip but I have right to buy, which ever is low price.

Do not forget I also have same kind for back ground what she has and we are trying to get best of the best deal ever. Remember in pandamic over 70% business are shut down I hope you do not want that.

Now I want to resolve this and expecting one of store manager or head office contact me with acceptable answer.
I am expecting to contact me As soon as possible, before I contact someone in charge or spread more between my co-workers.

Mark helped me find my first pair of safety shoes. He was extremely helpful and thorough and gave me options to make the fit just right like different insoles and even let me try them out to see the difference. I was happy with the price of my boots but I was amazed with the customer service here. Every employee really went above and beyond and I really appreciated all the help. The personalized follow up email a few days after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying them and reminding me that they are there to help with any concerns, was just the icing on the cake.

I would give them more stars if possible for the service alone, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs safety shoes!
