Really good place to shop for your work gear. Employees are all friendly and super-helpful. Jaden helped me find perfect pair of factory shoes that are comfortable and durable. She was friendly and polite.

Best place in my opinion to get all your safety gear for work. The staff is very informative and helpful.

Spend $250 on safety shoes and in less than 100 days off wearing them are ripped in the back.

Went in to browse for some new work shoes (the Reebok's I had bought in July wore out in 5 months). After helping me choose a new boot the clerk even looked up my previous purchase and got a warranty exchange set up for me without me even asking. Great store and staff; I'll definitely keep buying from them

Worst service I’ve received. I brought a pair of rebook safety shoes from them and when i started wearing it i got superficial injuries in my ankle due to friction; so I went back to return as i just wore it for 5 days and as per their promise if i am not having comfort after wearing the shoes i can come and return them and will get full refund; but when I visited they refused to take it even my shoes are in new condition.
Really disappointed as I’m not able to wear it anymore as it is corroding my skin on ankle.
I would not recommend anyone to buy any products from this shop.

It was a good experience. I went in with a list of shoes that my company would cover the cost of. It was a short list so I was in and out in 20 minutes.

First time I've ever bought boots that were wide enough for me. I've been to countless site stores, and they all have the same selections of generic sizes. That's guys actually have what you need.

The staff here are exceptional at what they do, always customer service oriented, knowledgeable and courteous. A good range of workwear and footware is available AND if not stocked in-store, they'll bring it in! I've always had great experiences here at the Bleams Rd location!

Great experience. Originally came in and picked out a pair I wanted, and when they didn't have my size they ordered it in and called me as soon as it came in. Easy pickup and very helpful staff.

It is a small place but there are many options and I found the shoes here the quality is better

Went to this awesome store yesterday myself and my husband. Viry the sales lady was amazing. She took her time with us both. Didn't have a problem suggesting insoles for us which help my husband greatly. I would highly recommend this location and this store.

The staff over the years and today have always been provided great service and even better chit chat. Almost makes me wish their products sucked so they would wear sooner and I could swing by more often.

This is my go to place for safety boots I've had a pair of Timberlands for over a year now and they still feel new

Update: went in store this past Monday, two staffs in store were super nice and accommodating. I wish weekend experience could be the same.
Original: Terrible experience! Stay away! Staff was very rude and gave me a vibe of discrimination! I bought a pair of safety shoes two weeks ago, and I wear it daily at work. It is definitely a pair of defective shoes since its left shoe is causing a lot of pain when I wear it and walk around. But this location refused for exchange and the woman staff didn't even bother to check on the shoes and simply told me "timberland won't accept my return/exchange since it is not a defective pair of safety shoes". This place only care about their own profits, not their customers, stay away!

A wide range of work boots and work apparel. More expensive than buying work boots at Walmart but better quality and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience here.
Husband bought a pair of Kodiak's and had to return them in less than a week cause the sole ripped right off. He has an office job in a warehouse so not like he was doing any kind of rigorous work or activity. Also the staff is usually quite rude and items are very over priced. Not worth the business in my opinion.

Was in and out in 5min. Got exactly what I was looking for a a good price. Staff was so helpful and great to work with. I will be back for my next work boots! Thanks

Mr Safety shoes, employees were very knowledgeable and provided me with great options for the safety pants and knee pads I needed. They were extremely helpful. I’d recommend them for all work related clothing and footwear.

The girls that work here are super helpful and happy to help. I honestly don't understand how they can still smile after dealing with peoples smelly feet haha.

Sales staff was excellent. Friendly, knolwedgeable, got me fitted up with some Blundt Stones, some Melow Walks, and inserts that all fit perfectly. Only been in the once but if this is quality of service they offer I will be back the next time I needs me some tootsy protectors.

Edit: 2019-12-03 I had a slight issue with the Form inserts I got for all my footwear. They remedied the situation without hassle and I even bought a third set of these excellent insoles. Seriously, these people have your best interests at heart and I can’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant service, it's a welcome change to find people who actually know the product their selling. I walked out with the most comfortable work boots

Highly recommended. My boyfriend works in a warehouse and his boots get ripped so easily. I wanted him to get the Blundstones steel toes for comfort and durability as I have heard good things. I saw a truck with an ad for the company and noticed online that they sold Blundstones. We went in Tuesday afternoon. When we walked in, there was two ladies working. One was helping a customer try on shoes and the other was cashing out. The manager Leanne, while she was cashing out still went out of her way to give us an energetic greeting as we walked in.
Leanne helped us with our purchase. She was knowledgeable. She listened to what my boyfriend needed them for and his issues with other brands in the past. She explained the benefits of the shoes with confidence and even suggested insoles which we ended up buying.
As we were cashing out she said that if my boyfriend had any issues with the boots like he has in the past with other boots she will personally help him out.
I have worked in customer service for many years and it is hard to find an employee with the energy and passion that she has! She even went above and beyond and emailed my boyfriend today to wish him well with the boots and thanked us for our business. You do not get that kind of service just anywhere, especially a store that sells safety equipment and safety boots.
I highly recommend this company, not only for their customer service but for the quality of products that they sell.
I also could not ignore how clean and organize the store looked. I appreciate a store that takes pride in the appearance of their store. If you need safety equipment, go to Mister Safety Shoes. You will never get the level of customer service like that at Marks Work Wearhouse.you would be lucky to find someone to help you.

Bought a pair here lasted less than a year with no help from the sales staff at all. Boots completely fell apart. Prices are outrageous so buyer beware! Stay away!

Some of my colleagues at Jiffy Lube had suggested visiting Mister Saftey Shoes for a good work boot and I was not disappointed. They were absolutely outstanding and affordable! I got exactly what I wanted in less than 10 minutes and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store was so organized and clean, in fact they were polishing the floor as I came in. When I received a personalized email wishing me success with my specific purchase during my 60 hour work weeks, I knew I'd never go anywhere else. And a 6 month manufacturer defect warranty! What more could you ask for.
