They provide better goods and services to the customers and one more thing staff is friendly with the customers.

Didn’t like the service. I called them to confirm with them that they close at 6 on sunday and the guy said yes. And they didnot let us walk in at 5: 52pm saying they were close. Like it’s a simple choose and buy store it’s not like i m spend an hour trying 100 things. Not appreciated.

Prices have gone up considerably in the last couple of years, but they have the best collection in the industry as far as I have seen.

The Reebok collection is really light weight and with cool designs, brands like Timberland and Blundstone are also on shelves but you are looking at about 230$ before taxes for the Blundstone.
And similar or even higher for few of the Timberlands,
Worth visiting if your employer is funding your purchase partially or fully.

Great overall store to buy safety shoes, but the main reason for a negative review is a suggestion for your staff to improve customer service. When a potential customer is calling to ask a store associate about the availability of their product, they're selling. The main reason for most is to see if the item is in stock, and two, to save them time, gas, money, and most importantly, not to feel the disappointment of not getting the product. The store associate is saying "yes" to the availability but failing to mention limited stock/quantity or change during a period within the hour of communication. After arriving approximately 1-hour later at the store, and asked for the shoe in my size. The last pair in the shoe size I called for had been sold. When mentioning the phone call, the answer was the availability changed in the hour.

Nice range of shoes and sometimes at good discount. They should more work on online deliveries. No doubt that the quality is top class.

I would recommend Everyone to visit this place once.you would definitely know the difference between normal safety shoes and mister safety shoes. Worth buying.

They have all type of safety equipment but i was looking for sketchers safety shoes and they don’t have but they are friendly

Amazing place to go with a great selection on everything safety! Best of all was the staff personally I will only go to one person from here on out though. The staff was very professional and very helpful in my recent purchase of safety shoes. They practiced social distancing and wore the correct equipment to keep themselves and myself safe, thank you.

Very Poor Customer Service by Staff member. Very rude staff member. Highly ask everyone to avoid this store, specially essential worker, we were asked to leave the store for not choosing fast enough within 1 minute.they said if you don't know what you are buying than you have leave the store, before even we were able tell them size we are looking for. Anyway Other staff member were shocked too with this rude and arrogant behavior.

To Owner, The business is down already, if you have staff who don't know how to deal with people, it wont take long before you shut down. Take this as advise. Brampton is multicultural city, If your staff have no tolerance for people with different background, you wont exist in few years down the road.

Essential Workers: BIG NO to this store, Very rude staff members. Specially if you don't fit their preference group. A male staff member at front door seems like get license from Owner to insult and yell at people because its COVID 19. Seems like he was forced to work, he was being so rude to customers. I wish I can give them negative rating.

Their return policy is just for the sake! They recommend you to wear shoes in ur home for an hour n give it a try, if not satisfied can return! But with all original stickers and tags intact! If u wear it outside than no return.

Came in today (March 15) looking for a pair for myself. Had to return the pair that I had bought last week because it was uncomfortable. I have had the same pair for a year so I bought it again and wore it to work thinking it would be the same fit. Today, while at cash trying to return the show, the associate “helping” me, told me that “we lose money taking back your shoe like this, next time, wear it indoors ”. First of all, that was rude, and second, what company allows the associates to tell the customers that they are the reason they lose money. You need to train your staff better.

Very knowledgeable and has lots of selection but nothing that would fit my foot. Worth a visit.

Great store for variety of branded safety shoes. I actually bought pair of safety shoes for my wife from this store they sell great light weighted safety shoes at reasonable price. Highly recommending this store for your industrial safety equipments.

Nice clean store with good variety in safety shoes. Loved the Reebok light weight shoes on offer, a little costly but make a lot of difference in comfort.

My husband bought a pair of safety shoes for work but he wasn't entirely comfortable with them so we went in for an exchange. Mark was extremely kind, thoroughly knowledgeable and very helpful in getting us an insole that helped my husband feel more at ease. Will certainly go back!

I've bought several pairs of shoes over the last 7 years here, and have always been happy with the quality. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices may be on the pricey side a little, but quite often you can find a sale on items that will suit you. They have a good return policy (make sure you ask about it for the pair you are buying). The place is easy to find and there is lots of parking right in front of the store. Store itself is well laid out and clean.
