Had issues with this place the workers and manger told me issues was a tcm told to take my car to ford it’s under warranty ford order a new tcm told i could still drive car.my used car warranty runs out.after 3 diffent service people looked at my car and tcm changed they found a hole in the case whare the tcm goes.these service a people and the warranty people all work in together so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay big money to repair the car.and i’m going to say someone gets a kick back

Called in was qouted 249or 349plus tax wasnt sure to do a transmission oil change. I drop of the vehicle and the person at front desk couldn't tell me the price or lenght of time, just said leave it for 2 hours or so. Then i ask the same person about oil and he couldnt tell also, i also asked him why is it that other mister transmission franchise loaction was qouting 249. Left the car there. Uber home ten minutes later got a call from the owner with rude demeaner rasing his voice at me saying " what did you say to my guy, and why are you arguing about the price, I told you that is was 349 we wont do your car, come get it. Uber back cost me around 40 bucks round trip. Unproffessional service. Go next door the will do their due diligents and look after you as you should be

I took my BMW 330ci in for a transmission oil and filter change, they seem very nice and honest and they fit me into their busy schedule. Thank you

Terrible rude customer service.no waiting room for customers.mechanics won't explain any procedures. -very over priced!

I took my Dodge Grand Caravan for a quote and I was told $3500 and I told him I don’t want to send that much, he told me he will buy my van for $800. I was shocked he offered to buy my van for so cheap. No body wants to spend a lot on repair, they want to spend as little as possible. I called around and got $2400 quote for replacement of the entire transmission including taxes and that included fly wheel and the coolant. Why will I pay $3500 plus tax when I can get it done for $2400 and there was only 1 person working in the shop and plus Chris.

Do not go there.

Just call Daniel transmission in wood bridge and get it done for cheap with warranty and fast service. I towed my van with my CAA on Wednesday evening and my van was ready on Friday

Had a great experience, considering i needed a "Full Transmission Transplant" Steve did an excellent job communicating what i needed and why. Price was fair considering what was done! No upsell or pressure tactics. I have and will recommend Steve and his team at Mr. Transmission!

Got my trans fixed here. It still had issues brought it back and they honored the warranty with no hassle at all.very pleasant management.very easy to talk to. Great job. Truck is running perfect again. I recommend these guys.

Chris was fantastic to deal with. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the day. Very friendly and professional. I will be recommending this place to my friends.

When they tell you the price to look at your transmission, make sure you ask how much to put your car back together, they seem to leave that part out of their quotes. It will be over double their original price and take 3 days to look at.

I own a 2013 Ford Focus Se and the Transmission and dual clutch quit on me. I took to steve and his team at Mr Transmission and they fixed the problem under my budget and fast as possible. Thanks Steve and his Team

They said 1100$ to fix my car, and i asked them to just change the transmission oil they refused to do it. I went somewhere else i fix it with just transmission oil change and cost me 80$ and now my car is 100% fine. Not recommended at all. Thanks

Chris at Mister Transmission is great guy. He is fair, very friendly and does great work very fast. I would recommend his shop to all my friends.
