Had issues with my 2016 Jeep wrangler. Brian diagnosed the synchro and suggested to change my clutch as it would have been ready to be changed within a year, which is consistent with every Jeep. He was honest and not overpriced. Thank you.

I have a manual-transmission car that was experiencing clutch issues and had lost clutch line fluid. Took it to Mr. Transmission on Kennedy Road. Brian/Luke examined it and called me back the next day with their diagnosis. Turns out the clutch lines and brake lines are shared, and the leak was in the brake system not the clutch. The clutch and transmission were fine. I really appreciate their honesty - they could have easily pretended that something was wrong and needed to be replaced, but instead they were fast, honest, and didn't charge for the diagnosis even though it surely took them some time (brake systems are not their expertise, so I'll take it elsewhere).
Really appreciate the help. Would highly recommend. If I ever have actual transmission/clutch issues I'll go to them.

Second time we have taken one of our Ford vehicles to Mister Transmission for repair as the dealership either misdiagnosed or couldn’t do it all together. Luke and Stafford were great and they have a complete run down on everything that was needed or not needed.

Service was great, they found the issue quickly, communicated with me along the way and I am happy with the overall work.

Our Acura TL was displaying a D symbol and we called Mr. Transmission after our usual garage was not able to look at the car immediately. Stafford was extremely helpful and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Our car was ready before we expected and running smoothly. Expensive repair yes, but we are back on the road! Went for an estimate for my car and they quoted me so high, then I took it to the dealer they were much cheaper and turns out what these guys have said that was not the problem.also the guy on the phone talk to you like he knows everything and everyone else is dumb.not going to them again.

Took my 2012 Nissan Altima to the dealer in Mississauga because the car wouldn't pick up speed properly. They said the transmission needed replacing and gave me an estimate that was really expensive. Another customer in the waiting area at the dealer recommended I try Mister Transmission so I called the store in Brampton because it was close to my work. I am very glad I did. I needed a clutch, i needed clutch fixed properly and quickly. Brian and the crew at mr transmission did exactly that. I dropped of my car wednesday afternoon it was done on friday at noon. The price is what i was told it would be, no additional cost. I could not have been happier with the service. Not to mention that it was 35+ that week. Thank you very much for the hassle free repair.

When we first dealt with Stafford and his staff at mr. Transmission we were pretty happy. Stafford
arranged for a Free tow from the garage our car was at to Mr.transmission.
We had our transmission fixed after the vehicle was at the shop for a few days. Upon picking it up we noticed the windshield on our vehicle was cracked. Not something that was there when we had dropped it off. When we asked Stafford about it, he let us know that they have signs posted they are not responsible for lost or damage to any vehicles in their possession. However they do park all vehicles they are working on in a lot adjacent to their building.
So after almost $4,000 on a transmission we had to spend another $400 on a new windshield.
We also had to take our vehicle back a few days later because I noticed as my husband was backing into the driveway that are backup lights did not work when the vehicle is in reverse.
It was a real inconvenience to take the vehicle back, this was something I thought they should have checked before releasing our vehicle to us.

My experience was pretty good at Mister Transmission. I did not end up servicing my car here, but they were able to rectify the issue with my transmission. They also thoroughly explained the issue with my transmission and were honest in regards to what my options were, whether to repair it or replace it. Great customer service!

This place gets no stars they are very hostile and run kinda like a mob shop they take your car and try to muscle you to spend some exuberant price. They quoted me for 2500 I got the job done down the street for 900 you can find somewhere better trust me do not go here. Also this guy isn't legally licensed to work on transmission is shop is super illegal

Stafford and his team were able to fix the transmission of my car rather than replacing it. The quoted price was less than expected and aligned with the final invoice. Very professional and honest about what needed to be done. Highly recommend this business. Will use them again in the future if needed as well as for regular transmission maintenance.

I had a great experience here. I was told through the dealership that repairs would cost upwards of $5000. I called Mister Transmission to get a second opinion.they offered to diagnose and tow the car to their location free of charge.they were able to repair my car for thousands less.

I had to go there with my brother for his car. Right away I could figure out that Muhammad was a crook. He gave an estimate of 1800$ for repair of my brother’s Camry transmission and later increased it to 3500$. It’s not just Mohammad but the owners also seem to have similar attitude. In my opinion it is better to buy a salvaged transmission and put it in your car rather than going to these guys. Just avoid these guys at any cost.
