Mitek Fine Automobile Body & Paint

Got rear ended back in December 2022. Searched for auto shops that had good reviews and found Mitek. I called in and made an appointment, during my visit I highlighted that my car was a 2023 that I just picked up and was worried about the color difference after the repair.
I was assured that there would not be any color difference between the rear bumper and panels. Once they fixed it and the result came out as shown in the picture, they took my car back in to address issue. After a few days, I received a phone call informing me that they weren't able to match the color and that the color was complicated. If I was only told that before I took my car in and was guaranteed that Mitek will match the color, I would have never brought it in.
Definitely, wouldn’t recommend!

One small feedback, some of the services are a bit pricey such as custom rim painting, would recommend bringing it down a bit if possible.

But overall great place to go and excellent staff!

I took my mercedes c300 to fixed the bumper. I meet Mark at Mitek, who helped me from starting to end process of fixing bumper and dealing with insurance company and also helped to arrange rental car for me. Overall, it was a really good experience.
