I wouldn’t wear anything nice here, it will get ruined by the smell of smoke. The service is pretty good, if you ask for something, they’ll bring it quickly. There’s minimal sauce selection, no kimchi offered. The reason why it gets 4 stars is because they offer halal which basically saved their review.

This place has halal options, which is really awesome. The food is really good and the quantity was more than expected. They have both grilling and hotpot options. Would recommend going there as a big group as the ambience is just perfect. Personally, the popcorn chicken is definitely a MUST!

It was my first time going to this hotpot place. It was awesome, and so many choices to choose from. They also have private rooms of extra charge that are good if you want to have more personal time with your friends while hotpot and grilling. The food was amazing, although I didn't like some choices such as octopus or cartilage.

I would definitely recommend you check this place out, worth the experience.

A place where you can kill two birds with one stone. And cook soup and grill fry. But basically everything is like everywhere else. Typical all you can eat.

First time coming here with friends yesterday and it was a great experience! We ended up getting hot pot and grill foods because some of us were new to all of this so I'm glad we got to experience that! Will definitely be coming back here!

Good food, service wasn’t too great. There is also a 15.5% service fee even if it’s 3 people dining and that’s automatically added to your bill without prior notice. So it comes upto $27 in service fee only for 3 people.
We got less of what we ordered and more of items like rice that we dint order.
The popcorn chicken and condensed milk with bread is really good.
I only go here because my friend only eats halal

It was my first time at an establishment like this and I guess this style of dining where you cook your own food is not for me. Nothing against the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything and the restaurant was packed so obviously people love coming here. However, I'll stick to restaurants where someone cooks the food for me.

I like the idea of hotpot, but unfortunately the restaurant is quite unclean. The floors were sticky and the table wasn't entirely clean. The kitchen itself looked to be quite messy and dirty as well. Overall I really cannot trust a restaurant that is not clean. The only redeeming quality was that the food was good.

They are offering halal hotpot and grill simultaneously. The staff is friendly, and the service is good. Reservation is recommended during dinner hours. The desserts were pretty good. I will recommend beef, Angus beef, popcorn chicken, ramen a must, Korean sauce, shrimp, shrimp cake with sauce, golden bread a must-try and ice cream. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, the tabletop grills at this restaurant are a must-try. The Korean- and Japanese-style hot pots are flavorful and comforting, perfect for a chilly evening. The halal BBQ is also a great option for meat lovers. The tabletop grills add an interactive element to the dining experience, allowing you to cook your own food to your desired level of doneness. The service is attentive and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Overall, a great spot for a fun and delicious meal.

The quality of the meal was average. They did not tell us about 15% tip was included. This place is overrated and not worth the money. We paid more than $100 for 2, that's crazy. There are a lot of places better than here.

When I find out this place was halal my heart couldn’t handle so yummy cuisine and amazing stuff went two times in a row going the third time with friends?

The food was delicious and the service was fast. Servers were very friendly. They took time to explain everything throughly as this was our first time with hot pot. They also made sure we were comfortable with our toddler. The price was also reasonable considering the amount of food that comes. We’ll definitely be back.

Been on the lookout for a Halal hotpot spot and finally found this place. We walked in on a Friday evening, without a reservation, people waiting for hour and plus. We were lucky to be in a big group and were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered all you can eat hotpot & grill combo. The servers were super nice. Chose the spicy Tom yum soup base. Food came in fast. They give you a paper to mark what you'd like and bring it as and when you want. For the first round we ordered meat, seafood and veggies. Everything if you know a hotpot place, comes raw. Then you cook it in the soup and eat. Some excellent items were beef steak fillets, lobster and fish balls, shrimps, fish pieces. Garlic mussels were very good. The one dessert worth ordering is the sweet cake with condensed milk. We stayed for a good two and half hours to fully enjoy our meal. The grill was clean and the manger on duty, Sean was very courteous. We were told how they switched to all Halal meat to accommodate dietary restrictions of everyone. Overall great experience!

I would rate this place 10/10. The meat was fresh and up to the mark. Best halal hotpot in town! We were almost full in our second round! We chose the menu as shown in the image. Desserts were pretty good too esp.the bread with condensed milk. Something diff to try! Worth a visit. Total damage $50 Inc drinks and service charge. To go place for me at least!:) happy customer:) :)

Terrible service. Several servers standing around doing nothing or on their phones while my party was waiting to talk to someone at the entrance for 10 minutes. After finally being seated, we waited for another 15 minutes before someone finally remembered to take our order at our table (only because I got up out of my seat to walk over to a server). It's almost as if all of the servers were competing to see who can care less about their tables. Spoiler alert: they all tied for first, while the customers just lose.

This restaurant allows you to have hot pot and grill simultaneously, so definitely come hungry for a feast. There is a good amount of variety, and the quality of meat is decent. The drink menu is good, and they serve alcohol. The staff is friendly, and the service is good as there's always someone coming by and checking our table. Reservation is recommended during dinner hours.

There’s no such things called customer service here.

Food takes forever to come and none of the staffs seemed to take care of us. Some of them couldn’t speak or understand English properly.

The fried golden bread with condensed milk tasted and smelled sour (I checked with my friend who came hete before and she agreed that it’s different from the first time she had it) but the staffs were firmly said there’s nothing wrong with the bun. Apparently, my toddler got stomachache when we got home because he was the one ate a whole bun before I noticed something wrong with it. A lesson for me when eating out: Try the food first before letting my son have it.

Veggie were not fresh as well as the meat. Shrimp paste tasted like a piece of dough.

This place is definitely overrated, overprice. I think most of the people come because of the advertisement on Blogto or they curious with the concept of hotpot and grill at the same time.

FYI: They already charged the service fee so there’s no need to tips for the second time. (Such an immoral restaurant who takes the tips but didn’t give any customer service)

We are 2 adults and 1 toddler 2 years old and our bill are 96$ (2 adults hotpot ayce + 12% service fee + tax) and believe me, with this price, there’s so many good options out there.

Best of both worlds.) Tasty grilled food plus savoury hot soup. You can opt for either one or have both.

Great meat and veg choices for both the grill and the hot pot.

The sliced meats were fresh good quality meats.
Vegetables were also clean and fresh.

Snacks- these are cooked. We recommend the chicken popcorn, golden bread with condensed milk, fried tofu and spicy chicken wings. Yum!

Sauce- one of the key factors to make everything even better is the sauce. They have great choices. They have a sauce station where you can make your own concoction.

Soup- very tasty! We recommend the chicken and pork broth and the Japanese sukiyaki broth. Korean spicy bone broth was good but a bit too spicy for me. They serve it in a small/individual pot or you can have the double flavour for two people.

Dessert- try the brown sugar ice jelly. It’s very refreshing. Ice cream was also good.
Fried sticky rice cake, we didn’t like it much. It’s very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Place gets busy from 7pm onwards, especially during the weekend.

They have really nice and spacious private rooms too. It’s good if you have a big group of 8 or more. Perfect if you have strollers too. Note: there’s an additional charge for the private room.

Down part: Stairs. This place is not wheelchair accessible. No lift. If you have a stroller or trolley, you have to fold it then bring it up.

Washroom: Small. No changing pad.

Staff: Great staff! Friendly, polite and patient. Thanks sooo much! Most especially to Jason and Shawn. You made our experience really perfect.

This place is amazing! We ordered basically everything & were a group of 10 so it was really worth it for us. Shawn was the absolute best! He was so kind, took pictures for us, & also gave my cousin a moon cake with candles on it for her birthday. I would highly recommend this place because the experience was amazing & there was a good amount of foods to eat. The service was great & so was the food. We came here because they serve halal which is important to us & also because we’ve never had hot pot. Thank you for taking such good care of us, would definitely come back!

The service and atmosphere was phenomenal. Shawn who served us was a really kind and humorous individual. Had hotpot at this place, food is okay but not many selections of dipping sauce. What I really dislike is the service and the mandatory service fee that it’s charging. The server gave us what we didn’t ordered and didn’t give us what we ordered. Also it doesn’t really matter what number you put down for the number of portions of meat they’ll only give you a small portion. Had to ask for refill of water and server doesn’t come by our table and fill up broth. And, it’s stated on the menu that there will be 15% service fee, but it’s actually 15.5%? Don’t know how many times they’ve done this to earn a couple of more cents this way. Overall, this place is NOT RECOMMENDED and it was not a good experience to dine in here. Don’t know why it has so many good reviews…

The food was absolutely amazing! The experience was very new for me and my friends, and the staff was so nice. Shawn was helping me and my friends and was giving excellent service. We were in the room for 10 people and had hotpot and used the grill.
I recommend the hotpot more, and the tomato spicy broth for it. Also be careful of how much you order! You don’t want to waste food since theres a charge for that ;)!
I also recommend getting the condensed milk and pastry with it, absolutely delicious.
Overall 10/10 experience! Would come again and recommend!

The food here is really good I love that it's hotpot and a grill flavors are always yummy.however I've been here a total of 3 times and each time the service has gotten worse and worse.the last time I was there I had to ask for basic things multiple times like a plate to put our cooked meats from the grill, spoons for the hotpot. They forgot 2 of the drinks we ordered. Also they sat us at a table for 2 when there were 3 of us then told us one of us couldn't have our own soup since there were only 2 hot plates. It was disappointing since I was bringing people here for the first time and that was the experience they got, and left feeling disappointed.

Terrible terrible terrible service and food is not very good. I had to go up to the waiters who were all just standing around to order food and to ask for the bill. They didn’t even put the grill on when we came and we had to wait around 15 minutes for them to put it on. The waiters never came by our table, so my friend and I ordered all the food at once, but we didn’t even get half the things we ordered because we “ordered too much”. I thought this was AYCE? At the end of this terrible service, they had the audacity to add tip by themselves. Please save yourself the time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Would not be recommending this place to anyone

Great, young staff, that was quick, efficient and friendly. Soups were fantastic (especially the tomato one!) and all the meat, vegetables and seafood were optimal. The table was big enough to comfortably seat 6, and we didn't have a single complaint. Great place to go

Not a bad spot but the service definitely slows down after your 2nd order. You'd be lucky to even get your order after the 3rd round. Quite the struggle to have AYCE when staff is trying to cut down food costs.

Made reservations for 4 people at 5 pm on a Monday night. First time trying a hotpot and grill place. Exceeded my expections. Upon arrival, we were seated right away (after checking our covid passports of course). Very prompt service, broth was served and meats were brought out at reasonable times. Staff were very friendly. Some orders were missed or mixed up but only 2 or 3 dishes. Atmosphere is very nice as well. If you pay cash, there's a 5% discount. It's $5 more if you want to do hotpot and grill.

Nice place to have party there. Food was fantastic, so spicy! Service is also not bad! Most important, they have large party room which can fit 15 people! Love there!

OMG literally worst hotpot experience ever in Toronto. This place is really OVERRATED. My friend felt so embarrassed to recommend this restaurant after eating there.

As far as hot-pot places go this is by far the nicest one I have been too. Came with some friends and did the hot-pot and Korean BBQ and had a great time. I would give 5 stars for the food but I am taking one away because the ordering is very disorganized-they only give you one sheet to order off the entire time which really doesnt make sense for an all you can eat place

Horrible service, do not recommend. One of the waiters were extremely unprofessional saying we could only order 1 more time as the chefs are off duty. Shortly after, a different waiter came by as we asked for our remaining order. As she went to get the remains she checked up on the chefs and found out they weren’t off or going off duty and told us we could order other things. Not only was the service atrocious and unprofessional, it felt like the restaurant didn’t want to serve their guests.

Unprofessional, lazy, cheap, rude, forced to move tables to accommodate a bigger party that came after us, called upon the waiter for water, chopsticks and bowls, napkins, food that was ordered and sat on the side for 20min. Horrid experience, shameful service.

Food quality is about average，taste is not that good for a hot pot lover like me.however, the service is a disaster.keep getting wrong food, missing items.u have to ask for service every single time in order to get things. 15mins after arrival but the chopsticks and bowls are still missing.meat always comes later than vegetables and frozen balls and stuff.water is not being refilled if not asking.pretty sure that for the same price u can get more decent food and service at other hotpot restaurants.kinda disappointed.probably not coming again if the service quality remains the same.

Flavour was a bit bland for me, I recommend going to the hot pot place across the street instead.

The grill wasn’t even hot despite having it on the higest setting. The meats were so so off putting, had such a weird taste.

Service:
Mediocre

But a great idea to have both Hot Pot and Grill in one. Great concept wrong execution.
