Nathan Sapelak was direct party to a long lasting dispute and on-going harassment by a client of his. When a complaint was filed with the Law Society of Ontario he claimed that, yes, while his client was a client in the past, he wasn't client at the time. He was simply monitoring the dispute in case his client became a client again.

That tells me a great deal about his definition of professional integrity and truthfulness.
