Such a helpful team! I have fixed so many things myself and they have been a big part of the process!

My gas dryer was getting warm.not hot. After confusing myself on YouTube, I called the store and talked with Derek. I told him what I was seeing and he told me what I needed. A $25 part and a couple of more phone calls was all I needed. Thanks Derek and M. J. Hickey, you have a customer for life

Mike is a horrible manager. He is abusive and has anger management issues. Chris is an overall nice guy and much more mature.

Needed to fix the ancient stovetop in my apartment and the gentlemen at Hickey helped me found the parts with no problem. Very reasonable price and great customer services as well!

The dude knew exactly which elemnt I needed. In and out in 15 minutes. Plus, they were friendly with my dog.

Needed a part for my oven, every where else quoted a month or so to get it in, MJH got it in 5 business days, Derek greeted me as I walked in, got me the part, made sure it was what I needed.

Excellent customer service. I called them on the phone and they asked me if I wanted them to put the part aside that I needed for my dryer.the price was also excellent.

Nice place, but make sure you have the info about what you need. Make and model of the appliance is critical. Pricing is awesome.
