Receptionist Mr. Sheeraz is good, but technical team is untrained and irresponsible I have 2 back to back dangerously bad experiences in a week
In one car they forgot to fix the engine cap after changing the oil, when i saw there was NO any cap on engine from where engine oil fills
And in other car they overfilled the engine oil which caused overheated and increased fuel consumption
Both mistakes could have reasons of very serious internal damages of the engines if I would not have checked immediately and corrected timely

The people here have very high customer service Friendly and honest mechanics they have so much patience for the customers the car was ready as they promised on time if part no need to be change they will let you know there prices was so affordable compared to any other places the good part they work Saturday for the people they need there cars during the week highly recommend for any one

Nice Experience keep it up. Owner is so humble and polite price are so reasonable that if he don't hv the parts he will tell you the truth I always recommend MK Auto for there sincerity and genuineness. Even Sheraz Bhai at front desk he is too good as owner.keep it up

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with MK Autos, and I feel compelled to warn others about the subpar service they provide. Specifically, if you own a BMW X5, I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this mechanic shop. Not only did they demonstrate a profound lack of knowledge about the car, but they also refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused.
When I initially approached MK Autos with a singular problem, I was hopeful that their expertise would lead to a satisfactory resolution. However, my optimism quickly diminished as I found myself paying a substantial amount of money only to discover additional problems upon picking up my vehicle. To make matters worse, whenever I confronted them about the newly arisen issues, they consistently denied any involvement, insisting that the problem was unrelated to their work. But if they truly had no hand in it, how could these problems have surfaced after I entrusted my car to them?
The complete disregard for accountability displayed by MK Autos is both frustrating and disheartening. Rather than taking responsibility for their actions and offering a solution, their repeated response during our numerous phone conversations was a dismissive, "That is not as a result of our work. " However, it is important to note that these issues did not exist prior to my decision to bring my car to their establishment.
Muslims don't behave this way, I expected more and will find it hard to forgive you for what you have done to my car.

It was the worst experience of oil change and tires. They ruined my new car.oil level was very low when I checked by chance after changing the oil and the front tires brakes not working after winter tires were changed and now making some clucking sound.
When I go again for checkup their Machanic said I don’t know where the sound was coming from.

These guys are life savers Javon the mechanic absolutly went out of his way and out did himself to fix my rim after I hitting a nasty pot hole I bent it so bad it popped the tire and couldn't seal this guy bent back the rim got a new tire and went on my way In less than a hour

These guys give you high prices. STAY AWAY! They wanted to charge me $950 for breaks on both axles. I did my research and found another mechanic who did it for me for $650. Please do your homework before paying these guys. They will rip you off.

This is my third time coming to MK Auto Repairs. All three times, I walked in without an appointment and was served in a very timely manner and with exceptional customer service. Everyone whom works here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced and were able to get the service done efficiently.

They are nothing short of incompetent Crooks, cost me $320 for a freaking $160 job. Stay far away from these scoundrels, not trustworthy at all. AVOID at all costs. After Shakeels passed away, this place has gone to the dump.
