Today I had the worst possible experience ever. I asked for a French manicure and the lady with the blonde hair proceeded to put the base and then starts putting a weird clear colour as my base which I told her I did not want. She then went on to give me the ugliest tip I’ve ever seen in my life. I let her know that’s not what I want and I showed her a picture and then she started yelling saying “why did you tell me”, like what!? I’m telling you right now as you’re doing it before you move on and do more.and it’s a BASIC FRENCH MANICURE. What on earth is so confusing about it? How long has she been doing nails? They even have a poster of French nails on their wall! She was extremely rude. This is so disheartening as I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve even brought people here too. I’ll never come back. Look at the pictures of the base she wanted to give me and how they let me walk out with the my nails look raggedy af. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go to blush nail bar. Absolutely ridiculous.

Super happy with my dip manicure and shellac pedicure! Work was clean, professional, and efficient.

1 star for the price and 1 star for taking walk ins.

The quality was not the greatest and several fingers afterwards starting to bleed on the side.

The nail polish was not smooth and very bumpy.

The French tip was not even across all fingers.

I called for an appointment and it was readily available. Upon arrival I was greated in a very welcoming manner. The owner did my manicure refill while her employee did my pedicure. Through the processed I was reminded to state any concerns I may have. I truly felt my needs mattered and I wasn't another customer. I was advised where to park if and when there is lack of parking. Truly beautiful and talented work. Sanitary and clean environment. I really do like the spaciousness of the salon and kindness of the owner.

Good for a pedicure, but do NOT recommend the manicures, dipping powder or service after having tried out this salon multiple times.

I have been going for years and the serviced is great and prices are very good as well.

I went last week after all this Isolation time and I was impressed with the precautions they are taking.

I will recommend you to call in advance to book an appointment.

I've going to this nail salon for years and have never had a bad experience. My nails and eyebrows always look impeccable. The ladies at this salon are extremely friendly and professional.

This is one of the best nail salons in the GTA. The employees are very friendly, and they do such a good job! The owner of the salon is amazing. Would definitely recommended.

The owner, Kim, is always friendly and goes out of her way to ensure the customer is satisfied. However the rest of her staff is rude and wastes your time. One of the girls told me to come to get two of my nails fixed, and when I got there, she told me she didn't have time. She should've told me that in the first place, or else I would've never have come.

I've been coming here for years! They have the best staff (Kim and May) who always do an amazing job! I've been doing dipped powder nails for over 2 years and my nails are amazing! They last, without breaking, for more than 3 weeks (if needed). I'll always come here, even if I have to drive 30-45min!

These ladies are awesome. Very friendly, beautiful job on my nails. I have referred many friends now who too have been very pleased.
