Great service, fair pricing, Great crew of guys there. I have a Dump Trailer and it's never faltered, and always kept serviced every year. 5 years now.still highly recommend.

I recommended a few guys to buy from there, 1 bought a dump Trailer and another a Vnose cargo. Both guys are still using theirs and still have nothing but good to say.

Disappointed in this local shop. Called for an estimate for repairs after trees fell on my trailer following recent tornado in Hammond. Initially they said they would charge an hour to prepare the estimate but ended up charging 150 for no apparent reason. Unclear what they did other than prepare the estimate for the items I pointed out. I don't even think they brought the trailer in to be inspected - didn't move from where I parked it. They did say they would credit this amount if trailer was repaired there. Estimate is for 500$ for what I see as 2 hours worth of work. They won't be getting this or any more of my business. Maybe they should consider charging for the time it take to prepare the estimate if they are worried that customers will make the repairs themselves - should amout to a 30 mins. Hope the short game pays off for you.

Just recently purchased another trailer from ML trailers and still received great service as when I bought the first one a few years back.

Roger went out of his way to accommodate me with the hook up and the walk around.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a new trailer to deal with them.

The whole process of purchasing my 7 x 16 Lightning enclosed trailer which included: - the 1st visit for product availability and review, - 2nd visit to purchase the trailer as well as accessories and final delivery was flawless, the staff and owner we're extremely courteous and knowledgeable, the zero pressure sales was appreciated as well as the detailed information provided into the trailer build specifications vs any competitors was greatly appreciated and definitely helped the decision process for the purchase a quality built trailer. Been buying and servicing trailers from ML Trailers for many years. Best place to deal with, sales and service, and would not recommend anywhere else

Highly recommend ML trailers. Initial contact was with Roger, who was able to set me up with the perfect trailer for my needs. At pick up, Michel went over everything with me, proper maintenance overview and made sure it was hooked up and reasy to roll. I will definitely be going back to them for any trailer needs. The trailer itself, a 7x16 Lightning cargo trailer, has been in use all winter to move my snowmobile and transport rental items. Fits the job perfectly. The trip to ML trailers was worth the 2 hour trip.

I'm really happy with my Lightning 12-foot aluminum cargo trailer. It's the perfect size and very good quality. I dealt with Mike, Vicky and Roger at ML and got very good advice and service. When I picked up my trailer Mike hooked it up to my car, adjusted the hitch and checked everything, and seemed to care a lot about customer satisfaction and safety. Couldn't be happier! Great location, too, just down the street, if I need parts or service.

Excellent service, excellent advice and competitive pricing compared to other shops in Ottawa. I brought in my 5th wheel for maintenance on wheel bearings and brakes. I am very satisfied and will return again for future maintenance.

I baught a trailer from ml trailer, the service is perfect, guys are great, you can be serve in french or english. Price where fair and a bit lower from oter place that i looked before buying. I purchased a trailer at ML in July right in the middle of Covid. It was delivered in October as expected. The staff were great, they are knowledgeable and super friendly. I bought a 23' V Nose snowmobile trailer from ML Trailers in the Fall. I had been shopping around for a few months and had looked as far as Toronto and Quebec City. Do your research before buying elsewhere. A lot of the big places in the cities were initially less expensive, however when you added anything on, (preparation, gas doors, lighting, etc) the price ended up being more than at ML Trailers. The team at ML Trailers is super professional and efficient. More so than anywhere else I visited. I was greeted almost immediately by the owner Michel as opposed to waiting around at the other places I looked. The guy knows his products perfectly along with the pricing. We agreed on the price and approximate delivery date. It arrived a few days early and they went out of their way to get it to me ahead of the planned date for my first sled trip. A few months in I had a minor warranty issue. This was taken care of right away. I also dealt with Chris on a few occasions, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend ML Trailers, you will not be disappointed by the product or service here.

I was referred to ML by my brother who gets all his trailers here, and my dad also purchased here.
The boys down at ML do what they can to give you the best product and service possible all while being a no BS environment. They won’t push stuff you don’t need and if you ask a direct question you get a straight answer. It’s nice to have a shop that still has integrity.
I took forever finally deciding on the final design order of my trailer and they stayed with me until it was delivered.
Upon pickup of my brand new trailer, my brand new Chevy 2500 broke down. Wouldn’t come out of park. Waited 3 hours for a flat bed and ML were helpful and sympathetic to the ordeal.

100% recommended.and I’m hard to please haha!
