Great service, competitive prices, they don't offer specials or discounts because their prices are already really good. The fiber optic internet is great, very fast and clean setup.

The worst internet service provider, with prices double that of others and exceptionally poor service！

The service they offer is good tho just when I need help gotta talk to grumpy unhappy people multiple times telling me completely different things. Good price tho

I just had one of the worst customer service experience with one of the service representatives on the phone. I’m work for a business in Windsor and spoke to representative named Audrey and she was terrible. I come from this customer service back ground and I’ve never experienced anything like this woman was just talking at me would not let me speak so I just hung up and said thank you and then called back and took care of the issue and asked her to please listen to me, but she kept on getting more aggressive. We will be switching Internet providers

My wifi was dropping in and out more frequently and I called for a remedy. JAKE was extremely helpful, and after deducing that my router was starting to reach end of life, he was able to walk me through a factory reset and continued to stay on the line and make sure I could link my smart devices again. He also educated me on modern routers and what to factors to look for in a new router.

I couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I recently switched to MNSi and right from our first phone call, I knew that I had made the right choice. They answer the phone right away, they have good advice, they're straight to the point and their technician that came for the installation was great too. After raving about the service, you can't beat the price either!

LOL I wish I lived in Windsor I would be setting up my installation appointment date, everything I need and it seems only great ppl to deal with. Right now I’m showing companies for my sister. She’s looking for a Lifeline program or something like that? Do you have that kind of option

I was referred to this company but unfortunately, it seems that they are not interested in business clients, as no one has reached out to me. As such, an alternative option seems best.

I really love their service and support. Out of all ISPs I deal with every day (I work for a Managed Service Provider) MNSI is the easiest to work with and their support if fast and knowledgeable.

Holy jeez, I only have the absolute BEST things to say about all the service and support I have received from MNSI! All the way from Customer Support to the Tech (Rob) who came to install, everyone was incredibly helpful! One more HUGE shoutout to Rob! He showed up early (by a special request from me), was very efficient and helpful, AND he even mounted an extension cord making my space and home far more comfortable. Thank you Customer Support! Thank you Rob! And thank you MNSI for all your wonderful help!

Best ISP (Internet Service Provider), Home Phone Service (at an extremely cheap price when bundled), I HAVE EVER HAD! And they now have FULL BLOWN CABLE TV (also at an extremely cheap price when bundled), and I've been with Bell and Cogeco in the past, and their bundles and quality of service don't come close to how amazing MNSI truly is, and the best part is, they're locally owned and operated, so you're supporting a Windsor business and not some big nasty corporation that will lock you into contracts that cost hundreds to break.

I have had MNSI for nearly 14 years now, when all they offered was DSL Unlimited Internet, when Unlimited Internet Bandwidth was either very hard to find or outrageously expensive. They now offer Fiber Internet with absolutely crazy speeds and unlimited usage/bandwidth, and for a lot less than their competitors and with much better customer service. When you call for help, someone from Windsor is answering your call and you typically don't wait long on the phone, if at all, to speak to someone.

Not to mention the 24/7 technical support, who are so.patient.and knowledgeable, they can guide you through the perfect setup for your home. Speaking of technical support, in the 14 years I've been with MNSI, I only had to call them twice, and it wasn't because my Internet Service went down, it was because I had forgotten my login and the other time help setting up a new Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router. That said, in 14 years, the only times I can remember the Internet Service going down was if my power went out; otherwise I can't say I've really experienced a disconnection from the ISP itself, and if I have, it's only been for 5 minutes - nothing major or that would ruin your day.

If you want the best, and you want to support local, then I can't praise MNSI enough! Definitely a must switch if you're even slightly unhappy with your current Internet, Phone, and/or Cable TV provider!
