The worst agent to deal with!
Their agents are completely liars and just word play with customers. I will never recommend anyone to go with them for insurance.

I have been a client of Mo Annabestani for almost 10 years now, frankly he is not just an insurance agent, truly a friend for all his clients. He cares about you like his family member and is always available with his best service. His staff are also excellent with so much experience and knowledge. 100% recommended.

Ive been a client since 2018 and cant thank enough every one working in this office, specially Lana, she is always going above and beyond with my needs. I bought a new car in February '2023 the dealership drove us crazy but Lana was on stand buy for one week to make changes on my policy because the dealership employ where not organized.

I have been a Desjardins customer for many years. Mo Annabestani does not know how to deal with clients and is extremly unprofetional in the filed of work. His inappropirate behaviour and poor level of customer interaction/service has made me escalade my concern to "Complaint Liaison Office" for Desjardins.

His attitue is as such he is doing you a favour by offering you the services that can be obtained through any other Authorized Desjardins broker and he continously tries to justify his course of action.

On my renwal not only did I not receive my documents by my premium was increased as well without my prior knowledge and after calling his office and going back and forth on a few phone calls he once again had excuses to justify his action. I have been in touch with other insurance providers and they are offering me fraction of what his office is quoting me. His exact wording to me was "I DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CLIENT AND DO NOT WISH TO DEAL WITH YOU".

I have brought this concern to Desjardins Head Office and will continue to escalade this matter as such Malicious Behaviour is not tolerated in any shape or form.

Furthermore he has failed to fulfill my request to suspend my coverage on a vehicle that is not being driven.

I would stay away from this Agent and would not recommend anyone to his agency. I will be cancelling and moving all my insurances along with other family members coverages.

Desjardins really needs to pay attention to the reviews and how customers are being treated.

Zero level of respect and always increasing prices. If I could give a zero star rating I would. We will be escalading our concern with Desjardins head office and Mo Annabestani has failed to deliver upon his duties as an agent.

I called for car insurance qout today as a customer who had home insurance with them from 2019. I talked with a rude employee she told me you know we should chek your doc driver license because you are a new driver, and your car insurance will take time two weeks, so I will cancle my home insurance because I was your customer already…. No discount no customer service, only send letter to your address….

He and Elnaz are friandly, answered all my questions patiantly and spent enough time on phone to provide accurate advice that helped me to get a perfect premium.
