As a personal experience, when it comes to immigration matters, at this office, their staff are NOT honest with advice. All they care of is to initially receive a big installment after having signed a piece of paper that any monies paid won't return when the truth revealed. They said to me my file was very strong at first sight by using such term as '' our boss used to work as an immigration officer for gov't of Canada so once they saw HER name on your file, it will be processed quickly and approved " while I only came to get a consultation advice and pay a fee for it, and I ended up in a very overwhelming process with this office for a long time. After I paid a big installment of money, and when I had come back to their office as dated they were like playing games with me they didn't even want to show up. They wasted a lot of my time and energy by believing in them that all they were saying was true but only lies and false info and empty hopes.
