I swung by this convenient store on Sunday, October 8,2023. It's a cool spot – you can fill up on gas and grab some Tim Hortons in one stop.

Whenever I'm headed to Niagara Falls, I always make a pit stop here for coffee and gas. It's become a regular thing for me.

A quick message for the manager/owner of the convenience store:

So, I had an interesting encounter with one of your employees during my last visit. We politely asked her where the restroom was for my pregnant wife, and she flat out told us it was out of order.

I went back to her and asked again, simply wanting to know where we could use the restroom, and she got super rude. I figured maybe there was a language barrier, so I explained that my wife is pregnant. That's when she changed her tune and said my wife could use the restroom.

I don't think that kind of behavior is acceptable. I'll keep coming here, but I hope you'll take customer service more seriously.

I am not sure when customer service died in this country but today I saw something that just pissed me right off at this Mobil. Gassed up to head outta town (convenient location) and the gentleman at the cash inside the store (young Indian man with a kinda fancy moustache) had his ear buds in and was on a personal call in his native language. Only once did he break from his phone call to ask me what pump I was at. What happened to the days of making personal calls on your break, or greeting the customer or thanking the customer. Just shocked that the management of this store allows employees to be on the phone while they have customers in front of them. Will not be back to this station when in the falls next.

NO WASHROOMS AVAILABLE!

Employee is lazy to keep tidy and clean.smerking and laughing saying its closed without any valid reason.

Associate was too busy talking to Tim Hortons cashier to turn on the pump for me to get gas (on my way to work before 8am) which I could see through the window. I went inside to ask the name as he was Slowly walking to push the button only to see he is a manager, K*-*- who then proceeded to ask me if I am crazy because he pushed the button as i opened the door.really? You have the audacity to speak to a local customer like that who is just trying to get gas? Unbelievable- this is the ignorance that makes people crazy.

Very nice store, staff is great and it has a Tim Horton's inside, while the gas bar and store is 24/7 the tims is only 5am to 11pm (hours might vary with the season).
Gas is always priced fair and competitive with the other 4 gas stations within a stones throw.
What sets this place apart is you can get your gas, get your soda, get your pepperoni sticks, a pack of darts and your xl double double under one roof. If that's not minty I don't know what is.

Very impressive customer service. Staff members are very talented and professional. Always quick response with friendly way.i definitely recommend and preferred this place all the time during traveling Niagara falls.

Love a place to get gas. The machine was having an issue with my savings card but got it figured out.

For a gas station that is located in the heart of Niagara Falls tourist section, the gasoline is competitively priced. There seems to be no price gouging at this location. That alone deserves a 5 star rating.

Great gas prices and great staff! The convenience store and Tim Horton’s are also worth a visit with everything you could need!

This is a brand new and well maintained gas station, the staff was very polite and services are well maintained. Would definitely recommend going here as it is open 24hrs and also has a Tim Hortons for snacks and drinks!

Gas Station was new and the machines worked well and pumped gas fast. Staff is polite and helpful. Will come back again whenever in Niagara Falls. Great for coffee stop with Tim hortons.
