Thanksgiving weekend I brought my Samsung S20fe in to get screen repair they repaired it and the phone has had no issues.

Truthfully they were not there at the time they had an issue, I had to drive back.

When I went back to get my phone they were busy and my phone wasn't charging. The gentleman working said it was probably a fault which in the repair process, and would repair it he gave me the best loaner phone he had so I would not be without a phone.

It was a frustrating experience but I do believe it was accident (which happen to us all) they did the best they could.

They did also give me a credit for y troubles.

I would go back again the work done has stood strong so far. And staff seems kind an knowledgeable.

My black camera on my iphone 12 stopped working out of no where, which eventually ended up making my front camera stop working and they did an amazing job at fixing it, its completely back to normal and works perfectly. It only took about 3/4 hours and i got an update call in between those hours. Also when I went to apple about this they were gonna charge me over $200 to fix and they only charged me $150 for the fix. So def recommend this place and bonus that they are super nice people!

Quick and easy! I walked in without an appointment and had my phone fixed in great condition within 90 minutes. I really appreciated that they gave me all my options and prices, rather than just trying to sell me on the most expensive option. They also gave me a loner phone to use while they were fixing mine.

These guys are great) … They came to the north end of the city, picked up my phone, replaced the cracked screen and battery, the home button was broken, so they figured out a really user friendly work around for that, then returned it to me at my home in less than three hours). They even threw in a free case. That’s pretty terrific service) I would definitely recommend them and deal with him again)

I was at this shop to get help for my daughters encrypted IPad 8th generation but the next day their manager and his colleagues to me that my iPad has been stolen from the shop. And instead off given me a new one for Free they ask me to pay $300 and get a 9th generation and I did. They told me that their going to deliver the keyboard case to my house which never happened 'till this day. When I visit to the shop for the keyboard case after 2 weeks their shop keeper again to me that the shop has being robbed AGAIN, which doesn't seems like it is. And I came to realize that this is some kind of a Scam by making their one or two customers filling sorry about what happened to them. All I want now is my daughters old iPad with it's keyboard case and my $300 dollars unexpected expense. I advice people going to this mobile shop at your own risk.

I am sorry this is reflecting on multiple factors.first time I got my screen fixed. They say it was a authentic Samsung screen.but sadly from day one I had a feeling that it was a after market. I had issues with first screen and it was not installed properly. So. I bring it back they see it is malfunctioning and they have no issue with ordering another one. I waited couple weeks for them to get new one in.they replace it a se ont time for me.installed better (more flush) but.they changes the colour of my phone frame.and again I had feeling it was not a authentic Samsung screen.but there is no way for me to prove it.now it's been couple months and the screen had cracked in 2 places without dropping it and I have a case on it. I go years without cracks and it cracked first time because it dropped face first on a stone.so now that I have the phone back that is multi colored.cracked from not dropping it and no chips or punctures. I'm disappointed in the product.not the people or the service.but now that it is cracked again in such a short time when I do not drop it.it makes me think it's not a Samsung screen.they gave me a Samsung compatible screen.

The owner of this shop is so accomodating and friendly. This shop fixed my phone in less than an hour and they did not charged too much.

I personally really like this store! I feel they did an extremely great job at helping me pick a new phone & set it up with a gorgeous case & glass protector. Very affordable phone & sugguested a model with exactly what I needed when I asked for advice. Compared to other stores they gave me a very affordable price- I know I would have payed way more from another store for a brand new phone. I got the impression that they appreciate their customers & are very hard working & knowledgable. I love my new phone & I haven't had any problems & am so happy I chose mobile junction.

Had traded in over 3000$ dollars in phones with busted screens only as a trade In for fixing a lower end screen on a Motorola, not even my S8 which parts would have been easier to find, and cost the same as the Motorola.got handed the it will be ready tomorrow when its supposed to be ready today, speal, bc of new customers, and the endless line up of me getting pushed to the back burner, i didnt buy it and responded by I telling them i wouldcall the cops on them for stealing my phones, and all of a sudden they are able to do it this day by 7pm instead of maby tomorrow bc they have lots of customers.infact an endless supply of them I' dont have time to wait for;

Terrible product service.
Here are the facts. Fixed Iphone LCD screen but wasn't able to put a fingerprint homebuttom back in, so they shipped it to toronto and said they would call me. Never called me, so now I dont have a working home button. Afterwards I cracked my screen, that's on me. They couldn't put my new homebutton in when I went in myself and now Im down two screen repairs and two weeks later my phone LCD is glitching.

*edit* Good follow up after the fact. Offered free phone repair for dissatisfaction. 1 star => 3.
