I feel they don't provide professional service. Doesn't use diagnosis app to check phones.

Had an amazing experience today, Abhi and Karan were impeccable with their customer service. I had all my questions answered, very informative. I was very happy with the service and products and the assurance that if anything goes wrong I can come back to any store.

They were super fast and professional…I will definitely use them again for any repairs needed

I called your store to see where you were. I was sitting in the parking lot of fiesta mall because a friend of mine recommended me to you. I spoke with someone there about a month ago and all of a sudden it was closed. So I goggled Klink and you too me that the store had closed down. You said that you were at Limeridge mall but I don't like going up the hill. I wanted to buy a refurbished phone from you. Still don't have one. Who knows maybe I will come see you. Does your store sell refurbished phones?

Ran into a problem with a glued gorilla glass screen protector from an online retailer, glue went into my brand new phone speaker and microphone.
I was so upset, the technician instantly made me feel at ease and took his time to fix my phone and showed me every step as they did the repair.
Excellent workmanship skill and professionalism. They were without a question the place to go, thank you so much for your help. I am a 5 star reviewer and they deserve the best of complements. If you have a phone issue there is no better place to go, great price and work.

Went in thinking I needed a repair on my Note 8 and found out it wasnt broken just needed to be cleaned.they did it for free and I would recommend

I went to Mobil klinik today and the sales representative was supper professional and very helpful. His name is Harv. He solved my iPhone problem in a fast, speedy and professional manner. I defenitly recommend coming to Mobil klinik for all your cell phone needs.

Well I walked in with a fake s23plus phone and suraj one of the technicians there help me identify the difference between fake and authentic Samsung.they couldn't repair since they only repair authentic Samsung phones. I got a new Samsung from that knowledge that was shared and came to support the clinic by them putting for me a screen protector. Harv another technician did a good job. Thank you for being truthful with What you do guys.

Took my pixel 7 in to get the back camera glass repaired.

They didn't have the parts. 1 week wait. That's fine with me to get it fixed but, take more time off work to deliver my phone once they have the part. They call me to tell me my phone is broken beyond repair and Google will warranty me a new phone. Fair I like that.

I come to find out that Mobile Klinik BROKE MY PHONE FURTHER and now I can't use the ear speaker for phone calls. AND NOW GOOGLE IS FIGHTING ME ON GETTING ME A NEW PHONE OR FIXING IT!

DONT TRUST THEM! CROOKS!

Edit: they also broke my phone's flashlight in the process.

I have been here 3 times now. The first time they saved me $600 but repairing my phone. The 2nd time was two days ago and a man cleaned my charging port without charge. I returned today to purchase a charging cord and port since mine haven't been working. AMAZING customer service. 100% recommend seeing this place for cell phone needs and repairs. There is no pressure sales and they don't make you feel embarrassed by asking silly questions.

So grateful to them for fixing my son's iphone and getting us set up on a new plan! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a good experience:)

They advert that they repair phones.but on according to manufacture specifications even if. Not necessarily required for repair completions.

I visited the Limeridge location this busy long weekend. I have to give out a shout out to AK, Suraj, and Sid for their amazing help and assistance regarding an urgent matter with my phone. They went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were answered and provided help in a professional and friendly manner. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Had issues unlocking my phone which Mobile Klinik CF helped with this situation! They resolved my issue and never even charged me for their time! I was so stunned! We received excellent service at the Ancaster location from Raavi. She was very helpful setting us up with two new phones and plans. Black Friday is nuts and she remained calm dealing with a multitude of distractions while still making sure we were set up properly. We were having a few issues with our new phones and had to return the next day. Arthur was able to help us while also dealing with Black Friday overflow. Despite, the fact that Koodo's system was overwhelmed, he was able to help get our phone issues resolved. Then it was Keegan's turn to help us. He managed to fix the last of our issues which mostly had to deal with our lack of tech savvy. Overall, the service we received was outstanding and made the ordeal of cell phone shopping much more tolerable than we expected. Thank you to Raavi, Arthur and Keegan!

I came here to show my cp because it is difficult to charge (I though there's a problem in my charging pin). I said how much will it cost and he said if it's easy then don't pay.after that it was cleaned and it was ok that I didn't pay anything. Shout out to the guy who took care my cp. Thank you. These are registered Samsung warranty providers. Please be advised they will not repair any Galaxy fold phones. Save yourself the aggravation and the promise from Samsung support to go to this location if this is a concern you have. Multiple Samsung fold phones are splitting in the middle and are under warranty and I am aware that there are hundreds waiting for it to be repaired. Let me first date the Galaxy fold phone is phenomenal when it's working. However with the split screen it is no longer functional and you may need to consider looking at other options. The staff at this location were very informative and were quick to advise it is not within their means to repair it. However I was advised to consider going to a Samsung store in Toronto or to another Mobile Klinik in Toronto. I of course had to make the phone call myself let alone what I get the support from a mobile repair shop. I would have expected that assistance in making a phone call on my behalf to help me resolve this issue would have been helpful. Needless to say I managed to do it myself but I guess that's the way it works in today's retail experience.

My go to spot for phone repairs! Have visited specifically this location numerous times (way more frequently than I would have liked) but they always made a bad situation better, with amazing customer service, quick turnaround times, and affordable rates. Different brands, ages, and issues and they've been able to fix them all. Highly recommend, and already recommend to all my friends and family preemptively so they know where to go in a phone emergency. Thanks so much!

I had such a great experience here with the phone technician working august 3rd around 8: 00pm, I can’t remember his name but he went above and beyond to help fix my phone after having a bad experience with wireless wave!

Lifesavers is who they are! I thought my phone was gone and that I would need a new one. They fixed it up for a price I was glad to pay. I had my phone back in my hands in only a few days. Definitely give them a chance if you need a phone fixed

I had a very good experience went I went to this place to get my cellphone fix. The technicians are nice and professional. They took care of my phone right away, which it had a charging issue. They tested it and left it to charge for few minutes. I returned, and apparently the phone has a blip. Now it is all working fine. They didn't want to charge me anything. I still appreciate their service very much. Thank you again.

Sid helped me with data transfer from iPhone to android and helped setup iCloud email on my Samsung.

I had trouble with people low balling my sale of my Iphone X Promax and they offered me a great price and at a time when I really needed it with the holidays and everything was done within a 20 minute time frame and they were very knowledgable in all the information they provided me and was overall very satisfied with their professional service. If ever need to sell, repair or in need of a point in the right direction I am a definite returning customer.

My lifeless cell phone was brought into the Mobile Klinik. Bernie worked on it and brought it back to life on 2 occasions. Free of charge. The problem was too Expensive to fix but he temporarily fixed it for now and my phone is still working. Huge thankyou to all. Highly recommend this place

The guys at Mobile Klinik are fantastic! Had an issue where my S21 Ultras microphone wasn't working properly. The gentleman I spoke to was super professional, explained the whole warranty process and ordered the parts right then and there. Dropped my phone off on a Wednesday night and picked it up the next day. Have used other repair shops and found definite signs of repair (marks in my phone, ruined screen protectors, smudges on the inside lens of my cameras). And with Mobile Klinik, you can't even tell my phone was apart. Would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks again guys!

I came in during the height of the pandemic, to swap data from one phone to a new phone. Even though there was absolutely no walk-in traffic, he performed this service as a courtesy.
I regret that he did not have a case for my new phone, because I would have gladly bought one from this store. Fantastic service!

There was problem in my phone’s charging port. I thought I should have to replace the charging port. But, BERNIE just cleaned the port with some sprays. And it was working properly. He could have charged me for this or have changed the port, but due to his good quality service, he didn’t. I really appreciate that. Thank you.

Not to be trusted!
This store took my original SIM card & haven't sent a replacement. What I left with, 2 different places said it was wrong type & won't work. My provider gave me correct one.
I emailed the store 2x with no satisfaction.

Small problem with the charger connection. It was actually jammed with lint at the bottom of the connection. They could have told me anything, easily charged me for a service. However they did not. He simply told me the problem, cleaned it out and handed my phone back to me with the charger port working perfectly. Thanks for both the service and honesty. On the recomend list

My dad's phone was going dark every night, and they help us figure it out. It was just a setting that we have to turn off. The people where we got the phone dont know anything about it, but here they were patient to figure it out for us. And they didn't charge us for it. Thank you very much.

These guys are total scam. I got my iPhone X screen replaced here in November, after month of usage screen starts turning black from one corner. I took phone to store and they told me it is not covered under warranty because of damage. There is not even single scratch on phone. Don’t believe their life time warranty claim. It is total BS. Just get screen replaced from Apple even though a bit expensive.

They fixed my Samsung S9 screen and back glass. It now looks brand new again, and the price is good!

Good service even though they couldn't fix problem. Kept in touch with updates on progress. The part was on back order. Just went and got a new phone instead.

Incredible place and service for your cell phone repair. My charging port had a ton of gunk in it from working construction and not having a proper case for my cellphone. This company really touched my heart today. I expected paying hundreds of dollars in changing my port. Rather than that, they did a diagnostic on my cellphone, found the problem, fixed the problem. Not only they did that for myself. They didn't charge me a penny for it! They are incredible people who help out the average Joe who works very hard for their money. I am very thankful for their service and deeply touched by the company's generosity. I will be bringing a ton of business to them for now on from my construction company. There are still great people and companies in this world. You just found them. I wish huge success for them! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart Fonelab!

Had issue with brand new phone from Freedom Mobile, tech support couldn't help and was told to go to store, went to store and they couldn't help. Suggested I go to Fonelab which I did and was looked after by female names Perry and problem was fixed in 2 minutes! She was so kind and I was so grateful to her. I went there because my charging port was not working. A technician (Abdullah) helped me out very quickly. I am very happy with the service and would recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t recommend for repair on an Apple phone. Screen replacement was done, lasted a week and then caused complete blackout of screen. Frustratingly to fix it correctly, it needs an Apple screen. (makes sense to me) A trip to the local Apple store plus $220 out of my pocket.sigh. The price one pays for getting a mediocre phone protection plan from my carrier. Next time, AppleCare!

My old phone screen was freezing sometimes for no reason. It passed the warranty date so I came here to see if it can be fixed. Abdullah is friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it with a reasonable price. This is a good place to come if your phone passes away the warranty date.

Left my phone in a cold car and could not revive it. Sherwin took less than a minute. Offered me some bonus advice as well. Very happy!

Abdullah and the other associate were very prompt in getting my screen replaced. After the replacement I had some technical issues with my phone and Abdullah spent the time with me to fix those before I left the store. I appreciated the prompt service and extra support.

Daughter's Samsung A8 required a new screen in November, went here as they are an authorized Samsung repair facility. After replacing the screen, convinced my daughter to purchase the flex screen glass protector. This past week the screen cracked in the one corner and then spread across the majority of the screen. Advised today there is no guarantee with the flex protector. Wanted to charge another close to $300 to replace yet another screen for a second year University student.

Phone isn't worth that much anymore.

Completely useless from a customer service standpoint. Would not revisit this business again if I was paid too.

Some businesses just don't get that to make money, you need to stand behind your work. Not the wording of a legal document.

Quick repair on iphone x screen replacement but low quality replacement parts and did not restore FaceID. Resolution is not the same as Apple OEM. My advice is go to the Apple Store or pay for the Rogers Device Protection plan. Lower cost in the long run. If you need a quick fix this place is great but your device will not be “as good as new” in my experience.

My iphone 6 did not charge anymore and I went to Apple store in Lime Ridge Mall for help. In place of looking at phone and try to find out what was wrong, they advised me that the best thing is to buy another phone (big $$$). Dissapointed and helpless I had an exceptional inspiration and entered in FoneLab over there and asked the technician (Sherwin is his name) if he can help me. After five minutes of examination and a power charge socket cleaning the telephone was charging again and is working perfect. Thanks Sherwin for your excellent service and high professional manner. If neded I will be happy to use FoneLab again.

I returned from a trip with thousands of photos on my phone but couldn't get them off as the computer could not see the device. Bernie diagnosed the problem, tried to replace the jack but the problem remained. He offered to try a factory reset, but I was anxious. He offered to walk me through it and 30 minutes later - everything is back and visible to the computer. I was a very happy customer as he returned all my data to its proper place and then refused payment. Bernie is a magician!

I came in yesterday to get my phone screen fixed and I chose the cheaper option so I knew that the phone screen was going to be paler which I was fine with. I waited about an hour and a half and when I went back the lady told me everything was fine expect my home button does not work with some apps for example settings. She said it may have been due to the crack which was located close to the home button. This is false due to the fact that after my phone cracked my button was perfectly fine. Se told me that this only occurred with some apps so I took my phone and left. As I was leaving I realized this happened with all my apps and my home button was completely broken. I go back to the shop and she tells me that’s what she meant whe she said the button was broken and continued to blame it on the crack since she said she tried 3 screens and they all did the same thing. She said I could come back another time and she could Put my old screen back on and give me a refund. The store was about to close so that was my only option. I got home and I went on my camera to find that she had done something To it. It looks like she put her finger on it or it looks cracked but she did not think to tell me this. I wasn’t planning On going back but now I’m going to have to. At least if she would have told me about the broken camera things would have been easier. I also just bought my phone not even a week ago and I already have problems pileing on top of each other.

Service was great! Staff was very helpful and understanding. Brought in my phone that would not turn and had a shattered screen. They were able to retrieve the data and recover it. Will definitely return but hope to not need to.

Sherwin is great. No fee for free charging port cleaning. I greatly recommend, took time to assist me and fix my problem.

I took my iPhone 6s in after attempting to replace the battery myself. The phone wouldn't charge but otherwise was working. The lady took it apart and found I'd put the battery connector cover plate on upside down. Four screws in and out and Voila, the phone is now charging. No charge for that quick fix and she didn't even mock me for missing that little detail while fixing my phone. I should have just gone to Fonelab in the first place. I can't recommend the shop in Limeridge highly enough. I will be taking all my out of warranty iPhone issues to Fonelab from now on. Thanks for the help!

Fone lab was listed on LG's official site, as a "repair partner" and recommended to me by their support. Tech behind the desk at fail lab was very curt, and downright rude with me over fixing my device. Didn't even bother looking at it. Did not offer me any alternatives, literally told me to go somewhere else. Left very confused, and very frustrated. Avoid.
