Very please with the customer service. Everyone was very helpful, kind and super efficient. I will continue coming back every time.

I went here to get my screen of my phone fixed which they did, but a little bit after my phone broke. I went to a different place to get it fixed and when they opened up my phone they told me that Mobile Klinik didn't put parts back in the right place, was missing screws and really messed up the inside of my phone. I paid $300 for my phone screen to be fixed by Mobile Klinik but ended up leaving with a non working phone. I would not recommend Mobile Klinik to anyone because they have no idea what they are doing and are over charging for bad work. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would, messing up a phone that bad is unacceptable, you need new technicians.

I would surely recommend this place as they were very helpful and quick to help me. They explain everything in detail and provided me with better solution.

I went in last Thursday to the Erin Mills location. They needed to order the battery for my phone (Pixel 5) before they could install it, so I left my number for them to call me when it was in. The woman at the store said it would be three days to get it in. After almost a week, i called them to see what was up and she said that she'd been trying to call me many times but I never answered. Turns out she was using the wrong phone number. I asked if they could install the battery tomorrow and as they open at 10: 00, could I have it back by noon? She said no problem it would be two to three hours. Today I went in, taking me away from work, at 10: 00 and told the current employee there that I was in to have my Pixel 5 battery replaced. She scrounged around their battery cabinet for a minute and then said she didn't have the battery. I said yes you do. She looked for another ten seconds and again said she didn't have it. After about five minutes of this back and forth and her just trying to get me to give up, she phoned another employee to help her and as it turns out, it was in the battery cabinet all along. At this point she says, "Well, we have the battery but you will have to come back later. " After asking why as I had been promised the phone back before noon and I had left work to drop the phone off, she stated that she couldn't install batteries and the person who could won't be in until 1: 00 pm. I just told her to forget it and left. Very poor service.

Jasmin and Khuspi were extremely helpfully, Jasmin helped me understand what was wrong with my phone and Khuspi helped me buy another phone for an amazing price, excellent customer seems skills, would highly recommend.

It was my first time at Mobile Klinic to replace my iphone cracked screen and simply every thing was great. I received my phone after 30 minutes and I was amazed with the perfect installed new screen. Great thanks to Jaismeen, she did a great job.

I had an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen. Went to the Apple Store to get it fixed. First they gave me a quote and an estimated wait time. Then, after taking it in the back, they told me it couldn't be fixed because of the damage; I'd have to purchase a new phone.

I took the phone to Mobile Klinik. They fixed the phone for a lower price and in less time than Apple's original quote. Great service.

Poor customer service and poor quality control. My GPS and volume buttons were disfunctional after my repair and they refused to believe it was them that did it, on top of handing me back my phone covered in greasy fingerprints and dirt.

Awesome service yesterday, went for my samsung screen repair. They had some offer also which made it cost less. Job well done and in front of us, which is a huge plus if you are concerned on data security too.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEIR PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL & THEY NEVER RETURN MY MSG'S MY CELL WAS DAMAGED WHEN I DROPPED IT IN MY POOL I WENT IN DEC TILL NOW WHICH IS THE END OF MARCH & l NEVER GOT A CALL BACK NOR DID MY PART CAME IN THAN THE LADY FINALLY CALLED ME THE OTHER DAY WHICH WAS APRIL I WAS SHOCKED & SAID NO THX I ALREADY BOUGHT A NEW CELL PHONE WHICH WAS A WEEK BEFORE XMAS & HUNG UP ON HER I CAN'T BELIEVE THE THE 3.5 MONTH DELAY DID THEY EXCEPT ME TO WAIT, REALLY?

I tried to buy an accessory a charger today. The guy gave me a price and changed it when I said I wanted to buy it. I do not trust the prices they tell to clients. You need to negotiate. Be careful.

Wonderful experience overall - great pricing for repairing an old phone, and even when they had to order in stock they were willing to charge me after rather than pay up front - they were transparent about everything and I would be eager to return here over any other repair store. 10/10 would recommend to anyone - big shoutout to Kushan as well!

They did a good job with my Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra camera screen. It was was totally smashed and she replaced it. Cost me $152 including taxes which I feel is a bit more.

Amrit had amazing technical expertise not only in smart phones but general computer knowledge as well. He helped us with an easy phone transfer that other techs had trouble with! Thank you Amrit and keep up the great service!

The reviews I read about Kushan prompted me to go to the store to get my phone fixed. I wasn't disappointed at all, as not only did she fix my problem but insisted that it was too small for me to be charged for it! I had just been quoted over $200 at Apple to get my very old iphone 8 speaker repaired. I took it to Mobile Klinik. The repair person, Kushan told me that she would try cleaning the phone for no charge and if that didn't fix it, then it would be approximately $50 to get it repaired. She was fantastic. Kushan cleaned my phone and it worked. She didn't charge me a thing. This was done so quickly while I waited. I was so impressed. I would definitely recommend Mobile Klinik to anyone who needs their phone repaired. Great Service and Great Value.

***honest technician*** I had microphone issues on my iPhone. I called up few repair shops Kushan was the only one who gave me assurance that the dirt might be blocking the ports or microphone. She cleaned it for me we did a test call and it works! She did this service for free.

I visited this location on lunch time because I was having issues with my phone charger port.

An employee named Kushan was very friendly and welcoming! I explained to her my issue with the port and right away she took a look!

I work in construction, and I was really shocked to see her pull out a ball of insulation out of the charger port that was stuck inside.
Here I thought that it was an internal issue with the port.but thankfully she was very honest and INCREDIBLY GENEROUS with payment (since it took her just a few minutes).

This location has a great employee and should continue to hire such people!

Fido sent me to this Store because my Iphone was not turning on after I accidentally dropped it. I was quote $70 by another store in the mall prior heading to my provider. So I went to this Store and Ayman, gave me couple of options. I chose to let him run a free Diagnosis. After a re-connection my phone did turn on and he did not charge me.
