The only thing as I wish you guys would have told me to back it up before You did your repairs Or that you would have backed it up for me So that way everything to be put back the way it was Because unfortunately I don't know how to log back into my facebook or my snapchat And have lost all my pictures

Have gone here a couple of times when my phone is not charging. On each occasion they checked and cleaned the phone and did not charge me for the service. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Very very nice lady helped me with my dead phone, took a look at it for free for a few hours. Then ordered mea battery and told me she would not charge me for anything if the battery didn't fix it. The part took a few weeks to come in so it was a bit of a wait but otherwise great service! Phone fixed!

Ordered parts for my phone said it was going to be a day or two.called in 3 days said they weren't in.haven't heard back and it's been 12 days now. I would go elsewhere.

Staff need to shower more the bo coming off is awful. And unbearable. Only went in for a new used phone small selection.

Update I went to look to see if these review was taken down nope it was not but other reviews on here seem to be from fake accounts I would avoid this shady place can't even get real reviews.

Went in today to get my phone inspected, and sold off. They offered me the lowest possible amount for the device. Absolutely nothing wrong with the unit outside a small scuff on the bottom. If you’re looking to trade your old phone for money just post of Facebook or Kijiji. You will instantly get larger offer on your device.

Vikas was super kind and helped remove some dirt from the aux port on my phone and now it works perfectly, these guys really know what they’re doing.

Instead of helping fix my phone they gave me a massive sales pitch to buy one of their phones and switch carriers. Will never go back.

Had gone in to buy a new phone as my old one was very bad. I purchased the samsung s10 and was expecting it to be expensive but I was wrong, I had spent only around 460 to buy the phone and an otterbox which I got a discount on. If you're looking to purchase a new phone I would highly recommend.

Great experience! Went in to enquire about repairing my cell phone that would not charge. Clerk cleaned out the charging port really well free of charge! Completely fixed my issue. Previously enquired at Rogers and was told nothing could be done and would need to replace phone. Will definitely come here again.

I have been to this location 3 seperate times and have been treated very fair each time. My last visit was for a phone that would not charge. The problem was a dirty charging port that they cleaned free of charge. The 2 young ladies that helped me were super friendly and proffesional. Well done

It's not that they haven't done a great job for me in the past and in fact they have great customer service. My only issue is how expensive they are. Bring down the price and I will be there if I need a repair.

Just dropped by MobileKlinic at the mall today and the service was fast and efficient. I went in because my phone charger was very touchy and i was having a hard time charging my phone. In the past I've looked up video's on the internet on how to fix it myself, cleaning out the charger port with a toothbrush or toothpick to get all the dust and such out but it wasnt doing it. After almost 5 minutes of arriving they cleaned it out and ive been having no problems with charging my phone. Great service. Thanks guys!

I came in to visit today, my phone's charging port wasn't working. The guy fixed it in 5 mins on the spot, free of charge. Made my day and he was very professional and understanding of my concern.
I would definitely recommend this service.

I was in a panic when my iPhone 10 started talking to me and I couldn’t sign in or open anything past the start up page. Apparently I somehow entered into a voice over accessibility mode. I tried everything to get it working and called 911 three times while trying to restart my phone.
Long story short, I stopped in at Mobile Klinik, Cambridge Centre and the angel at the counter fixed it in seconds, I will be coming back with my future troubles for sure. Thanks Angel

Came in with charging issues. Turns out it was just lint in the port. Staff fixed the issue quickly and easily.

This is my own experience, not necessarily a reflection of this business as a whole.

I brought my phone in originally because the charging port was no longer working for me.

Few days later the part arrived and they were able to fix the charging port. No issues there - it worked great. I was happy and thought that was it.

However, a couple days later noticed that whenever I was on a phone call, the person on the other line could now loudly hear themselves speaking. This made my phone calls virtually unusable, as the other person was distracted from hearing their own voice as an echo when speaking to me.

I contact them again and they tell me they need to order a new charging port (?) and I will need to bring it back in a few days. I do so, and they replace the charging port a second time and return the phone to me. The phone is still having this echo issue that I never had prior to bringing my phone in, so clearly replacing the charging port a second time still did not help.

They now need to order a special adhesive apparently to properly secure the back of the phone? They think that might be the cause of this new echo issue. They said if this still doesn't fix it, then they would replace the charging port with the original charging port (?) and I would need to take it to another phone repair place because they would not be able to help me. Wow, okay. So if this didn't work, I would end up not only with the broken charging port put back in, but also a brand new echo issue that makes my phone calls unusable. Thanks.

Dropped the phone off for a third time. They didn't call me by the end of the day, so I showed up when finished work. Apparently it's all fixed now, they forgot to tell me! I get my phone back, and I will admit the echo is much more quiet now, not nearly as distracting. But it is still definitely there, and I did not have this issue prior to bringing my phone into this place. I decided to cut my losses and not waste any more of my time.

So I have a fixed charging port now, and a new slight echo issue with my phone now. The people I call have to deal with it I guess. This experience was a major disappointment for me, making my phone less than what it was.

Stopped in today with my pixel 4xl. It refused to charge. Staff took a quick look, cleaned a substantial amount of debris out of my charging port. Phone now accepts charge. I was afraid it was going to be a costly repair/battery replacement. Free of charge cleaning.

Should I encounter a problem again, this will be my first stop.

My Samsung A8 died.took it back to where I bought it and they agreed that it need to be replaced. Upgraded to a A20 and bought out the remainder of my contract but couldn't transfer all the info onto the new phone. I was frustrated that my pictures and calendar couldn't transfer
Took it to MobileKlinik where a lady named Lee started the old phone and told me there was nothing wrong with the A8. This only took a few minutes at no charge. I ended up returning the new phone and am happily using the old one for the remainder of my contract. THANK YOU LEE!

Went to see to have my front glass changed. He told me I needed to change the back also and apparently the frame and this for $300
at that price, I can get one new on Amazon

Took a chance that they could replace my iPhone battery quickly and inexpensively. They delivered on both! Thanks guys.

I went in today because my phone wouldn’t turn on after having to hard reset it. My phone company was saying I would need to pay 250 to get a new phone. Mobile klinik fixed the issue in less than a minute free of charge. The man was super nice and helpful. And they saved me a lot of money!

I was about to give Fonelab in Fairview Park Mall $250 to replace the motherboard for my S2 Tablet but wanted to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did because Scott figured out that it was just a dead battery. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me anything and everything was free. I will definitely come back here the next time I have a problem.

Great customer service. My wife's phone not charging, Roger's wanted $600 to replace and the guy at Mobile Klinik pulled a piece of lint out and checked the Battery.battery had charge but no charge for the repair. Brought a big smile to my wife.

My iphone charging port was damaged, they had it fixed in like 25 minutes. I was pleased to see they offer a 1 year warranty on their work.
This was my first experience with mobile klinik, and I will use them again in the future.

I went in today to see if they could fix a mistake made by different repair shop and the guy had it fixed in just a few mins and he didn't charge me.they both were friendly & helpful, definately will be my go-to place from now on!
