My husband’s phone took a swim. Two other phone repair companies said his information couldn’t be transferred to his new phone…. We came to mobile Klinik and they did it quickly… they’re amazing. Thank you

I recently took my iPhone 11 into this location to get a screen repair. I was greeted immediately by an associated named HK who did an excellent job at explaining the process. I ended up needing a new phone screen and was told the repair would take half hour, but HK got it done in about 15 minutes! This location has the most professional and courteous staff out of all the phone places in the mall. I would recommend this Mobile Klinik location, especially HK, for your phone repair needs!

Awful experience, clerk (young Indian male) was asking for my phones password despite screen only repair. I had a strong feeling he was looking for intimate information on my phone. Remember to delete photos, financial data and any personal information you do not want viewed by strangers. I felt very unsafe, would not recommend this store to anyone.

This place is helps very well for the mobile repairs I went there a couple of times and they treated me very well

You can get brand new phones that are packaged differently and are wayyy cheaper than retail, plus it's one of the only places you can buy phones without signing up for a plan

I came here with my aunt to have my iphone 12 mini screen replaced. Sydney was very helpful and friendly! If you ever need a repair or a phone sydney will give you the best service!

The care and efficiency of your staff was just amazing. She went above and beyond what we expected. She was helpful, patient with us as we are seniors. Hopefully she is a valued employee and we just can’t say enough about her abilities and customer service.

The only reason I didn't give 5 is because the price to fix the phone is CRAZY. The staff was great tho and gave me a good deal if I switch phone providers. Phone was fixed in like 20 mins

I was pretty disappointed with my service at Mobile Klinik last week. They were recommend by Koodo/Telus for getting my screen replaced. I dropped off my phone around 2pm and Jen noted it would be done by 5pm. Around 3: 30pm Eric called me and noted that they unfortunately broke my front camera and will be replacing it free of charge (I would hope so, they broke it!) They had to wait on parts so that meant my phone would not be complete until 2pm the next day. This caused a major inconvenience & I had to figure out work a-rounds, since I use my phone for work quite a bit. When I got to the shop the next day to pick up my phone, I was surprised that they were still going to charge me the full amount. They ended up only taking off $10 of my bill. As this was a mistake on their end, which ended up costing me more time, effort and money they should of given me more of a discount. I will not be recommending.

Here I was looking at the ridiculous cost of phones nowadays because my charging port wasn't working on my current phone. Was leaving the mall thinking, welp guess I'll just keep using the wireless charger for now, when I see this place and decide I may as well check it out. She fixed my phone in a matter of moments, (apparently the charging port was just packed with lint) and she didn't even charge me for it. Absolute life saver.

Quick, thorough, reasonably priced. They fixed my charge port and the back glass on my S20 Ultra within a couple hours (with interruptions). Very satisfied with the service, I would recommend to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought that the charger was damaged or that the fitting where the cord plugs in was damaged as my phone had trouble charging. Within 5 minutes they removed a bunch of lint and it worked perfectly. Silly issue but quick solution. Thanks so much. Definitely a great little store!

I bought a used Samsung phone from this place. The phone would not hold a charge and kept shutting down. I took the phone in for repair. While disassembling the phone, they broke the screen and I had to wait a few days for a replacement. When I got the phone back, it would still not hold a charge. They said "bring it in, we'll fix it again. " Who can afford to be taking their phone in for repair every few days? I ended up buying a new Motorola phone from Staples for less than I paid these folks for the old Samsung. Live and learn. I told them I wanted a refund. They said they could only give me fifty dollars. I said OK. Then, they started to back-pedal on the paltry refund altogether. They may be good at repairing phones - they get lots of practice on the stuff they sell. I was very disappointed with this place.

The staff in your store are very knowledgable, friendly and patient. Jennifer, Sydney and Eric were incredible and you need to keep these staff in your employment as long as they want to be with you. I was referred to the Mobile Klinik by Rogers when I accidently put my iPhone phone through the wash:). Jenn and staff were great to work with as they tried to undo the damage I had inflicted. They even kept my phone in "intensive care" overnight. Although we were ultimately unsuccessful, I was impressed by the enthusiasm and effort these ladies put into the recovery effort. They also educated me on the wide range of quality previously owned and refurbished products they carry in stock. The prices look good too!

Awesome service, even during pandemic. Fixed a Blackberry screen in <2 hrs (after ~day delay to order part). Was warned of no guarantees multiple times (known issue with BlackBerry devices), but received phone back in perfect working order. Many thanks for saving my keyboard addiction!

I rarely leave a review for anyone but feel an absolute need say how wonderful your staff is. My husband and I were in last week and bought a phone. His phone was ancient and the ladies transferred all his information over to the new phone which in this case was no small feat. They were very friendly courteous, patient, and informative. I know that it would have been impossible for us to have done that by ourselves. It took those ladies at least an hour to get it to come over and never once did they complain. Actually, they kept apologizing over and over but it was nothing they had control over. Kayla and Jennifer have our utmost respect and gratitude. They are an asset to your company. I've actually referred your store to a lot of people because of this experience. This very positive experience! These ladies have an amazing amount of knowledge and they are a great team. We will continue to use your services and I will continue to say hi as we pass by. Good customer service is very rare these days. Kayla and Jennifer are wonderful. We were treated like royalty. Karlie friendly and very patient. Helped setup a repair that had to be done offsite. Spent an hour sorting out the warranty with the cell company. Highly recommend, worth your business.
