Shams at Mobile Klinik at Yonge Eglinton Mall was incredibly helpful, polite and courteous. Would recommend 1000%.

These guys were very professionall, followed up on required repairs and returned phone better than before it arrived. Their diagnostics found another problem with my Samsung S22 Galaxy that was also repaired under warranty.

Although i didn’t get service they rightfully predicted the problem and routed us to eglinton location.

Standard battery replacement for a Samsung phone. Website says 1 hr. When you talk to the reps its 2 to 3 hours.

But when it comes to actually doing it its 4+ hours.

It's fine but just need to be upfront because getting to yonge and eg center by car you need to figure out parking etc and they charge by 20 mins so when you show up after 4 hours and they say need another 30 mins it's frustrating because now you have to pay for additional parking time.

Service overall is fine, it's a battery replacement basic service and did a decent job, although my phone wasnt sealed back properly. Did it myself.

I took my iPhone in to have a broken screen repaired and when I was picking it up they told me that the battery performance was degraded and recommended that it be replaced. I was surprised that they didn’t get in touch with me to let me know about the battery issue when they had the phone on the bench when it would have been more economical to replace the battery than it would be once the initial repair was complete.

Faizan has provided the best service ever. He was very patient and highly knowledgeable about what he is offering. Must visit for any mobile help or offers!

My Samsung S21 mobile phone developed a very flaky USB-C charging port. Just wiggling the cable would cause it to connect/disconnect constantly. I took the phone to the Mobile Klinik and they said it could either require a new USB port or it may just be dirt preventing the C connector from seating properly. Fifteen minutes later, I wandered back the problem was only some lint in the connector. They cleaned it out, everything was working perfectly, and the charge was very reasonable. I respect both their honesty and skill in dealing with a flaky mobile phone.

Today my service here was excellent! Akash was thorough, & very helpful. He helped me choose a phone to buy, cheaper plan, & ensured all my info and saved stuff was transfered over & working! A stressful emergency worked out well because of him.

I had a problem with my phone crashing and the guy factory reset my phone without asking me. He then started to shill me to buy a used phone from him on their data plan. I've now lost all my contacts, apps and pictures

My iphone suffered serious water damage, but Mobile Klinik got me through the emergency. Staff examined the phone, showed and explained the damage, and recommended options. Staff took time to review repair costs and risks. Staff was able to recommend used iphone purchase options as well. All data etc transferred painlessly. Work was done professionally and with courtesy. All questions answered in a way I could understand. Price was reasonable, service was quick (same day), was able to make decisions on the basis of professional advice of staff. I would recommend. Staffer who was very helpful was AKASH!

I had such an amazingingly great experience when I walked up to the counter and was assisted by Harsh. My Motorola phone was switched to disability mode by accident and I could not figure out how to get it back to the regular mode, I was without a phone for a whole day because the features were messed up and despite the fact that they did not really work with Motorolas Harsh took my phone and was able to trouble shoot switch it back within a few minutes. I am soo soo grateful, He was so friendly and very professional I will certainly go back there with any other smart phone issues and will definitely reccommend this location for great service. You don't get this kind of service everywhere. Thanks again Harsh.

Great service and prices! They fixed my phone screen with authentic Samsung parts and showed me how the last repairs I had done weren't sealed for water.
