Took my Pixel 8 for a screen replacement and they replaced it within a couple hour. Best service I have ever received for phones! They did it under warranty and didn't have to pay a dime! Highly recommend them!

The BESTTTTT place to go. I have had two separate times where I have had iphone and ipad problems. Both times were so amazing, advising me on what i should do, what the likely hood of different suggestions and both times wasn’t charged. The guys who work here are full of knowledge and are the absolute best at doing their best to find the solution!

I broke my phone screen display and got told that they can repair it for around $170. Which is fine, and then they proceeded to market me a new phone, as well as a plan. Respectable and understandable, that is your job. However, I told them I would think about it and just want my phone screen fixed, they told me they aren’t accepting phone repairments until 2 days later. Okay, wasted my time, but it’s fine. I went to Mobillinq, which was right in front of Mobile Klinik and they told me they can do it for $120 and it would be done in 30-45 minutes! What a catch! As I paid for my purchase, the employee from Mobile Klinic were angrily staring me down. The customer service from there was friendly, but why so petty?

Rathin was an amazing sales rep! He helped me through my purchase and suggested plans that were best for my finances.

The service was really good and even with my visiting from out of town I got my z fold 4 repaired under warranty. I was very happy to get my phone back. Good team there to work with and got me back up in a decent amount of time.

Dakota went far beyond the call of duty to transfer data from my old phone with a swelling battery to my new Samsung phone. I am an older person with limited digital skills and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He even talked me through how to copy and save some notes that wouldn't automatically transfer. In spite of all that assistance to me, he was able to reach out to every new customer who came along.and he addressed each one of the various needs. His time management skills, and honest assessment of the different problems that were fixable or not amazed me. I can't say enough good things about the quality of his expertise and service.

Dakota was amazing, he helped me out, very friendly & was extremely knowledgeable. I got my device fixed here & am extremely happy with my experience. If I need repair work again I know for a fact that I'll be coming here again!

Normally great place to do business, just confusion caused by talking to different people this time soured the experience. On the phone, the guy says yes but we have to see the phone even after being told all the info. Show up in the store and was just told outright no can't do it. I understood why but 30 minutes drive one way to find out it was a waste of gas and time

Best place. Took my daughters iPad in because the charging port was blocked. Fixed it right away, refused to charge anything. Compare that to Apple. 5 star service!

When I was unable to use my 1 month old Samsung phone. Ben came to the rescue. The Moblie Klinik at Masonville Mall in London, made my frustrating phone issue easy. Not only did Ben fix my phone, but he patiently walked me through how to navigate the phone features. I highly recommend this location for tech assistance.

Very scummy business practices employed here. I will say I had a great experience with one of their younger staff on my first visit, who was very informative and helped me out in selecting a pre-used phone to buy. Came back with my brother a few days later to sell them a phone of mine with a cracked screen and dealt with a few other staff members, who told me that rather than the $200-$250 value it had been assigned just days earlier, they would only give me $60 for it. Unfortunate, but I decided I would keep the phone and try elsewhere. When I mentioned I had purchased a phone from them days prior, though, the employee then said that if I 'returned' the phone I had purchased from them and then traded in my cracked phone, I could then repurchase the phone I had bought with $210 off-$60 credit for the broken phone, an additional $50 for a black friday bonus, and another $100 of trade-in in-store credit. That seemed like a fair exchange for me, so I 'returned' the phone I bought from them and started this process, only to be ushered to another employee who started asking me about data plans. It turns out, they were attempting to switch me over from my current provider to Koodo/Telus (cant remember which). Once I realized this, I told them I had no interest in switching plans, only to be told that none of that additional $150 would be given to me if I didnt. I was very confused and asked when that was ever part of the equation, only for the man I was dealing with to insist he had mentioned it to us. That was a lie-my brother was there with me and neither of us, both having keen ears when talking to salesmen and my brother actually being in sales himself, heard any mention of a plan switch. Three of them then began ganging up on me and my brother and insisted many times that they had mentioned it to us, however I made it plain I wouldn't switch. Upon asking what else they could do for me, as this process had already been started and I had been in the store nearly a half hour now, I was told very bluntly and very coldly that they couldnt do anything, if I didnt switch they wouldnt help me. Once it was abundantly clear I wouldn't go with their plan, their priority instantly switched to getting me out of the store as fast as possible. There was no hint of apology for any misunderstanding, and in fact the main employee I was dealing with was incredibly condescending and clearly thought himself some sort of slick character-very full of himself. At this point I simply took back both phones and left. I've dealt with these types before, so this kind of predatory sales tactic doesn't get me, but I imagine many people have cracked under that kind of manipulation and pressure. Truly disgusting practice, hope the worst for all of them.

Professional Service:
I had a wonderful experience today at Klinik. I went in to have my phone synchronized with my computer and the Technician walked me through it and in a madder of a couple of minutes it was up and running. Even better there was no charge for this help and assistance. Sincerely thanks to the team at Klinik!

I've visited the Mobile Klinik at Masonville Mall several times over the past couple of years and have only ever received the finest service. The staff's level of expertise is impressive!

My iPhone suddenly wasn't charging or able to turn on this morning when I woke up. Took it to Bell who immediately referred me to Ben at Mobile Klinik. He explained it could either be the battery as it wouldn't charge on a wireless charger (ruling out the charging port) or the motherboard. He walked me through the different options I had, and ended up fixing my phone with a simple disconnect and reconnect of my existing battery. Ben was super easy to talk to, answered all my questions respectfully and made this whole experience much easier than I thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly refer everyone we know if they experience issues with their phones! Thank you so much Ben.

I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and since I use my phone for work (I am a Digital Marketing Specialist) I needed to get it fixed asap. The team at Mobile Klinik got me in within a couple days and had all parts in stock to make the repair happen quickly. The gentleman that helped me out was extremely kind and thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done. The utmost care was taken to protect the security and privacy of my device as well. My repair was completed within 1.5 hours and I was on my way again. I hope I never have to replace a screen again, but if I do I will return to Mobile Klinik.

I took my iPhone in because it wasn’t charging and Ben cleaned the port and explained that happens a lot. He also looked at the battery life and said it was still good. This is what great service is- not selling something that’s not necessary. He keeps updated about technology on a international/legal level too and because of this he passes that information on to customers. Plus he is quick and witty.

I went in to get a screen protector for my cell. I thought there were a few scratches on my screen and panicked. The fellow who helped us told me that the original screen protector was still on it and I didn’t need to replace it yet. I appreciate the honesty.

I recently bought an "open box" cell phone, (never used, just some packaging issues). Great phone at a reduced price. These guys are terrific. No high pressure sales. Also willing to answer questions and help you out. They also have refurbished phones. And did I mention: excellent techies. Look no further.

My phone stopped letting me do anything, went back to where I bought it but they don't do repairs, they sent me to a kiosk in the mall, they told me the screen would have to be replaced but they didn't have one so try Mobile Klinik, best advice I could possibly get, I showed them what was wrong and 30 seconds later the phone was operational again, didn't cost a dime and they told me what to do if it happens again, huge thanks to the guys at Mobile Klinik, will recommend you to everyone I know

Went into Mobile Klinik with a very serious phone issue. A sneaky download/scam Home Email popped up on top of what I was downloading, no name just a start button. All my apps disappeared, couldn't find my folders with my bank account links. Tried to send an email for help but couldn't unless I signed in and paid them. The WONDERFUL GENIUS DAKOTA, knew exactly what it was, removed it in seconds and my phone was back to it's old self. He wouldn't charge me, he was happy to help. I am overjoyed with Dakota and Mobile Klinik. That really saved me, my phone service could only wipe my phone clean to factory. Can you imagine starting all over with your phone, what a daunting, scary task. I am so very, very pleased with their service. Use them whenever your phone is in trouble!

Came today to get a screen protector installed and the technician was extremely professional and helpful with the installation process. This place is worth giving a try if you need anything to be fixed.

We Have taken our phones to Mobile Klinik many times and always received expert service. Most recently my phone got stuck on the loading screen and I couldn’t reset it myself. Worrying I’d lose all my data I reluctantly took it in. Dakota not only was able to fix my phone, he was able to do it without losing any of my data!

If you have issues with your phone take it to these guys, they’ll get you up and running in no time!

I went in for a simple inquiry re: an iphone screen repair and I came out with a new refurbished phone (smaller, lighter, and better), my old phone sold, a new protective case with warranty, switched carriers and a whole lot of faith that there are technical professionals who can treat old dinosaurs like me with professionalism, kindness and a lack of patronising man-splaining! They went out of their way to make sure all my fears and questions were answered to my satisfaction. And they did all this with great teamwork among them and kindness. I liked them so much I bought them some chocolates!

I don't typically have a good experience with technology, and the brainy folks who know how to manage it, but these young men have restored my faith. If you are an old dinosaur like me, or a techy, this team and this place is your answer to a lack of faith in humanity. Bravo Rish, Quinn and Ben and thank you so, so much!

I have to go back to Masonville today and I feel like packing them a lunch! Go here for all your techy issues with phones. And if upper management is reading this: give those boys a raise! Mobile Klinik has a stellar team at Masonville.

P. S. They never once complained about their jobs or salaries. I am just assuming they are not being paid what their skill sets (both soft and hard) are truly worth. I would love to be wrong.

I was so appreciative by the sheer amount of thoughtfulness and care that the technician Dakota took in helping me out during my visit.

My issues with my phone were addressed, a solution was provided, and I was informed of all current promotions and deals.

Due to the fact that Dakota took the time to go above and beyond to make sure that everything was properly explained - I walked out of Mobile Klinik a very happy guy.

I ended up with a brand new phone, a service provider that was far better suited towards my individual needs, and the assurance that if I need any other cellphone related solutions, that Mobile Klinik is the place to go.

Today I took my phone into Mobile Klinik and the service was amazing! A gentleman by the name of Quinn looked after me. He looked after my issue right away! Half an hour later, my software issue was fixed. I offered him money and he said, "it was just the push of a few buttons! ". Any issues that I have in the future with my phone will be dealt with through Quinn and the Mobile Klinik! I didn't think that service like this even existed anymore!

Ben and Dakota handled the repair of my S21 with a depth of knowledge and expertise that will have me returning for all my repair needs and the associated banter.

Amazing! My iPhone 11 Pro would barely charge and the speaker/mic was clogged. They cleaned it out in minutes! Definitely worth it! Swing by to see them if you have any issues!

These guys are professional, respectful and very helpful. We've used them many times in the past for repairs, questions and even to sell our old phones. They pay better than Apple does if you're looking to sell your old phone.

Today, we visited because my father's iPhone X has a problem with the screen digitizer. They recognized that this is a common issue and that there is currently a recall on iPhone X's for this problem. They printed the information and referred us to the Apple store. Even though they probably could have changed the display for us and charged us for it.

Had my cellular device serviced by Ben recently. He was highly professional and fixed the issue I had with my cellular device's charging port within ten minutes. Definitely recommend this place for phone repairs!

Tldr: they fixed the phone. Ran into issues but happy with result.

Where to start. Booked online. Received confirmation via text and appointment reminder morning of. Arrived and the store was closed for renovations. Chatted with support and told it was closed for 2-3 weeks but not why I had an appointment or reminder still. Said oh well and rebooked after open again.
Arrived day of appointment #2, was told 2 hours to fix. Returned back after 3.5 hours. Was not fixed due to network technical issues. Left and returned in the evening to get phone. Was completed. Staff was nice and apologetic.
Got home and noticed that vibration didn't work on the phone. Called store and told to come back in to be fixed. They were friendly and apologetic again.
Returned a couple weeks later to have fixed as was not critical. Staff was apologetic again they fixed it in a couple hours. Left, got a little distance away and realized simcard was missing. Returned and was given back (needed to be removed for repair) and staff apologized.

Overall was a headache to get fixed but the staff at the store I dealt with were nice, friendly and most issues out of their control. The issues they could control were they fixed without hesitation. Would return if needed another repair done as result was good.

The guy didn't even want to open the phone and recommended to dispose it. Fixed it myself in 2 minutes. The guys are too snobby. The rates are unrealistic.

This place is awesome! I first went to Apple to get my phone cleaned (lint in the charging port) and it was a 3 hour wait time. So I decided to check this place out and they cleaned my phone right away and DIDNT charge me for it! 100% recommend.

Went in because my phone volume is low. They did a good cleaning within 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Great people great work. 10/10

I went in today because my phone wasn't plugging in properly to charge. I was helped by Ben and within a minute it was fixed! He was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 would return.

Mobile Klinik replaced my Samsung S10+ screen same day without an appointment. Alex performed my repair as well as answered the phone on the few occasions I called. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Most of all, I'm super happy with the repair!

Although it was just the screen that broke, I received a new battery and what looks like a new bezel. My phone seems brand new!

I wouldn't hesitate to get a phone fixed here again in the future.

These guys are amazing man. My phones wifi has been weird lately and it wont let me connect to any wifi, the guys here looked at my phone for free and tried to repair it. Although they were not able to repair it because what happened to my phone was rare they did not charge me anything and they even cleaned out my charging port all for free. Appreciate it boys.

Great service but I was surprised to hear that they didn't have a glass tempered screen protector for my tablet, so I had to get it from a mobile kaios next door

The work they do is adequate. However, the service is horrendous as it is run by a bunch of condescending neckbeards with ifixit kits.

After hearing excuse after excuse in a variety of places of why I could not get a screen protector for my Motorola phone, this place finally solved my problem.

This place offers custom screen protectors for a reasonable price. That might be a debatable point, but considering the cost of repairs for a small brand phone, it is definitely worth it as an ounce of prevention.

As a Motorola fan, this place is apparently the place to go for my brand that nearly every other place won't bother with.

Brought in my Huawei P10 with a swollen battery causing my phone to bulge. Was told the frame is bent and I would need to buy a new phone. Took my phone to Mobile Klinic in White Oaks, who replaced the battery, phone is fine now. No bulge/bent frame.

It was rocky at first. But of no fault of staff. System was down. But once I got it in for repair, was done in 2 hrs for a screen replacement. So excellent service in my books.
