I really appreciated their help getting a refurbished phone and transferring the data from a broken one. They were willing to spend the extra time with me to help figure out what I needed and deliver.

My wife's iPhone wouldn't let her plug it in. We tried taking a needle and scraping around in it to see if there was lint and nothing seemed to be working. I took it in to get looked at and the man at the desk took 5-10 seconds at most with a pick and cleaned it out and got it working again. I offered to pay at least a little something, but he said not to worry. I'll definitely be going here if I need any real phone repairs in the future.

These guys are great! I was having a lot of trouble with the charging port on my phone - very difficult to get it to charge, and charge was very slow. Getting a data connection through the port was impossible.

I walked in, and after a short 10 minutes of cleaning, the charge and data connections worked perfectly again! How much did I pay for this? NO CHARGE! Next time I have an issue with my phone that I can't deal with myself, I know where I'm going first!

Super fast service - screen replaced within an hour. Lots of free parking and close to restaurants. We dropped off a phone for repair, had lunch and the phone was ready!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Slight hiccup with my repair, but they made everything right! I went in to get my Pixel 3XL a new battery. No battery in stock, so they ordered one in for me. A few days later I return to get the battery swapped. I come back after work and the phone is dead. Not sure what happened, suspected culprit was motherboard. We should have turned the phone on before it was left for repair to demonstrate it was in working order. A miss by myself and Mobile Klinic; but at the end of the day, they are the professionals. I do not believe they did anything wrong or malicious; the techs were meticulous with the testing they did and even put a new screen just to test that just in case. They were showing me the voltage going in etc. I walked out dejected that I have no phone and a replacement is near $400. After a few phone calls, the owner made it right and offered me a refurbished unit. Not a typical repair or process, a learning moment for everyone. They made it right and as such I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 at Mobile Klinik in Guelph this afternoon. Mandeep was working solo in the store today. When I went in, I was the only customer, but soon there were 4 of us in the store. Mandeep is extremely knowledgable, professional and patient. She addressed each customer, and explained there would be a wait. She remembered the order of arrival, what each customer wanted and went between customers smoothly. The phone I purchased is in mint condition, with a great battery. I will definitely visit this store again in the future!

Myself and my mom visited Mobile Klinik earlier today and had an excellent experience with Jasleen. She was incredibly friendly as well as knowledgeable, and took the time to explain several storage related issues for two separate phones. Because of her kindness and thoroughness, I would not only return but would highly recommend going there for any cellphone related concerns.

Wow. Had a problem with my charger port for a while now, thought I had cleaned it out and was all set to get charging port replaced.but alas, the very professional employee simply picked out several pieces of "lint" and whatever else and voila.charges like new.
No Charge too. Will be back whenever i have problems again.

Poor service. Employee sleeping at counter at 11AM opening time, had to knock the door. No call back for repair 2 weeks later. Go elsewhere!

I had two issues with my Samsung s20+ that got me a referral to this spot. I had never used a repair place before so I really wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say I am so happy with the service I received! The first issue was something that Samsung themselves couldn't solve and while this service centre also didn't find the root of the problem it was resolved after a few more hours of persisting. They tried a number of tests and reset a few things for me; they charged me nothing for their trouble.

The second issue I had was the charge port was sporadically working. Sometimes it would work, sometimes I had to fiddle with the cable. They replaced the port for me and even though my warranty was up at the beginning of the month they managed to stretch it to get it fitting within warranty which I thought was really amazing of them! It's just as easy to say they can't do it and not bother, so the level of consideration taken there was really nice. They also replaced the screen protector on my phone at no charge.

Highly recommend this spot and I'll be returning if I have any further issues with my phone.

I am not use to write negative comment but This was my worst experience for a mobile repair shop! Strongly suggest you to not go there and trust them!

Great place, had my phone ready in an hour. I cracked my wifes Samsung S20+.
With the purchase of the new screen, they replaced the screen and battery for free and registered the new screen with Samsung for me. They also provided me with a lifetime warranty for the screen and battery.

This is a legit place to go to. I compared prices with other phone repair shops and it wasn't much of a difference. However, other shops weren't going to replace the battery and guarantee the screen and battery for life!

They trashed my phone!

My phone has been charging slowly since about two months after I got it. I went to koodo and asked why not. He sent me to this place who said my phone would break and would no longer charge and I replied that it has been charging just fine and there is nothing wrong with it. It is just slow.

Get the phone home and now it DEFINITELY won't charge at all. I asked her to fix it, not break it. I don't have the money for a new phone. I feel sabotaged. Never go here.

Yesterday, I drove 45 minutes to get to an Apple store to get my iPhone 6 serviced. I mistakenly thought since Apple was the manufacturer that they would be best to service the phone. My phone would not power up and would only display the lower battery icon. They performed what I believe they called an integrated circuit test and told me that my phone was no longer any good. They said that the result of their test indicated that my phone should be replaced instead of replacing the battery. I asked if their test ruled out that my problem could not be fixed by replacing the battery and their answer was "no". Confused, I figured I needed a second opinion. Today, I took my phone to Mobile Klink. They replaced the battery and my phone is now good as new. It would seem Apple has set-up their repair system to favour replacing equipment rather than servicing it. Apple has lost my trust and I would seriously recommend anyone get a second opinion before accepting a statement from Apple that their device is not worth repairing.
Mobile Klinik service was the best. I dropped off and picked-up my phone the same day. $55 for a new battery sure beats the almost $400 Apple tried to charge for a replacement iPhone 6 and the $875 for a more updated phone. My phone is as good as new now.

The battery on my phone stopped charging, and after I spent hours trying to fix the issue myself they had it fixed for me within 1 hour. I was thrilled with the service provided and while I hope I don't have any other phone issues resulting in another visit, I would definitely use them again.

Gotta give these guys credit, they do do their best to make things right. Full props for their customer service and friendly staff.

Terrible experience. If you want to be ABUSED AND TRASH YOUR PHONE, buy BRIGHT STAR DEVICE PROTECTION and bring your phone to this clinic for repair on the order of Bright Star. I bought BRIGHT STAR "premium" protection at an expensive fee of 13$ a month, and I paid a 175$ repair fee. The repairman made a wrong diagnosis about my phone and changed my phone's screen while there was no problem with the phone screen. Not only was my phone not repaired, but I also encountered multiple new issues. After bringing back the phone in less than a minute to the shop, he refused to admit the substantial financial damage he caused me and told it is what it is. I called BEIGHT STAR while I was in the shop. Although I had paid about 500$ from the beginning of the contract with BRIGHT STAR they refused to take responsibility for the mistake they made. BRIGHT STAR and mobile Klinik never returned my money. It is very embarrassing.

What’s the point of booking an appointment a week in advance to then be told they don’t have the part?

The online booking gave all the information they needed about the part I wanted. Employee had no idea why I was there. Then informed me they needed to order the part.

Took time off work to make this appointment. Biggest waste of time. Whether it’s an individual store issue or an issue as a whole company you need to do better for your customers time.

This was my first experience with Mobile Klinik and it was great.
Azharjeet was, friendly, knowledgable, courteous, personable, prompt and efficient. His knowledge of my product was stellar. He didn't miss a beat when it came to him explaining what the possible problems were. He is obviously a man who cares not only about his business but the satisfaction of his customers. HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING! After i completley smashing my phone (both front and back glass shattered and broken rear camera) I took my phone in and the Guy working the desk was amazing! Friendly and nice! I dropped my phone off and 1 HOUR LATER was able to go pick it back up! Phone looks and performs like a brand new phone

I emailed about my cell phone problem late at night and first thing in the morning Azharjeet emailed me back. I took my phone in right away and he found there wasn't anything wrong with it, even though I had problems getting it to charge at home. He suggested checking all my charging cords and wall adaptor before purchasing a new one to save money, even though I was ready to buy one from him. Then he said the service was free! Amazing experience. I would definitely go back.

Mobile Klinik is awesome. I had my screen replaced about a year ago at another location, and suddenly my screen stopped working the other day. They were able to repair my screen in warranty the next day. The work was completed promptly, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Their online team is also super helpful as well!

The young man at Mobile Klinik who helped me yesterday with my new Samsung phone was amazing. I had a problem with the SIM card and tray being stuck in the phone. He very quickly managed to extract the tray and SIM card. He then showed me the correct way to put the card on the tray and re-install it. Then he checked the phone and tested it. 15 to 20 minutes tops. I can't thank him enough! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company at 20 Clair Road West in Guelph.

My wife's iPhone battery was basically dead and causing issues for many weeks. Didnt know who to take the phone to. Visited Mobile Klinik and they repaired it same day, tested it, emailed a report as proof and called me to pick it up. Very friendly staff, thats service!

Fixed my screen and rear glass on my note 8
And replaced battery with all original parts within an hour for a much better price than anywhere else!

I got new phone from bell i want to transfer my data went to bell store on clair road guy their was so mean he did not help me then i went to mobile klinink his name is Mathew was so nice he tought me how to do it and he was so patient with me and went through all steps for free while should not help me bez that bell job but he was really helpfull deffentily recomend them and espeically Mathew know alot thanks alot Mathew i did it.

The services provided by the staff is excellent. They are very friendly and accommodating. I got my iphone screen repaired and they fixed it within an hour.
