Other stores were charging me $70 to $100 n 3 days to fix my phone's earpiece speaker. You did it for free n it only took 1 minute, because you knew there was nothing wrong with it. It was only dust. You are just so honest n proffessional. Please keep up the good work. GOD BLESS YOU.

Been to this location multiple times and they have always been very helpful and kind. Always going above and beyond to make sure they resolve the issue as quickly as possibly and make sure they stay in contact in terms of the progress of the repair and anything else they may need. I've never had a negativite experience here and will always come back for anything my phone needs in the future!

My phone was unable to charge and it was switch off for 5 days. I try to clean charging port by myself but it didn't work and they clean the charging port of my phone properly with required tools.now I not only can charge my phone but also superdart charging that was stop working 3 months ago. It was great experience. I was so happy when I was told the insurance cover the repaired of the phone. They are very friendly and professional.

A week before a cross country move, I shattered my phone screen. The phone was still on and vibrated for calls but I couldn't connect it to my computer to back up my photos as the USB-C plug seemed to be damaged as well. I got some backups through the Samsung cloud but not my gallery, which worried me. I had pictures of my dog, my family and several trips on there and was desperate to have access to them again, as I had neglected backing them up through the pandemic. I went to Mobile Klinik after work and the woman there, I believe her name was Daman (I'm sorry if this is incorrect!), totally reassured me that she could help me get the photos off. She said that they would replace the screen, let me get all the photos and information off it that I needed, and then basically take the screen back and give me my phone back in the original condition. I genuinely couldn't care less about the phone anymore, so I agreed and she had it ready the next day for me! It took about half an hour, I got all my pictures off it (thank god) and then factory reset the phone. She came over to make sure I was doing okay with everything a couple times, it was very sweet. They even bought the phone off me so I could wash my hands of the whole situation. Overall, very knowledgeable and very driven. The price for just the data transfer was extremely reasonable, as a new screen would have cost over $200. I was so incredibly stressed walking into the store, but everyone there made me feel so much more at ease. I could not thank them enough, they saved me so much distress. I definitely recommend you go here for your phone issues, as they are all very professional and caring. Thank you so much!

Friendly and professional service. My phone which is just a year and a half old stopped charging. I brought it in to the Bramalea City Centre location, and they quickly diagnose what the cause was. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with my phonenow ableto charge. Kona was awesome, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend Mobile Klinik for cell phone repair.

Went in to have my LG V20 repaired; charger wasn't connecting properly.turns out it was some dirt packed into the port.they cleaned it out free of charge.decided it was worth leaving a review for such amazing customer service.

My SIM card was stuck in my phone and the gentlemen here did a great job getting it out with no damage to my phone.

I had a loose component on my iPhone the technician opened the phone and discovered two loose screws tightened them and my phone was good to go!

Arijit helped me out I had issues getting my iCloud backed up to my new phone, he helped me through the process of getting it backed up. The customer service was excellent! Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend coming here!
