I think I came here awhile ago. Asking them to fix an issue with my phone I thought there was an issue with the port in my phone. I had to end up spending a lot of money on a new charger that didn't end up lasting a long time time.

The team was very nice and there service was suppe fast specially I meet with a shivam he was very helpful and he provide correct information.

Rachel on the Mobile klink is very professional and helpfull, my experience with the Mobile klink is very positive and I am a happy customer of Mobile klink.

It was a really nice experience, for there is alot of dust in my charging socket and they did it well.

Walked in and they fixed my phone charging issues on the spot with no charge! Apparently my phone has a lint trap and they cleaned it out for me in seconds! Charges like new!

Scott is amazing, friendly and helpful. I bought my iPhone from him last year, the best purchase I ever made. Had a problem with my apple AirTag thinking it was my phone. He spent over an hour helping me and sent me to jump+ apple in the mall which I didn’t know existed. It now works, thanks to Scott. Didn’t have to drive to Waterloo. When my settings were changed (without my consent, by the way) in the last software update of my Samsung S21 FE, my default Samsung Messenger was switched to Google Messages. It was soooooo annoying because I was getting constant unwanted notifications, to the point that I had to silence my entire notifications to remain sane. I was missing phone calls and texts so I stopped in at Mobile Klinik in Kitchener. Scott was amazing! Once he figured out what had happened, he fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime! Mobile Klinik is the best! Thank you!

They were speak they language when they fixing the costume phone.and the costume don't know what going on with the item. And they said one price and after they changed for other price

Place skirted what we were asking just to push a phone plan we didn't ask for. Went home and tried to repair the phone myself.

Called for a quote. Verified the phone model. Refused to honor the quote when I showed up. Avoid this place and their bait and switch

I went to Mobile Klinik in Fairview Mall Kitchener yesterday as my phone stop and didn't work, they help me figure out what happened without a cost. The guy who helped me was so nice. I highly recommend this place.

I brought in a pixel 6 pro which is a month old because we were gifted a different new phone. They did a detailed examination of the phone and said it was in perfect condition. They agreed to give me $450 but it had to be in Visa cards. As they started processing the card they said they would need a photocopy of my driver's license. I had waited over an hour and at that point they said they couldn't continue unless I shared that personal information. I'm not impressed with this questionable business service.

I went in with my LG phone because it froze. My alarm was going off. He did a quick fix for me and he was kind and knowledgeable. That is excellent customer service.

Went in with a broken screen which would have been $200 to fix. Staff was helpful in helping me find a replacement phone and transfering data from the old phone to the new one. Got a better used phone in great shape for what it would have cost to fix the old one.

Brendan was SO helpful, even though there was nothing he could really do to help my situation.he went above and beyond to advise me and assist me in finding a resolution for my problem, which was of course not his fault whatsoever. I have been to Mobile Klinik at Fairview Mall twice. Once for issues with my cousin’s phone, and then for me with my iPad. The staff is really friendly and VERY helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their mobile devices. Keep up the great work guys!

Took in a new phone that wasn't charging. The fantastic staff quickly identified it as a fake and took the time draft a letter verifying the fraud. With that, the vendor I bought it from took it back. No high pressure sales pitch, just good old fashioned assistance. Quality move.

I was very happy with the service that I received at Mobile Klinik at Fairview Mall in Kitchener. My phone wouldn't turn on and the service person knew exactly what to do so that it would turn back on again. What a relief!

Mobile Klinik took in my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 under warranty for a blackscreen failure, and after swapping out the screen, discovered a diagnosis problem. Going beyond the requested service, they returned the phone in good as new condition inside 20 hours. Nice to work with pros.

A real life saver. They were able to fix my husband's cell issues over the phone at no charge and without having to make the trip to visit in person.

Get a second opinion before getting them to do work! I brought my S2 tablet here and they said it wasn’t a battery issue and said that I would need a new motherboard for $250. I went to Mobile Klinik at the Cambridge Centre and Scott got it working in a second and didn’t charge me anything.

I’m not giving Fonelab a 1 star because they didn’t try pushing me to get the service done and because they were trying to find the right cable and so it might not have been corrected in time. I’m not sure whether they intentionally were trying to rip me off (this the 2), but I’m thankful to have gotten a second opinion and want to warn you to do the same.

Went to this store with my wife for our LG phone. The couple was great and very helpful. Both Knowledgable and Quite Eager to Help. I have already taken help from the guy on other location but Both discussed the issue and gave conclusion without any doubts. Could not fix the issue but atleast we know where to reach for this kind of problem. They definitely deserve a review from a Happy Customer!
