The guys there were really great. I am not good with tablets and had issues with email. They got it fixed in less than 10 minutes which I have been trying to fix for weeks. I give them 10 stars

I dropped off my iPad to the location in Belleville on a Friday and was told that they had to order in a part but it should be there Monday or Tuesday at the latest and I would be able to pick up my iPad the same day. Monday/Tuesday passed and still no word from them but the weekend that had passed was a holiday so I figured it was just taking a bit longer because of that. So I wait until the following week thinking I for sure should hear from them even if it’s just an update. Still nothing. Finally on the Friday we call and are told first that they don’t have an iPad and then when they finally do locate our device we are told they are still waiting for the part. So we wait some more and then call again on the following Tuesday for any updates. The person we got on the phone again told us they didn’t have an iPad and was extremely rude. Once he finds our device he basically said it’ll get fixed when it gets fixed and if we have a problem phone his manager but wouldn’t give us the contact information to do so. And when we tried to explain that this device is used for business purposes and that we were told that it should have been fixed over a week ago we were met with more rudeness. So out of frustration my husband went and picked up our still broken iPad (after being told for a third time that they didn’t have an iPad)
The customer service we experienced was horrendous and do not recommend this location

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a new screen 2 weeks ago as it was "out of stock" other Klinics had it in stock but was told they couldn't have it shipped internally and had to come direct from manufacturer. Called daily and was told they didn't know when it would arrive. Ended up going to Peterborough Mall location and had amazing same day service and was informed they could have shipped internally and stores do so regularly for stock within 2 to 3 days. So Belleville lied or was uninformed on the process and didn't bother to ask.horrible customer service

Highly recommend going to Mobile Klinik for all your smartphone repair needs! Woke up with a bricked iPhone and completely panicked. Took it in to see Rob and he had it up and working again in only a few minutes. The relief I felt in that moment was insurmountable. Thanks again Rob not only for getting my phone working again, but for your positive attitude and great customer service too!

My phone stopped charging so I went to their kiosk to see if they could help.
Within 10 minutes, they fixed my phone problem and didn't charge me for their work!
I'm very very grateful to this team and if I ever have any phone issues again (hopefully not!), I will definitely be returning.

Fast repair service! Had to get my phone screen replaced. As long as they have the part, they can fix it within 2 hours. Looks like my phone is brand new again.

(Not sure of pricing as I had an insurance claim for mine.)

I went to Mobile Klinik after installing an app on my Motorola that would not allow me to uninstall. The sales agent at the Koodo kiosk sent me to Mobile Klinik, explaining that he wasn’t able to help me, but they would likely know what to do as they were well versed in repair of phones. Kate was very friendly and was able to uninstall the app. The app I downloaded was Daily Weather, and it literally took over my phone. I was very happy to get it done as these types of apps are often invasive, taking data from your phone such as passwords.

This is the second time I've had a problem with my phone not charging because there was detritus in my charging port and the second time they've quickly (and cheerfully!) used some sort of pick to clear it and sent me away with no charge. They even tried to find (unsuccessfully, sadly) a case with a port protector. All in all, their eagerness to satisfy even so small a need with no recompense makes this a place I SHALL go when I have cell phone needs.

My phone wasn't charging well because of dirt in the charging port. The kind employee cleaned the charging port free of charge. It's working like new. TYVM

I recently had to return a phone from an unnamed provider and return to my previous provider. During the process all my text threads and calling logs were lost. The wonderful staff at Mobile Klinic were able to restore these for me very quickly. Thank you soooo much.

Would not replace defective screen. GO ELSE WHERE STAY AWAY HAD 2 SCREENS REPLACED AND BOTH WENT HAYWIRE.

Dress up as doctors using chinese screens that end up defective everytime 2x in a row is not a coincidence.

So I mistake this place for another place in the Belleville mall called ascot Cellular I brought my iPhone 8 here they couldn’t even repair the back and they charged me $160 or something like that to fix just the screen and it wasn’t even cracked the wire was just broken The screen I got ended up cracking a month or two later when the phone fell in its case and now most of the touchscreen isn’t even responsive wouldn’t recommend extremely high prices and low quality parts

After my phone went through the snow blower they were able to take all info and contacts, apps etc and transfer over to my new phone. Very pleased.

TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COST HAD 2 SCREENS FIXED AND BOTH BROKE OTTER BOX ON PHONE AT ALL TIMES NOT A SCRATCH ON MY PHONE EITHER TRYING TO SAY PHYSICAL DAMAGE

My husband and I waited 4 months for a Samsung glass for a repair to a Note 21 Ultra. Finally, got a call last Friday that it was in. We went over on Saturday and the employee was eating and clearly not interested in helping us. Today my husband called and lo and behold the glass was not there and he was told he was never called! So very unprofessional, we will never go to this store again.

I was having issues with my phone charging. At first my super charge function would not charge my phone fast. A week or so went by and I noticed I really had to jam my charger in to make a connection. Finally it just would not charge. I took my phone to the Quinte mall in Belleville location. I was met by a lady (sorry I didn't get your name!) She had Dark hair and a tattoo on each wrist, kind of like a half sleeve. And she immediately took my phone and cleaned out the charge port. There didn't seem to be anything in there but boy was I shocked when about a Nickle sized amount of dust an pocket lint came out. I asked for the bill and she said there wasn't any. I laughed and said no really what is it? She again said no charge. Great experience highly recommend.

I was having trouble hearing and understanding calls on my phone. I assumed it was a speaker issue on my phone. Often I’d put it on speaker phone just to hear or understand the caller. I stopped by mobile klinic as I walked by and Katie quickly cleaned the ear speaker on my phone. It is like brand new. Great service!

Kate just saved the day! At five minutes before closing I called and explained my issue. She told me to come in and she’d take care of it. And she did it quickly with a smile (behind her mask!).

Had to transfer my phone data from old phone to the new one and it was done while I was waiting.

Everyone can relate to how lost they feel when their phone is out for repair or acting funky and you can no longer ignore how frustrating it is to use with software or battery issues. I figured I was going to be without a phone for a couple of days because it seemed hit and miss to get it repaired locally.

I phoned the Mobile Klinik Quinte Mall and they answered all my questions. They did all the software and technical items I tried to do myself from looking on-line. They told me that most likely it would only be an hour to do the repair I needed.

I dropped off my phone and had a very quick and professional drop off procedure. They explained the charges up front.

I came back and my phone was repaired. No fuss, no problems. I expected the cost of a new battery, or a software update. They explained what they found, how they cleaned and repaired it to prevent any future problems. They also insisted no charge due to it being a minor issue.

We are a small enough community in Belleville that word of mouth still works when shopping locally. Any business that has integrity to look after their customer, will have me as a customer for always. It is called karma.

It is terrific to have a reliable resource for phone repairs. Thank you for being there for me.

One of the worst place to fix your cell issues. How can Samsung offer a working partner to those guy.
A girl work over there, has no sense of talking and manager sitting next to her is Okay with that. I strongly recommend not go this place.

Best phone repair business in Belleville. The employees are kind and very helpful. Their work is professional and very well done. Most repair times are usually same day turn around, drop the phone off and pick it up an hour or two later. Replacement parts are high end and typically come directly from the respective companies (they are rarely 3rd party parts). Prices are respectable, paying the little extra for good service and name brand parts in my opinion is always the best way to go. This way you know the parts that are being replaced are the best you can get. All round fantastic service!

I was treated extremely well at the Mobile Klinik. Kyle was very knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all my questions and got my phone up and running. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a nice young man.

My phone kept restarting and couldn't figure out what was going on. My two options were to try Mobile Klinik or buy a refurbished phone.

I'm so glad I tried Mobile Klinik, they were friendly and professional, they fixed my phone and on top of it all didn't charge me for their service.

I'm 100% telling everyone I know if they have phone issues to go to Mobile Klinik before anything else.
