Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Cataraqui Centre, Kingston, ON

I just had the best customer service experience at the Mobile Klinik in the Cataraqui Centre in Kingston. Meg was the employee who helped me out and solved all three of my iPhone issues efficiently and in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend coming to this franchise if you’re looking to repair or purchase a phone/accessories. Thanks so much Meg! I’ll definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon)

Fantastic service by Wyatt this evening. I accompanied a youth who was purchasing her own new phone. He was so helpful and worked with her to answer her questions and get the phone that would suit her best. Even though there was an adult present he completely let the youth work through the transaction on her own. A great experience all around.

I am from montreal and i drive down often to Kingston. I waa appalled by the bad service i got here in montreal so i decided to bring it elsewhere. I got to the counter was greeted nicely i explained my situations they took my information and they kept me informed. I had a great experience so tx you.

Booked an appointment through Samsung care 3 days in advance, when I walk in the door they refused service in a second after I pull my phone out of my pocket saying "it's too expensive for parts" thanks for wasting 3 days I could've had my phone mailed into samsung

NO communication. Went in Nov 17,2022. Was told the part would be in on Nov 22. Had to call them to check the status of the order, even though they had my # and email. Called again March 19, "oh yeah, we have those parts in". No call or email from them. Was quoted $375. Was charged $499.

Hands down, great service! I went to get my charging port replaced as my phone would not charge to save my life. I walked in and instantly the lady said it needed to be cleaned, 30 seconds and free service with a smile! 10/10 recommend. Thanks guys:)

Needed a security check on my phone, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff! Had it done in minutes, explained what they were doing. Excellent service, quick and efficient. And much cheaper than Geek squad for better service!

I have recently had a number of issues with cell phones and have destroyed 3 in 4 months. I had purchased a new case for an Iphone 6s plus, but the phone I had was a 6s, (which did not fit my case) which I subsequently broke. My wife and I went into the store on Sunday and met Payne. He did not have any Iphone 6s pluses, on display but went in the back and found one that required a new battery as the current one was in very poor condition. He had no batteries in stock and I required the phone urgently due to a family matter. We were in the process of leaving to look elsewhere for the phone, when Payne suggested we use this phone (by continuously charging the battery) and await the new battery arriving on Tuesday, when we could bring the phone back in and he would change it for me then free of charge. His quick thinking saved the day for us and a sale for the store. Upon returning today, I was greeted with a smile, my battery was changed and we all shared a laugh at my case, that hopefully will protect this phone (and hide the fact that the Iphone is pink). The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I would, in the strongest terms recommend this store to my friends and anyone who has a phone causing them problems, or who is in need of a new phone at a great price. Awesome place, and I am a little shocked that the reviews are only 4.75 out of 5, but then again nobody's perfect.

Unfortunately my Spouse is in Quarantine at KGH and this was her only way to communicate and to have some entertainment.
Lucas the Representative was knowledgeable and compassionate. Within 30 minutes I had a trade in Deal with a new Cell Phone for my Wife.
We are both very grateful and you have our loyalty we will never deal anywhere else.

Does that thing mechanics do where they take advantage of your lack of knowledge on a subject to squeeze more money out of you. Brought in a phone where the screen died to multiple impact fractures (he knew it to be multiple because the guy informed me the glass screen protector crumples like a car thus only protecting one impact, implying he probably caught on that I had dropped it a great many times). I walked out of there with a phone that has a curved screen, and if you didnt know, curved screens are infamous among people who know what they are doing phone wise for *breaking really easy*. Even assuming that this was not intentional to have me get another new phone from them quickly, it still is careless service that still leaves me feeling quite hurt. Also, consider they may not check the ports of the used phones as thoroughly as they claim to, my new phone came with a bunch of lint looking stuff in the headphone plug hole. Anyways it has been two years since I got my new phone. The curved screen is flickering. They probably do ok enough work if you know what you are looking for but after my experience I would not reccomend anybody else take the risk if you are not fully confident in your own knowledge of phones. Phones are expensive, really. Store located conveniently close to a phone case kiosk out in the hall and that they saved what seems to my inexperience as probably quite a bit of data from my corrupted hard drive is the only truly good note I can think to end this on. Also think I should mention seeing other reviews that I do not remeber which person I was dealing with, given it has been a couple years

Went in with connection issue for headphones and charger. Quick diagnosis and fix to clear the obstruction not only at no charge but also not making me feel like a dolt for having too much pocket lint that caused it!
Both gentlemen working there (Saturday June 25th at 545pm) have great customer service skills.
If something is wrong with your phone you are in good hands there!

Friendly fast service. They were able to get my LCD repaired, but I was left without a working fingerprint reader. The store did make it right tho, thanks!

I came here very frustrated after going to two places without any real answers or help.
Kier took both my phones, one was frozen and the other I was locked out completely. He said no problem …and proceeded to open the one inside and reset the other one. He knew exactly what to do when other places did not.
I highly recommend this place for service and expertise. They are very professional and knowledgeable!

Just had an Amazing experience with Mobile Klinik. I broke my phone and left it with them to retrieve sentimental photos of my mom. I dealt with Wyatt, and I'm glad I did! My daughter had damaged the charge port on her phone, but we didn't know for sure so Wyatt did full diagnostics, ran tests with a new port and battery, figured out the problem and fixed it all up quickly and efficiently. They replaced the screen as well and the phone is good as new!

Wyatt was very friendly and knowledgeable the entire time, explained exactly what he was going to do and the potential costs for all scenarios. Great experience and great service, highly recommended!

My husband and I recently went into the Kingston location and received customer service second to none. Tyler and Logan were extremely knowledgeable. We were referred to this shop for a cell phone repair. Fortunately, we were not locked into a service plan so we inquired about cell phones and plans. We had decided to purchase new hardware and go with another service provider. We walked out not only extremely pleased with our new hardware - the new plans will save us over a thousand dollars a year! Our thanks to Tyler who was extremely thorough when setting everything up. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Our thanks also go to Kier who worked diligently to recover and transfer the data to the new phone.

My phone stopped charging one day, so I scheduled an appointment here to get it fixed.

Not only did they not mind I was late for the appointment, but they literally fixed my phone for free, because they didn't need to replace any parts. It was quick, the staff were friendly, and overall my experience couldn't have been better. If I am experiencing difficulties in the future I will definitely come again.

Staff was very polite they met me right at the doors at five pm today. They went out of their way to try and find the right information and made phone calls on my behalf. As well as wrote down a phone number and gave it to me. They were kind and courteous and I would recommend it to others. Even though it was by appointment. Only. I was satisfied due to the current lock down stay at home order due to covid

100% recommend going to see Logan! Very knowledgeable and dosent push a sale! I called the store and he answer, I told him what happen with my phone. He went over all of my options on what I can do. I went into the store spoke with him and now waiting for a call when my new screen comes in! I’m sure everyone at that location is great but I’ll continue to deal with Logan!

I had a great experience thus past weekend at this business. My phone had stopped working, I called for help.
The tech (Tyler) walked me through a couple steps to try and resolve the issue. When that didn't work he directed me the online appointment system. That worked great.
Next day I arrived and Tyler took care of my issue. He explained why the problem occurred and best practices to prevent it from happening again.

I went in with my power port on my cellphone which was working sporadically and finally it stopped charging. Took it in and Kait patiently extracted all the dust and dirt.

Did a fantastic job! Then to my surprise she said no charge.

Went in for a small issue and they were easy to deal with and had great service. Highly recommend! This is my second encounter and they've been consistently great!

I was speaking with Kier and he seemed to just talk in circles constantly, I still don't have an answer to my basic question. I refused to leave my phone there for a hardware-based repair as I had no faith in his ability or knowledge.

Friend of mine had her phone repaired here. They get a single star because they did their job and her phone is fixed. That’s it. A few days later we find a voicemail on her phone from mobile klinik Kingston where two employees are talking openly and disgustingly about her personal information and being quite sexist about it. They can be heard talking about her phone password and calling her names because they thought her phone password “was something a weird chick would use. ” At the end of the voicemail another customer walks in and we can hear almost all of this guys personal information, if there was no voicemail cap on her phone, we would have known very personal information about another customer without them knowing. Would not recommend this business until the people involved get reprimanded because this is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Doesn’t matter what you think of someone’s personal information, they are your paying customer, treat them with respect.

Helped restore all my contact. Great service. Went to carrier for help and they wouldn't help me with importing my contacts. Mobile Klinik did this in 1 minute.

I called them at the end of the day with a rush job, and they were quick to accept, upfront about costs. The technician and manager were professional and courteous and the job involved taking out nearly every single part of my phone. They had it fixed on time and my phone is back to 100%. Price was on par with local competition but Mobile Klinik provided faster repairs. From now on I'm going here for service. Thank you!

Took my iPhone in because I could not get the charge plug in. The guy looked at it, pulled a small piece of plastic out of the charge port and said there you go, have a nice day. He also told me I could get a wireless charger if there was ever a problem with the charging port. Excellent, friendly service, will definitely recommend them to my friends

The staff here are very helpful and courteous. They communicated regularly about how things were progressing with my phone. When the first battery replacement didn’t work, they installed a second one at no charge and it worked great. Very knowledgeable as well. They were less expensive than a local competitor. Definitely recommend!

I called Mobile Klinik in the Cat Centre for a quote on a camera lens repair and they told me they would be able to fix it the same day. They fixed my camera lens in under 30 minutes AND they were able to fix it for less than the quoted price! The guys were super nice the whole time I was there and I would highly recommend this location!

Mark, Raf, and Logan were all amazing and ensured my device was repaired quickly without any issue. Full repair under the Samsung warranty, didnt cost me a cent and answered every question I had with knowledge and care. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Good, honest people. Took my phone in to get the charger port fixed, they cleaned it up with some compressed air, straightened out some pins and bam! It works again! And they didn't charge me a dime! The "other guy" I went to wanted $20 just to clean it. Highly recommended!

Great place. I went today because my phone was not turning on. The guy named Mark repaired my phone in just about 5 minutes. Didn’t even charge anything since it was a minute one.
