Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - St. Laurent Shopping Centre

Had a Google phone repaired under warranty. Having a dedicated repair technician would make for a far better customer experience. If the tech has to stop repairing the phone to deal with walk in shoppers and browsers the repair gets delayed.

Had to bring the phone in once for an assessment. A second time for the repair (took +24 hours). On return of the device the camera had stopped working. 3rd trip in for another assessment. 4th trip in to reconnect the camera because it was not connected properly on the 1st repair. About a month's wait for a working phone.

I was told my phone would be fixed in a couple hours, i drove from montreal to give it in, when i reached to pick up my phone, they told me they needed a couple more days and I'll get a call once it's done. I didn't receive any call in the time frame they gave, and when i called, i was told it's still not ready. A few days later i called again and was told they received the part and it'll be ready the same day. I requested it to be repaired as a priority as i will be traveling the next day. And Finally when i got my phone back the next day, i found the fingerprint sensor and the gps doesn't work anymore. Customer service was polite but i wouldn't trust them with my device again.

Tried to get a koodo phone plan through mobile klinik because they had a good promotion. They made me wait 1 hour and a half to tell me they're unable to activate my account. Would not recommend

Unmatched Customer service by Brandon C. Have never felt more comfortable through this usually stressful process. I have bad credit, so it never works out well for me. This rep helped me find a phone that I was thrilled with, and completely within my frugal budget. He then set me up on a new phone plan, I ended up paying 20$ less per month, with 5GB of additional data than my previous plan, I was blown away. Will suggest this place to anyone looking for repairs or looking to update their phone or plan. Excellent service!

First rate service and set-up. I brought my phone for service and while it did not make sense to fix it once they'd had a chance to check the phone (the motherboard and screen had died) I had a really good service experience from Riley and others. Clear explanation of costs, structure, and options. Would definitely recommend them to others and do business with them again (should that be necessary).

I give them my Apple Watch for change battery they told me it take 6-7 business days but they deliver 1month and 3days after they give me a work order paper it’s charged 101.70 but when I receive they give me another bill it’s shows 115.26, when I ask extra for late and they change the servicing company. When I check online battery price shows maximum 27cad also the put too many scratches on side, very disappointing service

For glass replacements I've had no issues. Fast service seemingly done right. Don't let them do your glass protectors however. The guy gave my phone back to me with stuff under the protector. Told me it was just bubbles and to come back if it didn't go away in a couple days. Well it obviously never went away and being a working man I couldn't get back for a few weeks. He told me i had to come back within 4 days for a replacement or now i have to pay more money. I was never told that and he shouldn't have given it to me with stuff under the protector. I left. Will not use them again for that service. Save your time and money.

Good service and honest advice

So still repair was good. Nice enough guys. Expensive. Thats the good.

I was upsold a saving on my virgin contract if i switch to koodo and it would save me a hundred on my screen repair. I said ok as saving is good? !?

I noted during the process my licence address was wrong as i had recently moved. I said we shouldnt worry about it and he said its fine its not a credit check just a soft check. I believed him. My bad i guess. It did matter. It mattered too either him or koodos system got my name wrong and froze my credit as well as mine and my wifes phones. I was not able to use koodo or report back to virgin.

After 5 hours, 3 hours late to work and 124 bucks out for 2 pay as you go data plans i still cannot access my old virgin accounts, will have to change both phone numbers and put in a fair amount of personal time into fixing my credit report which now has a fraud charge on it. There are cheaper places in ottawa, which will not be outweighed by the inconvenience of being slightly out the way.

My husband and I went to this store many times to get screen protectors for our phones. They do it right away and it is quick. One time, mine still had small air bubbles and, as they had promised, they put a new screen protector for free. Good and friendly service.

My charging port wasn’t working for the longest time. Took them all of about 30 seconds to fix super happy with there service. Amazing staff.

I was in recently at the St. Laurent location and received excellent customer service from Brandon. He is very knowledgeable with cell phone repairs, friendly and will go above and beyond to satisfy the customers.
With some of the prices being high for repairs, Mobile Klinik offered in store promotions that helped knock down my bill. I highly recommend this place for trusted and affordable cell phone repairs.

I came there and ask specifically if they unlock the phone from Total Wireless (USA). Four guys were sitting in a row and it was said yes, we can. It takes 3 days and costs 50 dollars. I bought the phone from Amazon, and came again. Now it was a one guy, he said he is a manager, and I was misinformed because they cannot do it.

Woke up Monday morning with a smashed screen, fell off the bedside table overnight.these guys had a new screen installed same day in an hour and a half while I cruised the mall. Excellent service and great guys behind the desk. Screen turned out perfect! Thanks guys!

Staff sincerely uninterested in helping. They said they were going to order the part I needed; when I showed up for my appointment they claimed they had never heard from me before, so I went all the way to the location for nothing. Do yourself a favour and get your phone repaired somewhere else. These little nerds will just waste your time and talk down to you with their zero customer service skills.

I had an amazing experience with Mobileklinik. I emailed them after discovering the screen of my A20 was cracked. I was able to get an appointment right away. Brendan was amazing. He replaced my screen within an hour and even applied my new screen protector. I was so delighted and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a screen replacement or repair.
