I locked my phone and couldn't remember my password.
I went to Geek Squad 1st (my husband's suggestion) and told me that there was nothing they could do and I need to contact Samsung and good luck.
So I went to Mobile Klinik as was my 1st go to place and they were able to help me. Always have had a wonderful experience with them. When it is time for me to replace and renew my contract.you know where I will be going. Thanks again!

I went in there with an extremely complicated issue after being told by apple there isn’t much they can do.
It was Jordan and Jigar on duty.
I was met with hope, they even used new phones to help me recover my data, they went above and beyond, worked with me for hours, fixed a charging port, all for free.
Jordan was amazing, his knowledge and demeanour, very professional yet extremely welcoming and alluring.
He and Jigar were making jokes, small talk and in that moment I realized something every societal classification facet had been broken down, we were just 3 men being humans to each other, from being extremely panicked to being in that moment, that was magical.
That was humanity.
I also observed that clients from other mobile stores were being directed to them and they were just helping them, fielding questions and I could see the satisfaction and smiles on each clients face.
It was beautiful to behold, these guys weren’t just techies anymore, in that moment they had become something more. I observed a lot of seniors come in, these were seniors who were hard of hearing, with little understanding of technology but they left satisfied.
I observed a mentally challenged client come in and to most professionals she’d be deemed difficult and challenging, she kept on asking the same question, she kept on having mood switch moments, one minute she was angry, the next frustrated, the next time grateful for almost an hour she would engage them and not for one minute, did these guys disrespect, disacknowledge or demean her.
That made my day.
They even offered her a place to seat, tended to her while dealing with everyone else.
The beauty of that day would stay with me for a lifetime.

My Samsung took a trip under my car tire, my screen was done for. This happened at 530. Called mobile klinik at 7pm, Andrew told me to bring it in and it was fixed by 830. Works perfectly now! He was friendly and professional and my phone looks great! Thank you for such a quick repair, it was only 3 hours without my phone but when you have everything on it, you panic. Andrew gave me my "life" back! Thank you!

Been going here for years and never disappointed. Always take fantastic care of my devices and are very friendly and understanding. They’ve done screen repairs, screen protectors, cleaning and more for me and always have the best prices. They do all they can to let you know how you can save money and will chat to you about how to take care of your devices. I came in with a clogged charging point and Jordan cleaned it out free of charge. Lovely staff and will continue to go in when I have a problem.

Awesome service from these people! My old phone was completely dead, wouldn't charge at all, and they were able to retrieve my files for me. They are total lifesavers!

I didn't expect this from someone working as a professional, but purposefully bending my phone to "repair" more.

I already came here previously and was quoted battery replacement. Came back to just get that. But the new technician didn't listen to a word I said, didn't pull up my quote or anything. Wanted to do his own troubleshooting.

Took the phone out of the case, and tried plugging it in. No power.
The issue is battery is fully discharged. (I already know this).
He proceed to hide the phone under the desk, acting like he is trying to perform a factory reset (Hard reset). Which I advised him he can't, since there is no power.
He then says the phone needs a new screen.

I inquired how a screen maybe the issue, when its just a overly discharged battery? (The phone has been sitting at my office for 8 months, and was lightly used prior to that).

He gives the phone back (from underneath the desk) and says it's bent. I didn't think to much of it but after leaving the store I realized. How did he "just know" the phone was bent? He never examined the phone in-depth; never leveled the phone. Its as if he bent it and handed it to me.

I have never had such dis-regard to technology or be so untechnical.
Prior to me leaving the store, He proceeds to upsell me to Koodo plan and get a new phone if I don't want to replace the screen, and points at the pre-owned phones behind me that are "low cost".

I understand Mobile Kilink is owned by Telus/Koodo.
But didn't think they be this bad at their upsell tactics. My perfectly mint condition phone is now bent and I can't take it anywhere else because this unethical person damaged my phone. I just wanted a battery replacement for my backup phone.

I don't know names but this new unethical technician I dealt with, was Indian.
Previous technician I dealt with was Caucasian, who by the way did full analysis of the phone and the phone was not bent at all, and he diagnosed the whole phone physically, and throw voltage checks.

This isn't a "race" thing, I just don't know the names.

Came in the other day with my brother to get a new phone. Andrew and Jordan went above and beyond to help us find the right fit and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. My brother also loved the fact that they didn't try to sell him on anything he didn't need, just listen and told him exactly what was a best fit for him and made the whole process a breeze. An outstanding store! Jordan was an amazing help to us when other service providers had made the process very overwhelming and confusing. He was polite compassionate and understanding to our needs. Was able to figure out the problem in no time at all regarding the blacked out screen on our A71. He explained the process and even went above and beyond to help process our issue. The store is exceptional, would refer anyone to go back and seek help with any tech issue on your cellphone. The repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. Jordan made our experience wonderful thank you so much!

When I went on Sunday, Jigar helped me out for my phone. He immediately knew the issue with my note 8. He is very nice and even spent time explaining all the details. I highly recommend Jigar for your phone needs.

I had came a few days back and got a screen protector and it is very good, it is a full style cover that even covers the boarder of my iPhone and works with face id! Its super high end not even a scratch in the thing yet, I work construction so I go through these very quickly and I have to say its very nice!

I came in today for some advice on how to better use the storage in my phone for photos, and Christian and Andrew were very helpful in showing me how to transfer them to an SD card! I thank them for helping me!

I cam in with an IPad Mini 5 and the screen had been shattered and I didn't realize i had apple care on my device the technician had informed me that my IPad had apple care and was very honest about the situation and oppose to give me a quote for repair he had given me the number for apple to get it fixed their. I respect the honesty and care of all the people who work here as many other shops didn't even check and just gave me quotes. I will highly recommend Mobile Klinik to everyone I know!

I had gone to Mobile Klinik in the Oshawa Centre, and the technician their his name is Christian he had given me some advice on some cases and screen protectors. He had given me a deal on a Gear4 case and it is very good and also installed a tempered glass on my iPhone, which was done flawlessly and in minutes! I highly recommend dealing with Christian as he is very knowledgeable and professional! He is the guy who wares a tie!

These guys are very helpful and professional. The job is done right and on time each time I have been there and I expect this time will be the same. I damaged my screen protector.
