Had to go to this location twice now. I could not have asked for better service. The staff very helpful and friendly.

I am honestly impressed with their very fast, efficient, and professional service. Mobile Klinik at Bayshore Shopping Center has highly talented staff. They find out the problem with my phone and they fixed it in front of me with very reasonable prices. Compared to other stores, I think Mobile Klinik is the best and reliable.

Best place and best people work here. I got phone and plan from harshmeet today he is great. He has so much knowlegde about phones and he helped me get best and cheaper deal in phone and plan.

This shop is a complete lowke scam shop. On the facebook marketplace someone will accept your offer on the phone and will tell you to meet at the Bayshore mall once you are there he will make you wait! And after 30 minutes he will text you to go inside this shop and meet this person and this person in the Shope will check your phone completely and will claim that your device is bad and will start to bargain again and will give you ridiculous offer from the one originally excepted on marketplace so now either you can sell or go home after wasting almost 1 hour on waiting for him which he never showed up.

They have excellent customer service and they helped me to find great deal. Highly recommend.

The charging port on my phone was only working intermittently, they were able to fix it in a few minutes. Excellent service

Absolutely amazing team they have got. Very friendly staff and they also give you good suggestions when you are asking for the plans or any phones even. I have had a great experience with one of the employees. He got me a great plan which is the cheapest plan I have ever got. Highly recommend this store and will look forward to visit again.

Great staff and service

My work phone wouldn’t charge and everywhere else in town was closed pretty much, harshmeet directed me through the mall to find his store, cleaned my charging port and speakers on my iPhone (I work construction it was bad) and he got my phone charging again and didn’t ask for a dime. When I need a phone or more serious work I will be going back there.

This location is amazing, I've used their services in the past. However, my issue is with the online store and the way they have people email in to have a mistake made on the companies end fixed. I purchased the protection bundle, and due to a glitch that was admitted to by an employee on their online chat, I never received it. I'm now forced to wait for an email response back which could take 24 hours, and my phone is vulnerable until I get this situation resolved. Mobile klinik, you need to allow customers to have such issues resolved over the phone or your online chat. The run around I went through was an example of horrible customer service.

Side note, I must give the employee from the online chat option a 10 start rating on his customer service.

My phone was on its last leg and Harshmeet made it look and run like it was brand new. He fixed my screen within hours. Very professional, speedy and trustworthy service. I highly recommend mobile Klink for all types of phone repair.

The young men working here seem sincerely uninterested in assisting customers with getting their smartphone repaired. This and the st Laurent location they have ZERO concept of how to provide professional customer service, and I ended up going elsewhere to get my device repaired because of how genuinely unhelpful this business was at multiple locations. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Very nice an Friendly people. I have a Samsung phone an I am really happy that everything is Warranty. An they are a Authorized deal for Samsung. I was dealing with grant an he was a super nice guy and really helpful. I would highly recommend getting your phone fixed here.

I received great service from Bayshore Mobile Klinik. Mr. Grant was helpful in identifying the issue and when he found that solution is a simple fix, he did not charge me for anything. This place is highly recommended for any mobile related issue.

Great place if you have any issue with your phone of tablet and you want to get it fixed. They are very efficient and friendly. Went there to do data transfer on my broken device. The price was very cheap compared to the competitors. The guy who helped me was grant, great guy not gonna lie. I was in and out in about 1 hour and a half. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic service! My iPad was dropped in the River and unfortunately it was not repairable. But Grant was fantastic. He took it apart to see if it was salvageable and returned it the next day without charge. Thanks so much.

They took a while to track down a battery for my Pixel 3 but once it came in the service was fast and great. I would give 5 stars if the service was a bit faster. The employees seem to work hard as it appears to be understaffed. Otherwise great experience.

Alex at wireless wave recommended that I come to Mobile Klinik to get my phone fixed fast! I only had my phone for 2 months when it just stopped working. It wouldn't turn on and I didn't know what to do, especially knowing the time delays with covid. Grant at Mobile Klinik assured me from the second I walked in he could fix my phone. Within an hour it was back to normal ready to go! No fee because it was covered under warrenty! The service was amazing and I would recommend this spot for anyone having phone troubles! Apart for the fact that it took time, Harsh really helped to fix my phone and made diagnostic to see if any unknown issues could be found. He gave me a great service and he was friendly.

The person who worked today was amazing, sadly didn't catch their name but they were able to fix the power button and volume control on my phone. My new go to place for any repairs should anything else happen.

Took my phone in a number of times and no one was able to assist me they kept sending me away and provided no solution to my phone issue. I am still left with a broken phone which is very frustrating.

I took my phone in to get the charging port looked at as it wasn’t working. The gentleman found out that it was just dirty and fill of lint. He took the time to clean it and didn’t even charge me. He was awesome. I would recommend this place anytime.

I had a problem with the cover display of my LG-V60 and I wanted a new connecting adapter but they couldn't help me. I will have to contact LG support again.ps. The problem wasn't with Mobile Klinik but rather with LG support center that told me to go to Mobile Klinik. I believe Mobile Klinik is a great place to go.

Our recent experience with the Mobile Klinik at the Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa was entirely positive, and left us feeling that any future repair that we might require would be promptly and skillfully completed.
Recently, my wife crushed her iphone 7 while doing yard work. The home button was crushed, and there was a fine crack visible crossing the screen. Fortunately, the phone already had in place a touchscreen home button, or it would be useless. We requested a new screen and a new home button.
During our first call, Mo clearly and courteously explained when to come in to be in a better position to avoid a wait or delay, especially in the context of the Covid restrictions in place. Right away, when he examined the phone, he pointed out to us that the screen of the phone was not cracked, but rather it was the screen protector that was cracked. That info saved us a considerable sum of money!
A new home button was installed, but seemed non functional. Mo refused to accept payment for it. For us, this removal of the crushed home button was critical since it had been causing the battery to drain quickly. Another button was ordered. When it arrived, Mo was well organized to call us to be able to return, and Mo then installed the second new button.
The phone wouldn’t respond to that button either, so I conclude that there is a deeper seated damage that cannot be repaired at a reasonable cost. I wanted to compensate Mo for the time spent installing two new home buttons, saving us the cost of a touch screen, and being well organized at phoning us when the second button came in. He refused to accept any payment, despite his costs of time and materials.
In the future, I would readily approach Mo at the Bayshore Mobile Klinik for a phone repair. I know that I would be offered only needed repairs, and that the effectiveness of the repairs would be assured. John
