In replacing the battery on my iPhone, I discovered afterwards that the volume buttons ceased to work, but the technician fixed the problem at no expense to me. Thanks, Vish!

Not sure how this place got 4.9 Stars. They tried to convince me an iPhone 12 screen protector is for my iPhone 13. It was just a flimsy piece of film that would not protect anything if I dropped my phone. Very Disappointed in their dishonesty

It used to be good till they change management and employees.
They sold me a cellphone with defect saying that was ok! What?

I Went to replace my screen at this location and was convinced to replace my phone and change the provider. The ticket was not even created! But ill go back to this later.
When testing the phone sold the screen seemed to me weird and not sensitive to touch as expected. I complained but was told it was like that.
Came back today and the employee took out the screen protector and gave me back the phone saying that was better and i should go to Eaton center to grab another protector for free. They said the screen protection installed was not good for the phone. What?
Anyways, i went to Eaton, show my phone and for my surprise the employee at that location said the screen of the phone sold to me was damaged as i said. I asked to fixed it but he couldnt do because.believe it or not.even A TICKET was not created at the store where i got the phone.
Now i have to wait 2 days for the phone they sold me to get fixed!
Unbelievable bad service took me 4h for that!
Just save your time and money and never go to this location again. Go straight to other location and dont waste your time.

I went in today to get my phone looked at today and had a very good service done. Nil listened to the issue and diagnose my phone to know what the problem is. It didn't take to long and he was able to identify it. My phone was fixed less than 20 mins. Very knowledgeable about phones and I saw the tools they have at their shop. Will come back for sure.

Helped me get my iPhone charging again. Prompt, courteous and professional and ‘no charge’ as it was a ‘quick fix’. Good people who should be supported!

When you come into the location right away you’ll know you’re in good hands as the staff is courteous and easy to get along with while they let you know what’s available for you and how to make things easy for you in your purchase and any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone to come here as you’ll see for yourself how it is and have that assurance you wouldn’t have at whatever your initial choice was to get something done in regards to your electronic needs.

Had an iPhone screen replaced. Was the best price around. In and out in less than an hour. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair.

I get excelente service from the technician Vish very knowledgeable, polite, and paciente and he resolved my problem thanks to have him in the Mobile klinik.

I brought my phone in with a dirty charging port, they cleaned it, and made sure my phone charged correctly and when I tried to pay for their time, they told me it was free. Great service and very kind people.
