I just want to say I love this place. I was convinced that my phone died this morning, I wasn't able to turn it on. Lovely young man, Furquan, managed to turn it on in 2 minutes and showed me the trick. He also didn't want to charge me. This place has fixed our son's tablets multiple times for reasonable price and our phones. Thanks so much!

I visited Mobile Klinik in Devonshire Mall, Windsor and had the best customer experience of my life, all staff was very professional, cooperative and friendly especially Ms Hardeep explained everything in detail and helped me with all my queries. I highly recommend Koodo and Mobile Klinik.

I went in for help with 2 very old Samsung phones that I was hoping to breath new life into with new batteries. Furquan and Sanampreet got busy trying to charge them with the existing batteries. One had a broken charging port and the other wouldn't hold the charge. Phones were too old for new batteries.so we looked at other options. Sanampreet offered me a brand new (called refurbished but really overstock) phone with a huge discounted price and then found me a cheaper phone plan than my existing one. I felt they went above and beyond to help me. Very happy

Brought in my IPhone 12 that had charging issues, turns out the charging port was full of dirt and debris. The gentleman behind the counter was quick and courteous with getting it fixed for me. My Pixel 6 refused to work this morning. I took it to Telus where I got the phone, and they couldn't fix it, and recommended I go to Mobile Klinik-within a few minutes Ritik had the phone working again. He knew what the problem was right away, and quickly solved it. Now that I know about this place, it will be my first stop, should I ever need phone repairs. Ritik was very plesant to do business with, and extremely knowledgable- he didn't have to play around for hours- he knew exactly what to do! Wonderful service.
