Very helpful, patient went the extra mile to help me and my family to save and remind us of offers we didn't know we had. We ate long standing clients. Gurpreet helped us in several occasions and contacted the Manager for extra support

I took my tablet in for repair unfortunately they could not fix it which is understandable. Since they couldn't repair it they did not charge, which was good. However I decided to open up the tablet myself afterwards since the top corner of the screen was lifting after i got it back. I found that they did not replace all the screws inside about 11 in total, which is Unfortunate.hence the bad review.

I wanted to share my experience fixing my Samsung Note 20 Ultra back on May 1,2022 due to a speaker issue. Everything went smooth as it took about an hour or so while we went shopping around. When we picked up the phone the speaker works perfectly and they mentioned you have a one year warranty. Fast forward to December 2022 when we started to have the same speaker issue again and upon contacting them, they said someone will look into it and get back to me within a few days. I waited 1 week and nothing and called them and they said no parts and they need to contact Samsung for it. They told me to wait maximum a month and said you are still within your warranty period. We waited until March 2023 and this time calling in they said nothing they can do as Samsung and everywhere is still out of parts. I said so then how long do I expect to wait and they said we don't know.

At this point we gave up and will take this as a learning lesson to never get our phones to this store as they don't follow up with you and you will be the one chasing them around. Mind you it wasn't cheap either. We came to them based on reading reviews.

Went and got 3 phones on the Koodo network and one new phone got a great deal and great customer service

Fast service. Good quality parts, ok prices but your paying for OEM parts most of the time and usually 2-4h or 1 day service so price is justified

Brought my iPhone 7 in expecting to pay $100 for a new charging port. (I had already tried cleaning it with compressed air, which seemed to help a bit.)

Prateek heard my problem, and offered to clean it more thoroughly than I could. He even said he would not charge me for it if it didn't help, so that I would not end up paying for both a cleaning and a new port.

I stepped away to get some food. 10 minutes later I was back, my phone was working, and he showed me the big piece of lint that had been stuck in the port.
