Excellent deals. Now owned by Telus. They have a case and screen deal by Cellaris. The case is like an otter box with a screen protector. For $99, it comes with unlimited screen repairs, unlimited screen protector, or case replacements if damaged or falls off for 2 years!

Super good workers, the gentleman with the ginger beard easily booted up my tablet that wouldn’t start and unlocked my other tablet that I had forgotten the password to. All free of charge. They seem very honest with their work. Will definitely be coming back!

I made a reservation on Saturday, but they said they couldn't fix it on the same day, so I went back. Isa called today and said that if I come at 6: 30, I will definitely fix it so that I can pick it up today (she said she will make sure of it). They say it can't be fixed in time. It took me 30 minutes to get here, but I wasted 2 hours of my time and felt bad. I don't know why Samsung is outsourcing here. This is Samsung's customer service.

Worst Experience

I got their contacts from Samsung website for the repair.

I strongly advise against using them for cell phone repairs. After confirming over the phone that they could fix my phone on the same day, I drove for hours to their location. I had even shared the time of my arrival to ensure we had enough time for the repair.

However, upon reaching their store, they informed me that they couldn't fix it on the same day and that it would be ready by the next day. Frustrated, I decided to look for another place that could repair it on the same day, so I left.

The following day, they called me and confirmed that they could indeed fix my phone on the same day. Trusting their word, I drove back to their store. However, when I arrived, they once again informed me that they couldn't fix it on the same day.

Having wasted hours going back and forth, I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. It is crucial for the store manager, Danny, to ensure that employees honor their commitments. Additionally, Izza should only make promises when they can be fulfilled.

I will be reaching out to Samsung as well to inquire about their selection process for repair centers due to this bad experience. I am seriously considering changing the phones for both my entire family and the cell phones used by employees in my company.

All staff is very helpful and professional, they do great job and definitely I would recommend.

Probably thr cheapest place to get a new expensive top of the line phone fixed. They repaired a Samsung zflip4 for less than what Samsung would have charged.

My phone was not charging and I took it into Mobile Klinik at Scarborough Town Centre. The associate there, Rehan, was incredibly friendly and fixed the issue in no time at all, for no charge (turns out it was something minor). They are a Samsung authorized dealer and I will definitely be visiting again for any phone related issues.

Had a Samsung warranty claim and it was completed in 3 hours. Chris the intake tech was awesome. I definitely recommend this business.

Today I had been to the store with an international samsung model, something wrong with charging port. She cleaned the port out with some good tools and technique within few minutes and charged nothing though I insisted. This really helped me beyond words. Thank you so much. Best wishes.

I was told by Samsung directly, two repair shops and an authorized Samsung dealer that my phone could not be fixed as it was a software issue. I would have to do a factory reset and lose everything and there was nothing anyone including Samsung could do.
I came to Mobile Klink and dealt with Pauline and Chris. They are the best! They were both so kind and helpful. Chris is a miracle worker as he fixed the phone when I was told not possible. He is literally a genius!
And on top of off his hard work, he didn't even charge me!

Never go to any store from this company. Day 1 I went and she said yes we can repair it. We have the part. It will take 3 hours. So I backed up my phone and came back the next day. They had no idea that I was even coming in for a repair. Another employee said they don't have the part.but I should leave the phone and they will fix it. They called me after 3 hours saying "we have the wrong part" your phone is not repaired. They will order the part for me and give me a call when it arrives. They never called. I called them a few days later and the part was just sitting there. I eventually ended up giving them my phone to repair.they repaired all the lenses. After I left the store. I noticed finger prints and smudges on the inner lens. I came back to show the employee and he says "that's how lenses are". I'm not sure what phones you work on but They absolutely are not smudged or have finger prints. I had them clean it again. Tell me how the smudges magically disappeared.the same smudges the guy said "that's how they are". Now again I found dust in the lens. I had the person reclean everything one more time. I mean why can't you do the job correctly the first time.this was my first and last experience with this store. I had to visit the store over 3 times. No one did it correctly. At the end they gave up and I left. It's not cleaned to perfection but what can I do. Just don't go here. Even while I was waiting in store for them to reclean my phone. I could see and hear the employees just wasting time. I could have had my repair faster. I mean there were others just waiting too. Again.don't go here. Or to any store with this company. I had a bad experience with another store.same company

My iPhone stopped working randomly at home. I tried everything I could to no avail. Booked an appointment and took it in to the STC location. The store was neat and quiet (10: 15am). I got looked after right at my appointment time. Rex was patient with my phone and did all he could think of to sort things out with my phone. And he did it! And it didn’t cause me a thing as no new parts where needed. I am thankful! It truly made my day.

Had to install new screen protector for my Fold 4. The service representative was very polite and accommodating.

Great service with the new plan. Staff was very knowledgeable and quick with the setup. Not sure about the cost of accessories and phone repair as I was only looking for a new plan. They were not advertising anything but the staff was aware of the black Friday plans. Accessories collection is very limited as of now due to black Friday

I do not know how to thank them. I am so grateful that Priyank fixed my phone within 20 minutes. My iPhone went under recovery and it said there was some 4013 error and I cracked 8 hours on this. My phone's battery portal was broken and I
was unable to retrieve some very important data. My service provider whom I got the phone from couldn't help. They told me to go to the maker of the phone however they couldn't help me either. I went to Mobile Klink. They were the only ones that even tried to help me. When the part needed was unavailable they didn't give up. Justin 's ingenuity along with his resolution worked and I was able to transfer my data to my new phone. Thank -you doesn't express how much I appreciate what he did for me.

They don’t support oneplus devices, but her end she tried to help me. She cleaned the charging port and now it’s working properly and that was free

Mobile clinic was great. They have a very nice staff who are very cordial, polite, and good at what they do. The glass above the camera on my samsung note 20 ultra had broken and they were able to provide me with the best cost to replace.

I went in because my phone wouldn't turn on or charge. I took my phone in, and it was a simple fix that they just helped me out with. I am SO relieved and SO happy that i went here. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

Manufacturer quality and same-day repair! Bought a new case and they threw in a free screen protector!

I brought in my iPhone 6 to replace the battery. I was so glad I didn't need an appointment. I dropped off my phone and picked it up a few hours later. It cost me $75 to replace. Service was good no complaints. I will post back if anything goes wrong but good so far.

My Samsung galaxy had issues and I could not hear from the ear piece of my phone. I went to one shop and the guy told me I need to replace it and it will cost me 40 dollars but he cant fix it the same day. I said I will come another day I went to this shop and explained to him the issue and he told me it requires cleaning and he just made it work by cleaning and he didn't charge me single cent

I got my iphone x screen fixed here a year ago and they ruined my phone. I am no longer able to use my face ID and I paid over $400. No other repair shop can fix it so I'm not even sure what they did so I am scared to even go back.

My Samsung A8, fiver months old issue, they fixed it without any charges. Excellent service, strongly recommend to visit

I walked in to this place just to see how much it would cost to change the charging port on my phone. I was sure that was the problem and i previously got quoted $50 at the cheapest. These guys took a look and said the port was fine. Just needed some cleaning. So they cleaned it, checked it and it was working. Didn't charge a penny. Thanks guys!

Today I went to fonelab for my samsung s10 device hardware complaint. I went up to the desk the gentleman named 'Tony' who showed no interest in my case. I constantly asked him for support and asked him to check the phone to which he just said my phone is fine. I felt frustrated and asked him to look over again to which he called security of the mall. I felt horrible and left the store.

This is not how a customer who needs help should be treated. He refused to help me and behaved rude. The fact that he called security upon a customer who asked for help makes me feel so insecure in a city like toronto. This is not how a customer should be treated. Worst experience ever.

Was recommended to go here to get phone fixed over using phone providers repair services. Extremely polite and helpful staff! Fixed the same day, and also helped to change my sim card over. Highly recommend to go here

I came in for a screen fix on my device protection and I cannot say enough positive things about the guy who helped me. The timing was impeccable and the useful tips made me glad I went here instead of the other place I was supose to go. Thank you.

If they're not busy they can do repairs on your phone in 20 - 30 minutes, and if your phone is really messed up like mine was, you get a discount for doing two repairs at once. You can also play solitaire while you're waiting.

1. FONELAB's iPhone replacement screen are inferior to Apples in many ways
. I had a iPhone 6 plus with a broken screen (which Apple wanted $220 to repair with a genuine apple iPhone 6 plus screen and Fonelab wanted $120.00) Apple's screen lasted 5 years no issues then it cracked when the display hit the corner of a cement stair in a parking garage. The FONELABs screen did not perform as well with my touch versus the original iPhone 6 plus screen, it is simply not as active when you touch it. The FONELAB repair lasted 30 days when it cracked when I dropped it on the outside corner **but it was in a very well made, rubber protector arm band like case. I had dropped it easily 100 times before when it was the iphone 6 plus screen and never had an issue so I was very surprised it cracked.
2.their policy is double speak.
. At the time when I got the repair done at FONELAB I enquired and asked what happens if it cracks in the short-term, they said well if it cracks because of a faulty part or bad workmanship it is covered and just bring it in for a replacement. I assumed that its the workmanship and quality of the replacement screen because of the issues with touch and the fact it broke easily first time I dropped it. When I brought the iPhone 6 in today to get the repair done under warranty they said a crack is because of physical damage and therefore it's not covered, a completely different answer as to when I originally purchased it. Hence DOUBLE - SPEAK.
3. Get the manufacturers screen, it will be a superior quality in every ways including the touch sensitivity and durability (because I doubt FONELAB uses the same quality of screen).

Went to Fone lab's Scarborough (Town Centre) branch and sorry to say but the buying prices mentioned on the website are incorrect. May be the prices are mentioned just to attract the potential sellers. I had to sell my I phone (6s) but was confirmed a buying price much less than the one mentioned on the website. First I was told that your fone is old so battery money will be deducted, when I said its only 2 months old then I was told the screen money would be deducted as when we re sell we generally provide new screens to the buyers. May be the person attending me was not confident enough to make an offer or this is Fone lab's general policy. I recommend people not to waste their time if they have a phone to sell. Fonelab could be the last option.

Spent $250 to have my cracked screen repaired, only to have it returned with a large ink bleed that continues to spread across my screen. They don't answer their phone, they don't return voicemails (mailbox is usually full anyway), they have not responded to multiple emails. The bundle deals they quote on their site are also a scam, the site said you can replace your battery for 50% off when you get your screen done at the same time, but in store I was told the deal is only 15% off.

Brought my phone in to get my screen fixed since the website says 1.5 hours max. I waited 3.5 hours only for them to break my phone further, have to send it to Apple (they said 3 days) and it’s been 5 days now and they still don’t have an update on my phone AND still want me to pay them.ridiculous. Do not go here! They also say they always have a technician on site and they don’t.

Update: it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my phone back!

I had a Galaxy A70 I took to Burning Man that became unresponsive after a few days of use. Fonelab was able to install a new screen and save all of my information and apps. They saved me a lot of hassle and stress of reinstalling everything and finding a new phone. Amazing service within a few hours in one day, thank you so much!

Poor service, I would'nt recommend pretty unhelpfull. They told me once they "repair" a device for rogers it policy they repair broken screen as well as any prexsisting issues are repaired all at the same time and under that policy can't release the device back to the customer til the screen is also repaired. Yet the store didn't even fix the crack screen they also misordered the rear screen twice and literally had me wait three days to state nothing was done and go for a replacement else were. Hopefully in future this company takes customers time more seriously and maybe they could come up with a 5 - 10 minute diagnostics on the device upon recieving it before the customer leaves the store to not waist you're customers and employees valueable time.

Friendly staff, service fee to diagnose the phone for me was $35. My SIM tray wasn't going fully into the phone so I assume it wudve been like a spring replacement but ended up getting quoted to replace the whole front of the phone including the screen? (there was no damage on my screen) For $320.went somewhere else and got it done for $40

I was there today and very impressed. The lady at the front took one glance at our phone and immediately knew it was either the motherboard or screen! She proceeded to quote me for $120 for the screen and 2 weeks to order it. That doesn't deserve a star in my book but I have to give one in order to post this.

S8 screen replacement. Took a few hours, and phone was returned with no flaws. All button works, screen is just as responsive. Flawless repair.

This place is a total mess! Unprofessional with no structure. I still wonder why Samsung use them for repairs. I went to pick up my S8 after repair and noticed the memory card was missing. Knowing fully well that i left it in the phone (which i shouldn't have done), when i brought it into to store for a fix. I asked the lady at the counter for it, she searched everywhere but couldn't find it. She know i left the memory card with them for sure so she called someone who was away from the office to ask where he kept the memory card. The guy over the phone told her he's coming. After over 40 minutes wait, a guy walks in casually and quietly handed the memory card over to one of the guys in the office who in turn gave it to me. I asked if that guy who brought in the memory card works in the office and his response was "NO"! Why will someone who works outside that office have my memory card? Why should an employee take a client's memory card out of the office? Who knows what was done with the memory card? If you prefer to keep your private data private, stay away from this store!
