I have a Pixel 6 Pro. It has not failed yet after extensive exposure to drops, cold, heat, sugar, and other things. I had it checked for a possible repair at this shop, but I wasn't charged as the phone needed to be cleaned and left to dry on a wireless charger. I have a Chromebook and a few OEM chargers in my backup.

Mobile Klinik needed 2 attempts to install a new screen protector on my phone without having bubbles present. That being said, my current screen protector of theirs (the second attempt) I simply accepted, is crooked and visibly too small for the screen of my Note 20, almost to the point where I would begin to be concerned whether it will fully protect the corners or not.

That all being said, they're nice people and the prices seem fair for the service I received. I would recommend considering them for your phone repair or screen protector installation needs.

Do NOT sell your phone here. They will make up reasons to sell it for less than what it is worth. I was offered $150 for an iphone due to smudge on the screen which apparently was "water damage". Sent it into Telus who inspected it and gave me $300 for it. Also had a few bad experiences with the customer service. Would not recommend this location at all.

Yesterday Saturday the 28.of May 2022.my cell ph all the sudden asked for the password to unlock. The technician told me that in order to fix the problem, he needs to erase complete the data I called Samsung and they fixed without touching the data free

I had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy and when I brought it in, Alex was properly able to diagnose the issue and was able to repair my phone within a day. He was very informative and transparent which I appreciated. Thank you!

Went in for charging port issues, turns out I had half a tree in there from construction. They cleaned it up and sent me on my way without charge.

Out of the blue, my 15-year old Huawei stopped working. I tried all the different ways to force-reboot my phone, but nothing made any difference. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. My Telus provider in The Upper Canada Mall kindly referred my to the Mobile Klinik. Andrew Reno looked at the phone, opened it up (with just his nails - no special heating equipment and tools), took out the battery, rubbed it against his shirt and put it back it. All this took no more than 10 seconds. My little phone is up and running again like new. FREE OF CHARGE! I am absolutely over the moon with this service. I will definitely recommend Andrew at Mobile Klinik to all my friends and relatives for cell phone service. Thank you, Andrew.

My Samsung A71 suddenly died yesterday. I took it to the Mobile Klinik store in Newmarket this morning and left it for diagnosis and analysis and finding out the issue. About an hour or later I got a call from the store saying that my phone is fixed and I can go and pick it up. When I got there, they handed me the phone and told me it was just a simple software glitch and it is fixed. They did not even charge me for this! They are friendly, professional and above all humans not to take advantage of the situations! I strongly recommend them! THANK YOU!

My phone broke on Saturday. I took it to this shop for repair to see the guy walking away from the shop. I asked if he was coming back. He impatiently told me to read the sign. I just noticed that there was a sign. Now, you imagine I was devastated and literally was asking him a simple question. I walked away and got my phone fixed somewhere else. But I would never recommend anyone going there

Never had a screen replaced before till now. Andrew and his team did an amazing job and even fixed my Sim card issue. Would recommend them to anyone. Great work and fast service

Charge way too much for defective screen protectors. Do not waste your time or money on this scam. Can not even align the protector with cameras. Had bubbles or debris under the protector. Replaced and still was not satisfied with the service. However, they do offer a refund. Which was the only positive takeaway.

Walked in and seen right away. The gentleman who greeted me immediately recognized the problem with my phone and fixed the problem on the spot. I recommend these folks very highly. Also no attempt to charge me for a service that took just a few minutes.

Brought in my phone to get repaired for a cracked screen that wouldn't turn on. Was told it would take ~ 1week. A week later I call and ask what's the progress of my repair. They said they're waiting for the part still. I called again a couple days after and was told that it should probably arrive next week. I visit the store more than 2 weeks after I dropped off the phone and they told me that the part they're waiting for is on backorder. I asked them to cancel the repair and return the phone back since they kept saying different things about the timeline.

Excellent Service My phone would not charge. A clinic professional cleaned the connection and charged my phone to 80% while I went for coffee. The bill? No charge, Hats to Mobile Klinik

I had a very bad experience with this location. They had my phone for wayyy longer than they originally estimated (months longer).
They screwed me around fighting with my phone company over minor issues with the warranty claim. The customer service was barely service at all. I was polite at all times despite the fact that they were less than helpful and it was clear to me that I was nothing more than an annoyance. I will never deal with these people again.

This place knows what they are doing and have decent prices. Only flaw I seen while there was they get busy with other people always stopping in and easily distracted. Other than that all was good and they did manage to fix my phone too.

If you have HUAWEI phone that broke, this is the best choice for you to repair your phone. I came from Innisfil since I wasn't able to find a repair center that would take care of my HUAWEI neither in Innisfil, nor in Barrie. The phone was repaired here, also I bought a screen protector and a case. The service was very friendly and the price was lower than I expected. Highly recommended!

I just visited the fonelab in Upper Canada Mall. My phone was not charging. It was worried me a little because I knew of the charges. I have been taking care of by the technician Leo. He have seen me being concern. So he basically fixed the problem very, efficient and me back to work. It was amazing experience. I could recommend Leo to anyone. Thank you

Fixed the glass back of my samsung 9. I had to wait 3 hours but got a nice new back. A little concerned they asked for my password to test how my phone is working and now I'm getting newmarket cellphone number calls at all hours to my cell. A different number every time. Coincidence? I'm not sure.

Dropped of samsung phone for warranty work, they charge $50 which they say if samsung has no issues with warranty work that they will refund. Unfortunatly what they dont tell you is that they dont even do the work there, they send it off to another third party called Future tel. If you dont call future tel or pay them with in 30 days an additional $35- they will take your phone. It is such a joke, I dont know how anyone buys samsung products, they have NO repair stores in Canada only third party and no matter what the issue is they will tell you that you have voided the warranty. Stay away!

The best repair shop is the location at 5985 Rodeo Dr unit # 8, Mississauga, ON L5R 3X8, these guys at least try to help out.

I really don't recommend this place to anybody. I changed my samsung screen at fonelab 3 months ago for $340. Since then many times the screen just blackened and doesn't work for minutes.but this morning it turned black and didn't work for 6 hours. I went to their location to find a solution, the employee told me it is a physical damage and the screen is broken, I told him it is just a scratch in the screen saver, I removed it and show him that I am correct. Then he told me ok
But it is all about your battery I recommend you to change it.

My daughter had her iPhone screen replaced here. No complaints although the screen quality is not is going to be as good as your original. Price point is good but the screen was a little bit darker coloured than the original.
