Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - North York

Went to store to ask about my phone. Waited while a woman was still talking to a co -worker until she had to be altered while I was waiting.
Came over, passive aggressive and unfriendly from the start. I asked if I can just do a diagnostic to which she asked me another question in return to belittle my question in a rude and condescending tone. How are we going to this, if we can not do that. " kind of question. I told her I did not like her tone and asked her what is with her attitude problem? Advised her to talk to customers with respect and properly if Mobile Klinik wants my business. As I walked away out of disgust for this lowly behaviour, she remarked in the background about my attitude and how I speak to people in a very childish way. (How does she work here?)
I went back said, I will need to talk to someone else, and she replied in a very haughty way in a way to incite me to do my worse. "My manager is right here. " The dopey manager kept tinkering with a device and seemed to unaware what was going on and seemed clueless to diffuse or at least salvage customer client relationships. What a sad and terrible experience from simply asking a question from someone who does not know much about phones to be condescended and spoken to passive aggressively by a so called know it all (When infact she is a know it none) Either re-train this amateur or send her on the train back to her home.

Highly recommend that you go there if you have any sort of mobile issue. Absolutely the best in the area! Fast service at affordable prices.

Great experience. There was some dust in the microphone of my phone so the sound was not clear. They cleaned it with no charge. They were also very friendly.

Stopped in today to have my screen protector checked on my Flip Z3.
The better idea was to remove it. The tech did that and didn't charge for this.

Incompetence. Bungled the porting of my business numbers. Cost me business opportunities and wasted my staffs' efforts.

One of the best Mobile store for pre owned mobiles and to get repaired you old mobiles. Just bought 3 iphones and all are working perfectly also get one year warranty on that. Moreover they also provide a insurance plan for $100 which cover unlimited screen repairs for 2 years. Cant find anything better then this.

I had a good experience at this store selling my iPhone 13 pro. They gave me a fair offer. Maybe their staff needs to be trained a little more but that can be expected. The offer of a pre paid gift card is actually very convenient as opposed to holding cash.

This location services are awesome. The young Technician fixed our cell phone which was not charging in matter of a minute. He was so professional. When I asked, how much do I pay for the services he provided, he said you pay nothing. They work awesome. Thank You.

I had a problem with my Samsung phone and went the Mobile Klinik for help. Their service was excellent. The staff are the best I have experienced in any store in Canada
. They were very helpful and patient with me.

Went in to get my Samsung phone repaired. Atiq from their team was helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to check the issue and when the phone was found not repairable they took time to explain next steps. Store does seem honest in their behaviour.

Just have my iPad repaired in Mobile Klinic for free! My charging cable was broken inside the charging port and really stuck in it. But the staff (sorry for not knowing their names) are super professional and responsive, helping me clean the port. They didn't even charge me when I offered to pay! Greatly appreciate that! They have excellent customer service! Recommend everyone to have their phone fixed here!

Thought my phone needed major repairs after only 6 months. After connecting with the Samsung warranty techs, they directed me here. I called ahead and explained the problem. They assured me that the repair would be possible. I brought the phone in and the tech was super helpful. She first examined the phone and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was out of the shop with a working in phone in just a few minutes! Excellent and super friendly service. Great work!

My Huawei P30 pro had problem with charging port, so I could only charge it wirelessly. A young lady was very helpful and cleaned out all the dirt inside the port and air blew it. She repeated the cleaning process and it was perfect. She didn't even want to charge me when I offered to pay. She is Renisha and she is very helpful and courteous. Thank you Renisha.

Even though my phone broke. I was able to get a bee phone and get a new plan. I did however spend 4 hours there. They are very nice and professional. They are very helpful and have great customer service

I took my Nokia cell phone to them because it would not turn on. The technician was very friendly and quickly resolved the problem and did not charge me. The service was excellent.

I was with my daughter yesterday at this location to fix my Iphone 11 charging port. The man working there kindly offered to clean it first before doing anything. It all took 5 min and they didn't charged me at all. They are kind, professional, quick, honest and will definetly go to this place in the future. Stronly recommended.

Mobile Klinik where very easy to work with. Their staff were friendly and responsive. I had an issue with my warranty being valid and they managed to work out a compromise with the manufacturer to have it repaired under warranty. Considering the present situation with logistics they managed to get my phone fixed in a timely manner. Phone is performing flawlessly. Would recommend.

Was at this location to fix my phone and had an issue with my phone insurance Asurion. The staff at this location was extremely helpful and super patient. They fixed my phone in less than 30 mins, and that was for free! I spent whole day trying to fix my phone elsewhere, and I was referred to this Mobile Klinik @ Fairview Mall. They ran some scanning on spot and fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly experts! If any prob with your phone, I'd highly recommend visit here first!

They change my Samsung S21 screen in less than 2 hours.

We have gone there more than once to get our broken cell phone glass changed. This is a Samsung authorized service center (may be for other brands as well, I do not know). The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The turnaround time for the repair is very fast and as promised. The work is clean.

The location is inside the Fairview Mall and so parking is free and not an issue. During Covid times they follow the protocol. They work seven days a week.

Slightly expensive, cost me $400+tax for changing the Samsung S10+ glass. But gives me peace of mind for genuine parts, reliable service and timely turnaround.

I just want to thank the guy who attended to me when I went to this location. My phone has been having charging issues for some months. I told him that my charging port may need some cleaning. He carefully listened when I explained my problem. He then took my phone cleaned it with his equipment and my problem was solved!

Second time I am getting a phone battery replacement. Last time, I needed to return to them as my screen started separating from the phone. I thought it was a one off. However, this time with a different phone, getting home I realize that my phone case is actually curved now. They somehow bent the phone during this service.

Visited Mobile Klinic located at Fairview Mall close to don mills subway station with regards to a charging issue for my Samsung S9. The service technician Hasmuk was really professional and repaired it within a few minutes. What amazed me was the fact that he didn't even charge me for the service claiming it was a minor issue. Totally appreciate this honest and customer centric approach from their team. Will recommend the centre to anyone experiencing smartphone issues.

Amazing! My cell went through a washing machine and was completely unresponsive (after having tried numerous YouTube videos' advice over a 2-day period). The 2 gentlemen at Mobile Klinik got it to power back on and work - no data, pictures, contacts were lost.
Highly recommended for their technical skills as well as their kindness.

Great Customer service, Professional cell phone Repair centre in Toronto. My S10 plus wouldn't Fast charge, the technician at Mobile Klinik has fixed it in minutes. I would definitely recommend my friends for any cellphone repairs.

My son had washed my iPhone and it was water damaged. I had not backed up my phone in a while so I lost all my contacts, photos and most importantly my kids videos from their childhood and when they were babies. I called them and asked if they can help. The staff promised to do their best to help and they retrieved my all the important data from my phone. They are amazing. I definitely recommend them. Thank you once again

I visited Fairview Mobile Klinik today and was pleasantly surprised by a prompt and efficient service. My phone went black after I dropped it and Hasmukhh has offered a very clear explanation of the options I had and agreed to move my phone service to the front of the line as the other orders were not urgent. I got my phone back in less than an hour, all fixed and ready to use. The service is not cheap, but I appreciate the professional approach and the quality of the service. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
