Was not expecting to upgrade my 4 year-old phone, but went by to check the options and they had the last SSD compatible model from Samsung, a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE at a reasonable price, there was a discount available with a Koodo plan (was cheaper and better specs, so that was a given), plus I added a screen protection plan, that included a case and a screen protector that is 99% invisible and does not add lag to the tactile screen response. It took a while, but in the end I had an extra phone for my kid (the old one) and a "new" fast 5G compatible model all at a price that will be paid off in 14 months due to the savings.

Will be going in for a visit with a damaged iPhone XS to see what they say too.

Friendly staff. Came in to diagnose an issue for a USB port on my phone, but it was simply gunk clogging up the port. They offered to clean the port free of charge.

Great service! The guys were very helpful in getting my phone repaired and in getting me a better plan for my phone.

I was helped by Nayeem, who was very patient and super helpful in giving me a really awesome deal on a new phone and an accompanying phone plan. Very knowledgable, friendly, and thorough.

Dropped in to Dufferin Mall Mobile Klinik to get a new SIM update. Must admit, the task is a bit daunting with Public Mobile's anemic and malfunctioning website. No problem, the boys at Dufferin Mall had the SIM upgrade, navigated the Public website, helped me get on my way in 10 minutes. Great job guys! And thanks a heap!

I had some issues with my phone screen and the staff at Mobile Klinik were very helpful. They looked at all possible options and pricing discounts available for me. I did get my phone fixed, but unfortunately the same problem occurred two weeks later. The team again fixed my screen at no additional cost and were so kind and helpful! They explained the issue, why it happened again and took extra care to ensure the issue was resolved.

Nayeem and Risham were two of the best service professionals I've encountered at a mobile shop. They helps us find what we needed, save money, and install everything. They've even given us tips for how to maximize value for the future. Thank you Nayeem and Risham!

My good friend needed a cellphone & I had offered to purchase one for him as a gift. I thought it would be convenient to go to Dufferin Mall, in Toronto.

I gave him a budget of $200.which for most cellphone users sounds quite low. We went to a handful of stores & kiosks in the Mall.but either the prices were inflated, or the staff seemed disinterested or you had to buy a plan with purchase.

Then, when I was about to give up, a lovely lady told us to visit 'Mobile Klinic'. …just a stone's throw from where we were. We were greeted with a smile. My friend liked a phone that was $100 over budget. The Manager & salesperson went out of their way to make this work. We were offered a $100 reduction in price if we chose any
plan. Also, they would reduce the plan by 20% & the Manager threw in a charging block free. These aren't given with cell phones nowadays.

Long story short.we walked out shortly after.my buddy was thrilled, I kept to my budget & the guys at 'Mobile Klinic' were fantastic!

Fast efficient repair of break in back camera glass of Samsung Galaxy S21. Also replaced my screen protector afterwards free of charge. Hadi is great!

I had a really friendly and helpful staff member Fred help me get my partner's old phone fixed that I will now get to use myself. I got the screen fixed in less than an hour!

It was very affordable and very worth it to fix an old phone — but there are also great new phone deals available so I'll be going back in future.

I also learned a lot about what benefits Mobile Klinik can offer me that Apple can't — something I knew nothing about before!

I thought i needed a new charger port but they cleaned my port and my phone works again. However, beware, their online reservations dont seem to go through.

One speaker was not working and they fixe it really fast. I have an I-phone 12. I recommand this place if you want to repair your cell phone.

Booked a repair online for my iPhone 8 Plus for early morning, came in and got it fixed under 1 hour!

I highly recommend this place! Next phone I get I'm 100% coming here. They even have life time warranty on repairs LIFETIME!

Mobile Klinik is one of the best phone repair stores I have ever been too, and the only one I will continue to go to from now on. They purchased a broken iPhone 11 from me for a great price (Which I wouldn't have gotten from selling privately) and offered amazing advice and deals. Amazing company!

Ok, so I dropped my iPhone XR and cracked the screen. Not a great situation especially since it was on a Sunday but these guys fixed my phone on the spot (using genuine parts) at a great price.

They will even buy your old phone from you at a lot more than other stores/providers.

They fixed my phone in under 5 minutes charge free and while it wasn't a major problem, that speaks of the honesty and kindness of staff.
