Our iphone screen was shattered. We live rural and I could not bring the phone to Mobile Point in person. Sanny went above and beyond to accommodate us - he accepted that I ship the phone to Mobile Point (accompanied with return label) - once received he fixed the screen and same day shipped it back to me! I had my phone repaired in no time without ever leaving home! I only spoke with Sunny on a phone and he handled my special request in a professional and friendly manner. The phone came back like new! Thank you!

My Samsung phone battery was losing power rapidly so I took it in to Mobile Point and he replaced the battery within an hour and a half. I looked on line and saw you had to unglue the front and back case and then remove a bunch of tiny screws to access the battery and reverse the procedure. It was well worth getting them to do it. I will be recommending the shop to my friends.

After going to many phone stores who were not being able to figure out what’s wrong, I was told from someone to go here (Mobile Point). I did some serious damage to my iPhone 12 in the case of the screen not responding to my actions and charger not working. Ameer, who I spoke with, was very sincere, kind, honest and was able to help fix my phone when no one else could, and was able to get my data back that I had lost from the 12 into the 14 pro. If you ever need someone to fix and/or look after your phone, Mobile Point is the place to go! Ameer is knowledgeable in what he knows and will try to get your device fixed under any circumstances! Will go to him next time when I have another phone under issue:)

I’ve tried many cell shops from Hamilton to St Catherine’s, and this guy is the best imo. I’ll make the extra drive here for that reason. Really knows is stuff, and treats you like a quality customer with great deals & service vs others who treat you more like an atm

If their other services are as comprehensive as my phone buying experience with them, then you'll be very pleased with everything they have to offer! I was able to get a new phone the same day I went out looking for one, at a great price, and they even managed to make my old Sim card fit into the new phone, so I left with a new phone that had all my data on it and was ready to go with no hassle:) I'll be coming back here for any other tech troubles for sure!

I brought my phone to them because of a charging issue and they cleaned the port on the spot right away. Super nice guy behind the counter. I also had my screen replaced by them in September and it came back good as new.

Found this business on marketplace. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we visited the store. He gave us a great price on my husbands new phone.

I came into Mobile Point looking to have my camera lens replaced and the owner of the shop was quick to let me know that my camera needed to be replaced as well. He said he could do it in about 30 minutes and he was true to his word, it took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend giving this shop your business as it truly deserves it.

I went in today to pick up an IPhone 12 mini after finding an ad on Facebook Marketplace I’m very impressed and I’m loving my new phone he gave me an otter box defender for only 20$! When they usually go for way more very happy about that. He also informed me if I pay all cash there are no taxes and directed me to the Avondale next door for the atm. The phone is in great condition and already had a glass screen protector on it as well as a whole year of Apple warranty I’m very happy I found his ad and I’m satisfied with my purchase highly recommend:)

I was visiting from out of town and fell while hiking with my phone and somehow got a lot of mud in the charging port of my iPhone. My iPhone would not charge so I brought it in to mobile point and he cleaned and scrubbed out the mud until my phone was able to charge. They did this all for free of charge. I was very impressed!
