Excellent! Love the case and skilled application of the tempered glass protective cover. They even price matched the tempered glass to another store in the mall. Highly recommend getting your cases here. They stock everything, even older models like the iPhone 5, as well as protective cases for tablets and kids. (I'm not sure who the employee was - a young gentleman -, but I was in around noon on Saturday the 22nd).

Bought a phone case and screen protector. Salesperson was very helpful and gave me good advice when choosing, and offered to install my screen protector. It’s placed perfectly with no dust or bubbles, and he did a way better job than I could have ever done. Would recommend!

I went there with my friend today because her phone’s screen was broken. Sahil and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing (Sahil was the most helpful & friendly person though, mans deserves a raise fr), they said the phone would take an hour to fix but they finished it in less than an hour and the price they gave us was absolutely amazing and very competitive. This is honestly a great store and I loved it, would definitely go there again if I needed anything and would definitely recommend you go there too. They even gave us a 15% coupon like how sweet is that? ️

Was here long time ago.
My phone screen was cracked, and side buttons was not working. Seeking to to get these fix. However, they could not fix the side button after they claimed “it was fixed”. Had to bring it back again after my first pick up (still couldn’t fix it the second time, and NO REFUND). The screen they put on is cheap garbage screen when you could easily tell the by the difference by the colour.
I also realized they also swap out my original battery to a cheap battery. (I opened the phone since the phone dead after a month)

If you really need to get your phone fix there, I would suggest you to stay there while it’s being fix, and watch them do the work to ensure they won’t do the same to you.

Purchased a new battery from this store that constantly lost charge - when I first put it into my phone it was at 37 percent. Suspecting it was just a defect, I returned it. To the stores credit, they did give me a refund. However, we watched as he repackaged it to make it look new again for resale. It is fine to sell second hand batteries, but do not present them as new! When I asked if he could order a new one, I was told my phone was defective. I went to another cell phone repair place on Rideau, bought a new battery, and it is absolutely fine. Make sure you get a receipt and hold them to their warranty, because you are likely paying full price for second hand goods.

Nice place for all your cell phones need and friendly staff very helpful never have a problem when I go visit just wish they would have more durable cases at lower prices but other then that I recommend the place
