Mobile Snap ( Scarborough Town Center)

Brought a charger with 1 yr warranty from the store, stopped working in 5 months and they were not ready for the replacement. I contacted the Apple Store and later found that the charger was duplicate and they were selling it for the same price.
Fraud place with all duplicate items.

Absolutely terrible, I come in the shop because my I phone screen shattered and they fix it and recommend I get a screen protector I get it but when I dropped my phone, the phone opens like a book like the screw just fell out and now I’m thinking they took my battery and replaced it with a bad one because now my phone is just shutting off! DO NOT GO HERE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. These are one of the phone stores that try to get you to keep coming back by not doing their job properly. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DONT GO HERE! My phone didn’t even fall and the screen is messed up!

I got a screen protector applied for my S23+ phone 1 and half a week ago here. It was fine, with no bubbles or anything. However, after 2-3 days out of nowhere the screen protector had coming out and I got to know about that the screen protector he put on my phone is not even compatible for my phone means he put some random screen protector. When I went to the store to complain, the guy (who was the same guy who applied the screen protector) said he will charge me more money to change the screen protector and said that he put the right screen protector which he lied. Absolutely terrible customer service and lie about the things they are giving you. This isn't even the first time, I was a routine customer with this store since 2018, but today, I changed my mind to just change the store because of that employee.

I went to Mobile Klinik instead (in the same mall), they give me very good quality of screen protector and warranty so if anything happens to the screen protector they will only charge me $5 to reapply. The guy there even told me that whoever applied the first one was for the old motorola phone and applied it wrong.

P. S. - I know that after all of this, nobody will care about anything, and they are just gonna reply to some random message.

Don’t go to this store, items are way overpriced compared to other stores nearby, disrespectful team and disgusting behaviour from such a rude guy, no respect to customers.

Went at the end of the day, customer service was excellent. Bought phone case there before and went back and got the same friendly experience. Amazing screen protector applied for me, highly recommend going here. Worth the price!

I have replaced my iPhone 11 battery and I have bill and battery they replaced me was fraud! I will make sure I will drag down this matter to fraud department, not saying for words I promise!

NEVER VISIT THIS STORE, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, NEVER EVER BELIEVE ON THEIR WORDS, i went there to buy case, i asked price and they told $25, when i went again after 1 hour, the same case they told me $30. They dont even know the prices of their own products. They make the price by their own. They are very rude. Garbage stuff. There are much more better other stores in that mall.

What a joke of a store. BEWARE! It’s final sales, but they won’t tell you. It’s printed on your receipt only. No returns, final sale. What a joke. Save your money and go to a reputable store.

Beware of purchasing cases and screen protection from this store. Their prices are almost double of what you can get online. They won't inform you of their instore policy. NO RETURNS. EXCHSNGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS. Unless you read this on the receipt, there is no other way of knowing. Staff talk fast and move quickly to put the purchase through so they lock your money in. Look elsewhere in the mall, there are many other stores which have better pricing and staff. Also, the mobile store right acroos from this store is under the same management, so stay away from there too. If I could give this store a 0 I would.

Great service, nice people working there and lots of choices for phone accessories! But make sure to check ur receipt (to see 15$ service charge to fix anything under warranty) u get screen guard done cuz there is a warranty for one year but they forget to mention the charges sometimes.

Was impressed that they had supplies in stock that the bigger cell phone stores didn't. Very pleased with the customer service.

Screen protection application is very expensive here. Cost my friend 30 dollars and it flaked off in 1 day.

I had to change screen protection twice from this place in 1.5 months
Second time they assured it wont happen even though she knew it would come up
But still she went with that.
Also the customer service was very poor and rude.

It was really nice to find this place.the store manager Sagar is a pro and quickly helped me with a perfect accessory for my phone and installed it too.

I got a screen guard here for 1 year warranty and they told me they gonna replace for FREE if screen gaurd peels off within warranty period but to my surprise within 3 weeks it started peeling off and when i visited them they were rude and insisting me to pay the service charges. Personally very bad experienc, please avoid this store.

Awesome customer service! I was unhappy with a product and they were happy to give me a better one for free.

Picked up a new phone case & pop-up for the back of the phone. The case works fine but the pop-up keeps falling off the phone. Also, the prices are high - there are better stores in terms of price and quality

I recently visited the shop to get the screen protector and a phone cover. A phone cover is good. But, the screen protector came off in 2 days. It was worth of $25. Unfortunately, receipt is saying no refund and exchange if the item is in the original condition. I came from hamilton, so I could not visit back and I had to visit nearby store in Hamilton to get another screen protector. Waste of money and time. Not a pleasant experience.

I got a glass guard on my phone from them.they charged 20 bucks and the guard is not even fit for my phone. I couldn't check at the store as I was in hurry and this is what they did.sorry but i came from Brampton so I can't come back

My case is starting to turn white and The back of my phone broke when it fell for the first time so now i have to get a new phone and i payed 17 dollars for this case which was not worth it at all when i couldve just when to where i got my phone and get a case for 40 dollars that comes with a cleaner and Screen protecter

My phone broke and chatter told me to take my phone here to fix it because it was insured. The guy was saying how the mother board was messed up and to just replace it with a used phone from his shop. I had insurance on it so not sure why I would spend money on a used phone. This guy was trying to scam me, I went back to chatter and he told them that I refused to get the phone fixed. This guy is a total fraud. Don’t go there.after speaking to again they sent me to another location and they were able to fix it with no issues. Customer service is so bad here. He’s just trying to scam people to purchase at his store.

Terrible place.
Went to get a screen protector and within a day it came off. Took it back to them and the guy was so rude, saying that they couldn't do anything to it. So now I'm out $$$. People don't go there because you not getting your monies worth.

They don’t genuine parts for repairs. Not screen fixed, horizontal line all over the screen. Screen do not even bit the body properly. Avoid at all cost.

How was I contradicting myself? Its true the screen protector was fine at first, it was only recently when it came off. Does this not mean the screen protector itself is the issue? It happend at home while it was in my bag, so it's not because of "hot weather". I've had other screen protectors where it doesn't come off due to heat at all.

As for the receipt, even if I had told your employee its on my credit card, I am not obligated to show you my credit card transactions as it has my personal information. You should have your own records to see my payment. Why didn't your employee think to check?

I told your employee that it was him who applied the protector, even if he didn't recognize me (although I could tell he did). What reason do I have to lie?

Again, this is not the first time I've had issues with your service. Your employee already spoke to the manager while I was there and you guys seemed definite in your choice that you cannot do anything because I don't have a receipt. If you guys really wanted me to leave with a good experience, you would have tried to resolve it. Instead your employee just stared at me and said you cannot do anything with no receipt. The protector should not have come off in the first place.

Calling your customers "judgemental" is not a good look for you. I don't think I will return to your store because of your response. Thanks, but no thanks.

Extremely satisfied! I've been to pacific mall (got ripped off with cheap parts and horrible service). From start to finish Ali and Antiq did a really good job. Best prices (I had got a quote for a place that was $5 cheaper but this spot was more local and it was well worth it and again the service and quality of work was second to none. The screen that got changed there was an issue and they resolved it quickly and was understanding. If you want a no headache/worry approach and the best price I definitely recommend them. I was told by mobile klinik it wasn't worth fixing also and was quoted double the price just as a comparison.
Thank you again for blessing me and continued blessings. I'm very satisfied and thankful.

Awesome shop containing very unique products. I changed my screen protector for which I get very satisfactory customer service from Atiq. Looking forward to always be there for any accessories.

Charged $230 for a simple screen replacement. Way over charge, and when we told them that we would not like to replace it anymore, they required a $120 cancellation charge. Do not recommend. Ridiculous.

Amazing Experience, Genuine Rates, had an issue with my Samsung phone as it had some software issue. Visited store and spoke to the executive “Atiq” and explained the issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as he explained the issue and fixed it within 20 mins. He is good at customer service and can clearly make out that what is the customer need. I was happy with the service and recommend the same to everyone.

The people are nice. Good customer service. But except the phone covers, other technology stuff are not good.

Terrible workmanship but customer service is decent.

My daughter took her phone here to get the screen fixed. It was fully charge when she brought it to the store. By the time she picked it up (30 minutes later) it was at 1%. The phone has been shutting off on its own ever since and will not charge. They can't figure out what happened. Now it's completely unusable.

The only saving grace is that she was refunded for the amount to fix the phone. But with a phone that no longer works, that's not much solace.

Despite their great customer service, I cannot recommend this place for workmanship. Two stars for customer service though.
